Ordered 3 seater & 2 seater in June.3 seater arrived 24th November with half of the 2seater,no use to anyone.Refused 2 seater here we are 19/12/2021 without the 2 seater.Wasted phone calls, wasted time off work,CEO done a runner in September not looking good maybe Santa may bring it?

DO NOT USE. … Ordered sofa on 2nd August estimated delivery 8th November. Sofa Delivery delayed 23rd November received text invite to ring and arrange delivery. Initially told Sofa was not due in warehouse … text must have been sent in error. Then received a phone call to arrange delivery for 29th November. 1st of failed deliveries telling me They cannot locate sofa. Sofa then Located by warehouse staff and rebooked for 3rd Dec another failed delivery. Hours in a queue to try an resolve this to be told location of sofa unknown again !!! Sofa apparently located and 3rd delivery arranged for 10th December another failed Delivery back To hours of queuing and being fobbed off despite having escalated to complaint which would be responded too with 3 working hours !!! Joke. After daily phone calls / emails/ queues on the 15th December they told me my sofa had been lost and they would need to reorder !!!! 19 weeks lead time !!! No thanks Having been without furniture for 4 weeks I was not prepared to take the risk with this incompetent company who never respond to callbacks or emails. They had offered a £100 good will Gesture for the inconvenience but when I cancelled the order they refused to honor the good will Gesture stating … Sofology do not do this as customers should Not be financially better off a good will gesture is to Compensate for the inconvenience. !!!!! The only thing that has gone smoothly was the cancellation and refund. I will Never return to sofology such appalling service and incompetence.

Do not make a purchase from Sofology. Made a purchase in June , told September delivery . Failed delivery 10th November , they could not get it through the door allegedly. We were told to wait 48-72 hours and we would be contacted to re-arrange delivery. Not true. Unable to get through to them on the phone , just got cut off, no replies to any e mails sent to them. We drove into Store 5 times, continually told to wait 48 hours for a response as it was in hand and being dealt with. Not true. Finally spoke to a manager in Store and delivery arranged . Delivered 10th December and no issues getting it through the door but recliner chair is broken. Requires a new mechanism but will now have to wait between 3 and 14 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM SOFOLOGY.

Absolutely terrible customer service . no ones in charge , wait hours on phone no call back no apologies and delivery takes forever , but they are very good at taking your money that’s about it, steer clear at all cost !

Do not touch this company !!! Absolutely awful company , all smiles in the showroom but after sales is disgusting, L they ignore you and just respond with nonsense generic replies that don’t answer anything you have said. I never got my sofa but I think I was lucky to cancel and get a refund looking at the horror stories of the quality of what they are chucking out. They finally responded to me with in minutes of me requesting a cancellation the rest of the time they ignored me. They came out with the excuse of they mistakenly hadn’t responded but my complaints where being dealt with behind the scenes. Save your money and unnecessary stress and go to another reliable company , just do research first ! If I had of known the things I know now I wouldn’t have stepped foot in a Sofology store. I can’t see them lasting much longer if I’m honest.

It was 4 weeks late Took 3 hours in a queue on helpful line to get help only to be cut off. Finally get sofa delivered and it’s faulty and 2 colours. Another 3 hour plus on helpline and emails, photos. A replacement ordered another 12 week wait. It did arrive when they said it would. Faulty one removed and new in place. These 2 sofas had more faults than the first one. Emails and photos sent and a lengthy phone call and I got a full refund only had to wait 4 days for it to be uplifted. What a waste of 7 months and no sofa to show for it. Very disappointed

Dreadful company. Ordered a ‘Rock n Roll’ sofa and chair first week Sept for delivery end of Nov. Apparently UK manufactured unlike other Sofology products. Received communication to say product was in the delivery network at end of November. Rang (as requested) to organise delivery where they confirmed that they could not locate the sofa or chair. Chased for two weeks on a daily basis but got no further. In the end my patience ran out and I demanded a refund. Went to John Lewis and ordered from them…Sofology are utterly useless

I have been on hold for over 4 hours tonight then they cut me off !!!!!!!! Was supposed to have delivery yesterday & all they delivered was leather kit!!! No furniture !!!!!

Do not use this company , Be warned you have to be a liar to work for this company was told it was 15 mins away from my home never turned up never meet as many Bull S......s in my life as I have at this company. Hope they go bust

Avoid the layla range absolutely rubbish, I'd be surprised if it last a year, need a smaller sofa for our conservatory, we picked the Layla range torn when delivered and the covers were made from off cuts of material with seams running down centre of cushions, very visible. Structure wasn't solid and the sofa dipped at one side. Getting through to customer service was near impossible queue s ranged from 27-87, and the time I did stay on line it took nearly 3 hours to get through and cost me £49 , on average it takes them over a week to respond to email. Will never never use this company again, I will stick with company's like Next at least if you have a problem you can speak to someone quickly and you get an option of somebody calling you back. Sofology should in my opinion stop spending money on A list Hollywood stars doing adverts and more on customer service operators.

2 failed deliveries from sofology now, they report we are with the priority complaints team! We will be seeking to cancel the order and have our old sofa back that they removed 2 weeks ago. I have a poorly little boy very unwell having to sit on a bean bag to watch TV! This is appalling. Can't get through and they are useless. So sad they have ruined our Christmas. We have no sofa for our family to sit on........ they should be ashamed

Bad customer service, order the sofa in store, have no communication from the team on the delay of the sofa, then they happen to loose the sofa in the warehouse and let you know half hour before the delivery. I would avoid purchasing anything from this company.

AVOID! The sofa is poor quality, delivery takes over 6 months, the customer service is appalling! I had a DFS sofa that was as good as new even after 5 years, unfortunately this was the only company that did the size I needed for a new home but I’m gutted I wasted so much money on this rubbish!

sofology called me last night to take payment of the balance of my bill. They then charged my credit 4 times!! My card is now over limit and I have no available balance for pre-christmas spending. gave up after 1 hour on hold this morning. website is still saying my account is unpaid. The most stressful 12 hours and no resolution in sight - this is fraud!!!

After spending £5,000 on a sofa I cannot believe the level of customer service I received while having problems with delivery! As if being in a queue on the phone for over 3hours wasn't bad enough they then have the audacity to cut me off!! I'm absolutely fuming!! Will definitely be cancelling my order!!
