“Really wish I’d looked at these reviews before trying to place an order. My order didn’t go through but Studio took the money out of my account. How can that even be legal??? They are now giving me the runaround for my refund! Do not use this company. EVER!”

“Absolute shambles of customer services, item was damage on delivery, had to reorder it, and await a refund, then get the run around for months. I would suggest Studio should not be treated as traders, but as scammers, they are atrocious”

“I think studio is really good, considering through the pandemic a lot of customers including myself either didn’t pay on time or probably some didn’t pay at all…. Studio customer service people always listened and tried to resolve the situation and was extremely helpful. All the items they sell are extremely brilliant and for a very low price considering the economy at the moment… So well done studio for coming out the other side and staying in there, in these very worrying times. Many thanks From a very satisfied customer Jane Howard”

“Initially my experience with studio was good. However as soon as i had an issue, oh my lord their customer service is shocking I ordered wall paper and i was decorating on a specific date and had plenty of time. Then they went into administration or the start process's and everything was held. I called after 10 days and cancelled . they still dispatched a line of the order 6 weeks later . I returned the product using their website and now i am at fault I followed all of THEIR links and they now say they can not credit UNLESS i can prove it was delivered back !! It was delivered to my work address and i have cameras showing it being delivered and the same package being collected DO NOT USE !!”

“Bought a sideboard which was delivered in the condition of the photos below, we didn't even open the box because of the state that it arrived in. We sent it straight back and was told that we need to give them upto 14 days for the item to be returned, after 7 days i rang the courier and was told that the item was already returned, I rang studio to be told that I have to give them longer as the item is not there. After I said that I know that they have it because I have spoken to the courier they then said we need time to look at it so give them the full 14 days.. STUDIO KEEP YOUR MONEY WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW... DO NOT BUY FROM STUDIO......”

“I had delivered a essential memory foam king-size mattress. After reading many reviews mostly good I thought it would be useful for me to purchase one. Wish I hadn't the mattress is very hard doesn't mould to your body. I hate it and spent a lot of money on something that i can't afford or return”

“Sad shop experience with a bunch of dishonest scammers. Forgive my tone, but after spending a whole afternoon dealing with peoples who wasted my time, lied to me, denied my rights as a customer, that's the best I can say about this company. Stay away from this online store.”

“Ordered 3 pairs of bras from studio received on Saturday the fit was awful so I wanted to send them back on looking in packing I noticed there was not any goods return notes i contacted Studio asking where the return notes were and to cut a long story short apparently you cannot return underwear no where on the website page does it state that these items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in fact it states below each picture it states rest assured you have 30;days to return your item with easy return options? To find this out about returns you have to log into your account and go to the returns page to see their terms and conditions .? My argument is that it should be stated that these items are non returnable, I afraid to say Customer Services are about as much use as a chocolate teapot I am in the process of filing an official complaint and getting help from the Trading Standards Office and the Consumer Helpline. Also when Customer Services do get round to getting in contact with me I hope it is someone who actually has a grasp of the English Language.”

“Fast service but the item was wrong colour. Advertised with a picture of a Khaki overshirt but the one that arrived was dark brown A previous reviewer had the same experience. A good price at £6 so cannot be bothered to return it. Just be more carefull what I order from them in future, if ever again .”

“Customer service is useless. I ordered an item for my grand daughters birthday and asked it be sent to my sons address. Despite 2 phone calls and several E mails they continued to send it to my address. Customer service by phone asked me to refuse the delivery customer service by E mail told me I should have accepted it. It appears they are incapable if understanding simple instructions because despite asking to have it delivered to my sons they are now offering me a credit. Do NOT use this Company utterly uselrss.”

“Where do i start, ordered pergola, never turned up, rang was told i would receive a refund within 14 days, numerous phone calls and emails, each time being told another 14 days. They also reordered item which when arrived was faulty, this irem had to be returned, cannot get them to acknowledge they owe me to credits, constant waffle from customer services, smoke and mirrors etc, have no choice but to take it further with the ombudsman. Has anyone had any joy going down this road”

“My God I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Tried to cancel order. Was told it had been cancelled then got an email today saying to expect delivery. Probably will never receive it. Phoned their call centre twice and spoke to two operatives who I couldn't understand. They said I was phoning the Philippines. Atrocious customer service. Got no resolution. Going to cancel account as I believe they are fraudsters and probably scammers and wish now I hadn't given my credit card details. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”
