“Do not use this company. I had a faulty chiminea delivered. Rang them to return, as too big to send in the post. Still waiting 7 weeks later. Now getting txts telling me to pay account, but I’m not so they can stay here forever until they are picked up DO NOT buy off this poor excuse of a company. Poor customer service, just give you same spiel over and over again now keep putting the phone down on me. I have started a complaint with trading standards”

“Odered chairs then chnaged my mind as husband brought another one. It was cancelled 1 day after ordering. was adised a refund within 5 to 7 days as cancelled before order left warehouse. However Studio still went ahead and the ordered was not cancelled. Called again theborder has left warehouse have to turn away driver and then when item is back in warehouse will receive my money of £369.00. This is unacceptable. would not advice anuone to order poor custmer service.”

“Repeated data protection act breeches including someone taking my details home and calling maliciously from home, 30 times, the police traced these calls to one of their employees. Vile behaviour.”

“Disgusting with the service I'm still waiting for my refund seen January. I'm still waiting another 7 days for them to look into it once again. If said before i order it was out of stock i wouldn't of got it. All i keep getting it's been transferred on your side but i sent my bank statements to show nothing came out. I asked proof on your side but i get NOTHING i never had this problem ever to get a refund back customer always right yeah right you don't even listen and you have too many different people trying to help and all telling you different things. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY you definitely need to look into your customer service”

“Do not touch this company, we ordered an expensive item and it was delivered in broken pieces. After several emails and phone calls promising our money back this was never followed up. It has been two months and they have still not collected the item for a refund. Other review sites read the same. I wish I had checked them before buying, it seems their company page is filled with reviews created by the company itself. Don't be fooled by those reviews.”

“Don’t order from them!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed order 20th April for items on 5-10 days delivery. Payment taken 21st April to coincide with courier tracking saying waiting on items. Almost one month later after several emails to Studio & confirmation from courier they’ve never received items, I’ve requested a refund twice. They’re saying there will be a missing in transit investigation which could take upto 30 days!! I don’t think so. Credit card company raising a dispute & crediting my account. Utterly shocking service. Noted that most of the reviews on here are invited too. Mmmmmm”

“Returned a faulty Tablet, and after loads of hassell and consistent misinformation given by their overseas call centre, stating that the refund was returned into my bank account and would take 72 hours, i am still waiting for it after 16 days. Reading all these negative reviews i will probably never see my money returned. Avoid this company at all costs.”

“Received 5 boxes floor tiles, half was different shades only noticed when laid!!! After 40 plus emails and countless phone calls they still can't resolve this!!! They offer only 10% off and I now have to pay for a whole new floor at my own expense. NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!”

“Bought a new PS5 console off Studio, never heard of them before finding stock available and since the console was impossible to find I gave it a go. Order placed on Tuesday, processed on Wednesday, dispatched on Thursday 4am and delivered again on Thursday at 11am. I couldn't be more happy, speedy delivery and goods received in perfect condition, thank you Studio, you've just won a new customer.”

“Ordered and paid for 3 items - 2 which were cancelled by Studio as no stock. 3rd item was now no use so I phoned to cancel. 3 weeks later received item regardless. Returned using hermes, which has gone missing!! 4 more phone calls, forms filled in and still not resolved. This has been more than 2 months since order. Will never use this company again!!”

“I got sent two Nintendo switches instead of one in October. I returned one to a delivery man they sent. Unfortunately the parcel as been lost in transit. After near on ten phone calls going through the same scenario and filling forms in they said they would refund me. This as never happened and it is costing me money with these waste of time phone calls.”

“They use hermes. Lying deliver guy said he had attempted to deliver in the 3 hour slot I've been waiting in for and didnt even come. No card no knock as he was never here. Ive been waiting all day. Wont order from here ever again. They use useless deliver companies it deflects on them. Absoutely raging about it.”

“Called them 10mins after I placed a order as I noticed delivery address was wrong they said they will be able to change the address once it’s been processed and to call back once it had. I called back to be told they can’t change the delivery address or cancel my order or refund my account even though it hasn’t been dispatched. I now won’t recive my order that has already been credited to my account I no long live or know the person who lives at the address. I admit my mistake in clicking the wrong address however customer service had told me they would be able to change that which they now can’t.Very unsatisfied. Customer service give false information.”

“If I could give zero I would. Atrocious company. Still waiting on a refund since January. They say they refunded me but the account for that card was closed months ago. I have provided evidence of this but they are continuing to find excuses not to refund me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!”
