I asked for my account to be closed as a fraudulent order was placed (billed to me but delivered to Ireland) Fraud team investigated and cancelled the order and closed the account Now today I’ve had another fraudulent order placed on this account to the same address as before! What an absolute joke. This company is full of liars and obviously have a lack of security on their systems. Avoid them like the plague

I have just received an email saying they are going to increase my interest as I am now a risk I have never missed a payment as I always pay more than I need to or pay of in full phoned customer service all I heard was sorry this is company policy I have done nothing wrong after being with them two years I am now closing my account I am disgusted and have no answers why this has happened I am not willing for my interest to go up any higher so they have said I have no choice so much for being a good customer would never recommend to any one

I have been a Customer for a couple of years now and had no previous issues . However please be aware that at any time they can increase the interest rate on your account , I have a balance on my account but I’ve always paid on time . Just last week they offered to increase my limit and like that they can also increase the interest . I am now in the process of closing the account . I never thought a company could just randomly do this but be assured that they can and the interest they were increasing it to was ridiculous .....50 something percent !! please be aware of this , like I say I wasn’t until now !

I really have no idea where to start. Customer service is shockingly poor. No one can answer my question and just keep blaming the system. I've had problems with my account, with statements and postage payments for an order that got cancelled. Latest issue is they have informed me on my latest statement (24/8) I will be getting and credit limit increase yet today I received notification to say they were putting my interest rate up after a review because of an increased risk. If I was such a risk why increase my credit limit?! I haven't used them much but when I have its always been hassle and I've always swore I would never use them again. Well from today I wont be using them again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Terrible customer service will never use this company again. Ordered unicorn dressing up for granddaughters birthday had a problem with it. Company is awful. No help at all

Cancelled my order and items were obviously not delivered and delivery company said the items hadn’t left warehouse so I can get instant refund but studio won’t refund me as they are saying my items have been dispatched and I have to refuse them and wait for them to be returned but trying to explain to them that they are still in their warehouse and won’t be delivered is like talking to a brick wall. Still waiting for £380 refund and I will NEVER use company again.

This is by far the worst customer… This is by far the worst customer experience i had had in my life. I waiting a month for an item that was ment to be sent to me with in 10 days. I emsiled about 6 times the ignored 2 sent 3 emails back talking about a different item and finally the six one was a bull#### reply with no real infirmation like they just copy and paste their answers. I stupidly paid for this item at the start of my order to get the payment out of the way. Any who reads ghis dont pay anything before you get the item. As asked for a refund by email. I have called 3 times lost track of how many emails. Its been 33 days still not received my refund. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a patio set that was meant to be delivered in 3 days, this turned into 5, then 7, then 10, then I finally was given a delivery date and it never turned up with no contact from Studio, I had to contact them to be told it was damaged and wasn't being delivered, I phoned them to tell them I didn't want a replacement and I would go elsewhere so can they refund me, they refused to do so, I had to claim the money back from them with my bank using chargeback. I then requested to close my account as I didn't wish to use them due to the poor customer service, they refused as they had not had the patio set back so haven't credited my account, this has been going on for weeks and there customer service are utterly useless and can never be bothered to actually look at anything and keep giving me the same reply, I phoned and spoke to a manager who proceeded to be useless as well and said that they were only aware a few days earlier they didn't have the parcel back (obviously a complete lie as I have countless emails trying to resolve this issue), still waiting for a resolution on my account closure and have full intention to take them to small claims afterwards to compensate me for the countless hours of time I've wasted on trying to communicate with them.

I dont know why people are saying this company is a scam,not for me its not.got all my christmas presents the last 2yr and everybody loved them all good quality stuff and some very unusual things i love this company and will continue to use them

Honestly this has been the WORST place we have ever ordered furniture from! Not only do they not deliver within the stated times on the product page online and within your email order confirmation, but the customer service is appalling when attempting to contact them about the problem. My mother ordered set of bunk beds for my daughters, to be delivered to me, the delivery time stated was within 10 days, we are now on day 9 and they haven’t even been dispatched yet according to their online tracking system! My mother contacted them yesterday (of which they state they will answer all enquiries within 24 hours, they haven’t!) and I’ve reached out to them on social media as my mother doesn’t use any social media platforms but we figured we may get a response that way. Crickets. Also she was supposed to receive free standard delivery and they’ve managed to charge her £19.99!!! £19.99 for a delivery that won’t even arrive on time! Terrible way to run a business!

3 telephone calls to cancel 1 item only to be sent an email to say said item is on its way dreadful customer service they had no intention of stopping the item will neeeever deal with this catalogue again. And item will be going back and I had better not be charged postage either.

A complete sham of a business. Will never use or recommend. I bought a 6 piece set of suitcases. Whilst abroad, the wheels on the main suitcase wore away after its first use. The quality was abysmal. My partner had to drag a faulty suitcase across Italy and I have been appalled at the customer service received since complaining. Once back in the UK the suitcases were failed to be collected 6 times. A refund was promised to my account. This was over a month ago. Still I am yet to receive a refund. I have reported to all relevant authorities. BEWARE THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!!

Waiting five weeks for a gazebo to be picked up on the phone yes they should have been will phone them I’m on the phone to them yet they promise to phone me don’t shop they take your money and interest even though you are waiting for it to be picked up

Hi everybody This company rubbish. I bought products and i want to givr back them. I booked appointment and i told them I want to send to back. And the courrier did not show up customer service very poor and they dont care about people life and timming. I asked him call to hermes company and tell me what time come in for pick up to stuff.. They are wierd.

Please, please be careful. I don't usually leave bad reviews and this is not an unfair review... Studio are quite obviously a company, geared to try and extort more money from you. In short, I ordered one mud kitchen for my daughters birthday and they were chasing payment before anything was ever delivered - I was advised that the order was on it's way by the first person, then a few days later that it was never even sent out. I was advised everything was cancelled and a new order placed and a few days later received another 3 mud kitchens!!! (Only ever ordered one and all the discussions were via phone and they have ignored every email via the contact us site)... I have called about 50 times to ask them to collect the additional items that I never ordered... taken 3 days off work as I have been advised collection is the next day for nobody to show up and the complaints team apparently have an issue as the phone goes dead... i'm completely out of resource to be able to resolve it with them and I am now being charged for 3 items when only ordered one, and still being chased for payment for the first item when t was never delivered. BE aware that the team will tell you that the payment is placed on hold, but the next time you call they will say there was an error and it hadn't been... 7 times later there is still no payment on hold and I'm being charged for items and they will not arrange collection - despite being promised someone is coming to collect it. Horrendous, horrendous company that has caused very significant stress.

Ordered my son a set of AirPods -£160 2 weeks prior to his bday. It’s now been 4 weeks I have no AirPods bday been and gone and Iv had to buy them from another store. Yet the £160 is still on my acc accruing interest. Iv wrote 4 letters to complaints. 7 phone calls. Been told different story’s ‘item lost in transit’ ‘item was out of stock’ ‘item still aaaitubg delivery’ I’m receiving no help and if I don’t pay will go against my credit file. Contacting trading standards. Please stay away from this company!!!!

This company should be shut down! I will be reporting them to Trading Standards...its dreadful, I was tricked online in to thinking I was buying a trainset for my little boy...when the email confirmation I received turned out to be confirmation of application for a new account I called in to say there had been a mistake, they said there was nothing that could be done until the account application process had completed and then I could cancel my order...no communication or emails a few days later I received the product...that I thought I had cancelled, I arranged for return of product and it was collected last week, today I received an invoice for a product I do not have!!??..I called to question and they said the product has not arrived at the warehouse yet...I told them to close the Account that I didn't want in the first place and that I wont be paying for a product I dont have or didn't want in the first place. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! it is fraudulent and unethical..I will be reporting to trading standards today.
