Waited over 4 months for what I thought were bespoke design sofas turned out to be wrong design which didn’t fit in the room and when spoke to customer services I was more or less told tough they were the sofas I ordered and I have to live with that. Absolutely shambolic service and attitude towards customers. Definitely will not be recommending in fact will tell anyone looking for sofas to avoid this company.

Everything worse service I have ever had. Ordered sofa over 9 weeks was due for delivery 4 weeks after ordering to be there was a problem was the it would be delivered 2 weeks later took a days holiday van turned up but the sofa wasn't on the van drivers didn't know where it was phoned customer service to be told sofa,was in London. After this was promised sofa would be delivered 12th may. Was sent email to say it was coming. Day came and went still no sofa phoned them again to be told part of my sofa had been delivered to another customer in London. They have now had to reorder the sofa and don't know when my new one arrive. All this time I have been sitting on bean bags.. I've phoned and emailed them so many times I am so stressed out by it all. I asked that their finance department call me as except some form of compensation. Still nothing

Purchased a leather 3 seater (Brown) and a rise/recliner chair, not cheap Where you head touches back of chair , the colour is being lost, leaving an obvious fault. Reported to Sofology , they asked for photos despite us being almost on top of the store. We explained as we are 76 years old and not aufait with doing photos over internet,could someone call. they simply sent an email saying case is closed. My daughter bought 2 sofas from DFS and there was a small problem, they sent someone immediately and problem was resolved quickly. The problem with sofology is they have no support staff or facilities for doing repairs, they only have salesmen and clerical staff. Our sofa and chair - frames made in USA, leather comes from Italy and whole thing assembled in Far East then put in a container and sent to UK. So no manufacturing facility in UK Do not use sofology

After the arranged delivery date some three weeks agowe have still not received any apologies we do not have any furniture as we sent our suite to charity not good for pensioners want my money refunded so I can go to a relatable company

Sofology sent me a damaged sofa... and some brown paint I made an order with Sofology and was told it would be a 14 week wait for the sofa. After 14 weeks I was not contacted at all and had to chase them to get it delivered. When the sofa was delivered there was damage to the right side. I was told to contact Sofology support, which I did immediately. I was told by Sofology that a "technician" would contact me to resolve the issue. Again, no contact from the "technician". Instead, a day later, Sofology sent a small bottle of brown paint to me by post. The sofa is not discoloured, it is damaged. I made this very clear several times to them. I paid over £1000 for a brand new, leather sofa. After a 14 week wait they have sent me damaged goods and instead of arranging for a replacement they just fling some paint my way and then continue to ignore my support requests. This is after the incident that happened below with assuring me the sofa would fit (and it didnt)

Please do not buy from this company read all reviews.. shocking quality,and no after sales help at all.. There sofas look good in store but you end up with awful faulty products. .

When purchasing the sofa the service recived is fantastic .. however it all goes terribly down hill from then on the service is awful. They call and text to advise payment required has sofa is ready for delivery book a slit then repeatedly cancel leaving myself with two children and no furniture for three weeks. Advised that a refund of delivery and a gesture of goodwill be be refunded to me after many calls and emails nothing recived they do not even acknowledge you. I have purchased sofas from other competitor company's in the past there sofas ate half the price and there services is amazing compared to sofoligy my reccomendation would to be avoid purchasing from this company.

Poor internal processes and disconnect between store and warehouse. We bought a sofa with the understanding that we could pick up the sofa the same day. Drove to the warehouse and were told that's not possible. Phoned the store and no-one picked up. Drove back to the store and were told couch would have to be delivered. When we rented a van that day specifically to transport a couch! In the end, the delivery was made a week later and, despite promises made, they still deducted a transport fee from my credit card. Terrible service!

We had a chair delivered yesterday with no base ( swivel chair ) Ive rang 7 times yesterday and been promised call backs. Not one person has rang us back. Ive tried live chat and waited on the line for 2 hours with no reply, Sent emails with no reply, Messaged on facebook and no reply. I would have been happy to collect the base but i need someone to tell me where its is. No phone lines are being connected to customer service but they are to sales, Spoke polity to a girl in the sales office who did not want to help and in fact was very rude and offered me no support. She told me to speak via the live chat but also said it can take 72 hours for a response. If someone actually spoke to me i could save you all a job by going and collecting the item. Disgusting customer service and after my 3rd sofa i will never ever use you again because this is disgusting.

We had our sofa 5 weeks and it started splitting, common fault for the Sardinia.. Had first repair and then less than a week later the foot stool started spliting to..waited 3 weeks for a repair.the guy who came couldn't fix it, and just left, leaving his big hook needle stuck in my carpet may I add. Anyways contacted head office to be told there is a fault with this range and that I can choose a different suite, but after reading reviews and comments I do not want another suite from this shocking company.most sofas you have customers complain about.all I'd like is a reply and the sofas collected and to cancel my payments.. I'm so upset about the whole experience.i have no faith in this company what so ever..

Do not buy from sofolagy unless you wish to have terrible customer service. They can not be more helpful when you are looking to buy in store but once you have signed that's it. My sofa was cancelled twice leaving me without a sofa for 3 weeks with two children when you call you are on hold for at least an hour each time. They promise things and never deliver that's on top of your sofa also not been delivered!!! Paid for an insurance to be advised it was never registered so where did my £273 I paid for disappear to??? When you call to try and discuss this also you can only web chat the only phone line that's open is new orders!!! Disgusting I would not reccomened to anyone.

Appalling service once sofa was purchased in store, turned up damaged 3 weeks in constant emails and phone calls it still sits broken in my lounge, now contemplating going legal 😡😡

Managing Expectations 😡 I have previously rated sofology as five stars, unfortunately this level of service wasn't maintained. I purchased two three seater leather sofas January 2017, it was delivered discoloured, they offered to replace it, I went in and purchased a more expensive sofa expecting a better service with a more expensive sofa, not so. The new sofa was delivered April 2017 and I said to delivery guys the sofa was sitting at an angle, but my words fell on deaf ears. I phoned customer service and they sent out a technician who said it just needed the cushions plumped up, I thought this odd on a sofa delivered just a week before but I'm not a sofa technician, moving forward two months and the sofa was tilting like a seesaw, called out an independent technician and he offered to write me a report listing its many faults, I decided instead to speak to Sofology again explaining what the technician had said, they sent out another technician and he agreed the sofa was faulty beyond repair. Sofology offered to replace again. More money paid out and another twelve weeks wait, this was extended as the sofa was sitting on a pallet in Southampton after the pallet company went into administration. Eventually got the new sofa delivered. All was well until eight weeks after delivery. A screw or tack head was protruding through the arm of the sofa and I called customer service again, I was advised they could repair it by "re upholstering". This involved a fairly intrusive taking apart of the sofa which I wasn't willing to allow, they then offered me a refund after nine plus thirty to fifty minute phone calls. I decided to purchase another sofa from them as I believed in the quality of the sofas. I went into Renfrew branch and purchased another more expensive sofa. I paid £250 deposit and left thinking all was well. I called customer service to confirm the uplift of the faulty sofa and was advised the new order done yesterday would be cancelled as "we don't think we can manage your expectations". Well if Sofology think getting two faulty sofas delivered and a sofa being taken apart to repair it is "not managing expectations" then they don't deserve my £3500

The whole experience from start to finish was easy and we felt that Sofology genuinely wanted to help us and make the experience smooth. Our sofa bed is first class and so is Sofology...thank you guys!

Poor customer service, Worthless additional insurance mis-sold by Sofology. Nothing positive to say about the whole experience. I would not buy from again or recommend to anyone. zero stars out of five from me.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY This company is excellent at sales and tell you everything you want to hear, but the Lazio 3 seater leather electric recliner sofa and armchair I’ve bought has been delivered with damaged/dangerous wiring , the leather is scuffed/damaged , recliner motor not working correctly , parts hanging off and after a few weeks the leather seat is sagging and looking aweful. I feel incredibly disappointed. frustrated and angry , these sofas were not cheap, but Ive spent allot of money for what I thought was going to be a quality product and the reality is very different , this company should be ashamed! If I could I’d mark a 0 star, There is no way I would recommend this company, brilliant at selling , but over priced , poor quality damaged goods and the poorest after sales service I’ve ever recieved. Current Status 3 Emails sent - No reply’s - last sent to email below 10th of Jan - No reply or call 8 Calls to Customer Services- average hold time 30mins , problems rectified ZERO. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID , STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY .
