Order was cancelled by Studio without me being informed. After 2 weeks waiting and constant phone calls to Studio where they blamed the currier I cancelled by order and was informed I would need to wait 14 days then phone them again to get m6 refund. I wasted 3 weeks of summer holiday waiting for a lazy spa which I don’t think I was ever going to receive. Totally disappointed with service and lack of communication from Studio

I wished to purchase an item from them. Only way to do it is to open an account. I applied for a cash account (credit check done) and waited for response. NO RESPONSE. Called to be told account denied, but advised to apply for credit account instead (??). I wished to pay cash, but they won't sell, only if you take credit account. Think this is a very dodgy way to do business and am glad that I was refused (no good reason) and never gave any bank details, etc. BEWARE

Dreadful service. Undelivered goods. Uncontactable management. Don’t respond on twitter, don’t call back, don’t respond to emails. They treat customers with complete and utter contempt. Send payment reminders for goods you’ve already paid for yet haven’t been delivered. Really shady operation, avoid at all costs. I’m going to have to recover my money through the small claims court.

Dont buy from Studio. They ask for payment before you have received all the order. They charge you to return faulty items. Cheap rubbish. No quality. Customer service non existent . They cut you off when you hang on for 25 minutes to speak with them . Be warned

I purchased a few items during the Christmas period as small gifts for my daughter school friends. However, when my bill arrived I was shocked to discover that someone had purchased products worth hundreds of pounds on my account. I contacted Studio immediately was informed that someone using another name had purchased goods and had them sent to a different address from mine. I asked for a refund and investigation to take place! I was assured that this would take place as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately, this only happened after numerous irate phone calls and many months of waiting. I later found out that a friend has experienced the same fate only worse. She has has had numerous attempts to purchase products using her bank account from differing retailers. This has resulted in her having to change her bank details many times. In fact, she made a purchase from Studio this morning and this afternoon another attempt was made on her new card. As Studio do not offer the security of PayPal I'm steering clear of this company completely.

Ordered a item and two days after receiving order i got invoice in post on the saturday afternoon to say it had to be paid by the monday and allow 24 hours for card payment and 5 days if i paid into bank. I did not have a prob with paying but really give your customers a chance to pay not less than 24 hours. I will not be buying from this company ever again and my response from customer service did not answer my questions i think it was just a standard email as they have probably had ALOT of complaints.

Never use this company. Delivery by Hermes, or should I say non delivery by Hermes, Studio staff unhelpful and have no intention of sorting the issue. I really wish I had never ordered from this company, they are a complete shambles.

Keep sending me bills marked "Articles for the blind" which is disgusting. I only owe a small amount but when I try to set up Direct Debit, they refuse. Items were shoddy, staff are ignorant and unhelpful and firm is a total scam. Avoid!

I have never bought anything from Studio but they keep sending me an invoice for £10.29. I have ignored their letters up to now as I know it's a scam but having read other reviews I'm worried they might escalate their demands.

Ordered item (May 2018)didn't have to pay upfront. Item delivered ..badly packaged and damaged, contacted company who arranged for it to be collected which it was a few days later (end of May 2018)...company acknowledged receipt of returned item via phonecall. Today June 15th 2019 I received a letter asking for payment!!! Contacted customer services who said there was a return noted on my account but I need to fill in a form that they will send me!!!! Letter was threatening and said external agencies would be used to collect money owed!. Be warned DO NOT use this COMPANY.....

I ordered a roller blind through Studio and was worried after reading some of the other reviews. I'm not disputing that they may have let other customers down but in my experience they have been excellent. I ordered the blind on sat and it arrived by wed so very quick delivery. The blind itself is really good quality and a blackout blind as advertised. It's only fair if they get bad reviews that the get good ones as well when they do something right. People will have to make their own decision but I would use them again.

Items were often broken and no replacement given. They charge PPI and take months to Refund it. Not happy at all.

Truly awful service. Slow delivery. Couldn't cancel as they took so long to answer my email. Lost my item when it was returned.. After numerous emails I am still waiting for my money to be refunded to my bank. Please stay away...they are far too much hassle to deal with. There are better companies out there.

This is the worst most misleading company I have ever dealt with I have spent money with them. Had to return said item to be told a replacement will take 21 days. Raised a complaint and have heard nothing and not had a refund or any thing absolute joke were is my item or money this is theft

Wouldn't let me cancel my order even tho I emailed 4 times then to get email today saying its on its way all reply were the same it no help at all will cost me more to send it back won't be ordering agen due to the lack off help also I did send email to cancel with in half an hour of putting order in as a family member had already got me the thing I orderd so they was plenty off time to cancel really not happy a persons iteam should be canceled if they have emailed or asked for it to be

Wouldn’t of even gave 1 star but had no choice. Please no one order from studio, never sent my items but made me pay before it affected my credit, really not impressed they rob their customers!!!
