Terrible company. Looked online thought I will get some Christmas presents opened and account went to checkout and paid from my bank card 60.99 which has came out of my bank. Logged back on to see it saying I haven't placed an order, rang up to be told that the account is waiting to be accepted or not despite them taking the money from my back. Then got an email saying they can't open an account (probably because I didn't want to use credit option where they gain interest) so I've had 60.99 taken from my bank for nothing as the order isn't being processed and apparently I'm not allowed an account. I'm now having to fight for my money back which they have sat with .. absolute disgrace avoid this company. Haven't got my money back yet because apparently I need to wait ??? Ridiculous shouldn't of taken it in the first place.

This company is an absolute disgrace. I've order Christmas presents an I've received two an haven't received my other items. Rang them an they said it was being shipped but no conformation to support this information. I then emailed to then be told they would get back in touch within 48hrs six days on nothing, so then I rang to be told they need to investigate an it would take upto 30 days to return my cash! She then went on to saying I could reorder! Are they having a laugh!!! I wouldn't advise this company at all!!

I got a catalogue with ankle boots clearly advertised as £25. Tried to order online, charged £50 so I emailed. Someone rang me, I sent pictures of the boots advertised in the catalogue. Said they'd place the order, a charge of £50 would go on my account but they would refund £25 difference. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I've since emailed & spoken with 5 different people. Constantly lied to & fobbed off telling me the credit will show on my balance in 72 hours. I'm now expecting this credit tomorrow 11th November (3rd or 4th promise) but if it's not sorted I'm going directly to the Executive Director Paul Kendrick with printed copies of the emails I've received as proof & I'm reporting Studio to the Financial Ombudsman. The staff are incompetent & don't know what they are doing. I am going to pay off what I owe only (not including the £25 they need to credit me) & then I'm closing this account. I NEVER want to hear from them again. Avoid!!!!!

Studio do not have a clue. They took the payment for a bed that was in stock (and still is) on a 5 to 10 day delivery. On the tenth day I had not heard anything so rang them up. Customer services where no use at all and could not update me any further. 15 days passed and I get an email stating they expect the bed to be delivered 7th. It came and went and no bed. Phoned again and again customer services no help and had no info at all. I cancelled the bed and will now wait up to 14 days for a refund. The company runs so disjointedly and does not have the infrastructure or the training to deal with the simplest of queries, I will never shop with them again. Update, now I have tried to cancel I am having more issues. Phoned and requested to cancel and they tell me I have to wait for the cancellation department to process. In the mean time the bed might turn up. This is at the 36hr mark now and still not processed. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK with these types of rules. The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

This company was bought by Mike Ashley under the Fraser Group in early 2022. Yes the former Newcastle United owner and current Sports Direct owner. We all know how popular this guy is. They think they have scammed me, but I will be applying for a winding up order for the amount they owe me. It will cost me to do this, but it needs to be done on principle and to protect vulnerability in the future. The Company used to be called Express Gifts but that folded a while back. Companies House provides some interesting names associated with this company and especially a college in Hyde Cheshire. The company was bought for 26 million in January of 2022 by Mike Ashley under Frasers. Before that the company was struggling ( I wonder why) They use seasonal staff, paid a pittance and some past employees are more than happy to talk about unpleasant experiences of working there. Avoid this company at all costs, you have been warned!

I have never contacted a retail company where you have to pass a security test first before you can communicate with them about an order. Most others a simple order reference number is sufficient. After much back and forth about trying to access my account I read some reviews and promptly called back to cancel my order. I may be back in a few days complaining about not getting my full refund. Never again...I would rather pay extra and have the confidence that I'm not dealing with scammers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not shop with this company. I ordered wedding rings which arrived two weeks late and when I received them they were engraved wrong. I sent them back the day after and studio received them back. I got told to wait two weeks for a refund. After two weeks still no refund so rang them back. Then got told to wait a further week. Guess what still no refund after that further week. Rang them back and got told the warehouse isn’t communicating with them so they can’t refund and they don’t know when I will receive said refund. No one has a clue what they were talking about I spoke to several different people, even a manager didn’t have a clue what to tell me. Now £300 out of pocket with no rings!! AVOID at all costs, useless company

I ordered some items of clothing on 11th October. The tracking says it’s been in the delivery depot with Evri from the 16th of October. It’s now the 31st and the items haven’t moved from the warehouse. I have called several times. Iv spoke to 2 Asian ladies. A South Africa. Lady and 2 men from ???? I don’t think they have the grasp of what’s going on… I just want my order to go from one please to my home. Why can’t someone let me know where my order is?? I want my order or a refund. I would like to speak to someone from England

One star was one to much No statements not able to go online My name!! My address!! My date of birth!! My reference number!! NOT CHANGED but not recognised!!!! Paid account by phone received email thank you for payment and reference number for payment. A month later received email about missed payment Phoned again oh!!! payment did not go through Why email received reference number money was in the bank. Wanted another £14 non payment. Person other end of phone a joke addiment £14 was to be paid no only what I owed. I ONLY PAID FOR WHAT I GOT. I told her that I wanted to speak to someone in charge Studio Phoned back a short while later OH LO!!!!! and behold was their fault payment did not go through.Told them to keep their goods don't want anything to do with studio ever again.Always your fault not there's. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF STAY CLEAR I WILL. Phone calls to them are expensive be warned.

Still no joy after 8 weeks of being told lies. 8 weeks without a Television. Been fobbed of all the time. Disgraceful customer service. Where's my refund. Had enough know. Trading standards involved. 😡

Took 3 weeks to pick up item for return. Its getting on for 3 weeks again for my refund. Phoned 3 times. To get fobbed of. Will be on to them fist thing tomro 03/10/2022. Disgraceful customer service.

Terrible service I ordered garden furniture however my mother got me garden furniture for my birthday from argos instead, then studio goods arrived that I did not need anymore so I tried to get the money back items returned, only this was 2 months ago and no courier had came to collect, after several calls to customer service they have now charged me £20 for not returning when I have informed them to collect it as I do not want it and why should I pay for something I am not going to use after all, and I have threatened to sell the stuff if no courier comes to collect. So I have had the £20 reducted and a courier is supposed to collect in a couple of days, I have informed them that I will be sell the product if no one comes let see what happens but I will never order anything from this sham of a company it is terrible the way they treat customers, I will be reporting this to the financial obusmen if they do not remove the items on Thursday. A bit of advice avoid at all costs.!!!

I was shocked to receive email on 19/9/22 stating 30% discount if order place by midnight that day. I contacted customer services next day and asked why they were trading on a day when most of the country were not due to the Queen's funeral. Response was unbelievable and basically saying they were online company. Clearly if their standards are so low I wonder how they would treat you if you had an issue with your order, I have closed my account and will shop with a company with higher standards and not just interested in the money

Taken my refund and collected with there own company. 6 weeks later. No refund no product . Blamed everyone possible. Avoid. Left a very vulnerable family without 160 pound. Scammers

worst customer service i have ever had, i call handler managed to lock my online account, then said thanks for shopping with us. SHOP with you, i cant shop with you youve just locked my account, can talk to a line manager supervisor or manager. my 10 year old has better skills that the call handler, what a joke of a company no wonder why they nearly went bust last year, good luck for this year !!!!! i wont be shopping with them ever again

No way of cancelling orders. Tried to place an order then got a message saying "unable to process your order at the moment. Try again later" So I did and 2 hours later I got 2 confirmation emails as I ended up having a duplicate order. (Having read some other reviews, this has happened a lot) I got it touch right away. Got told that I needed to wait until the orders are processed before cancelling one. Bear in mind this isn't next day delivery, this is the good old 3-5 days one. Now they're saying that they're unable to cancel it and it will be delivered and I will need to call them to arrange a collection. This seems like a waste of time. If I had known, I would have used another website and paid £2 more to get a more reliable service...

I try to help people who want to do shopping online from studio.....I DON'T RECOMMEND TO NO-ONE TO BUY FROM "STUDIO UK"....if you will be happy to pay something for nothing, you can buy from STUDIO UK, if not....I suggest you to be very careful. For me was happening for second time, first time I used their credit, they charged me for interest even if I didn't jump out of the date which was set up, the second time I didn't use their credit, because my previous experience with them, I paid all my shopping with my debit card, and GUESS WHAT....they still charge me, every month I receive text from them that tge limit of my payment is on 5th of the month. I suggest you to check very well for what they charge you....they take your money for nothing. In my case I had to pay for nothing. I done a complaint to them but I still receive texts regarding my payment....I don't want to hear about them never in my life! My suggestion for you is to give up by buying from them and be careful!
