As a new customer I placed an order for some shorts on 6th june ,i was told delivery would be 3 to 7 days .After 3 weeks and no delivery and numerous phone calls and emails un replied to ,i spoke to trading standards .Studio told me i would have to wait 30 days for a refund while they investigated where my parcel was ??THIS IS NOT LEGAL !!!As soon as i told them trading standards said if they have broken their contract of supplying goods within 3 to 7 days by law I'm entitled to a refund .And it worked !!I was refunded within 2 days .Disgraceful customer service, would never buy from them again .I hope this review will help someone else dealing with this awful company .

Studio used to be a very good company when it was called studio 24. I have been a customer for years. NOW THEY ARE THE VERY WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I ORDERED A DISHWASHER FROM THEM OVER A MONTH AGO AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE WITH ME IN 10 DAYS IT THE LATEST THEY TOOK MY MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY. BUT NO SIGN OF THE DISHWASHER YET. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES ASKING THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND. NOT HAD A REPLY YET. THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE. Please do not buy any thing from this company. Verv very bad customer service.

I would advise you to avoid this company. Item broken when delivered. I am getting nowhere with emails to Customer Service. Very poor service. I have never used Studio before, never again, will stick with the companies I always use and provide me with a service if things go wrong!

Bought a bed and after a few months the bed broke, I tried calling but no luck so I emailed them they took a few weeks to acknowledge the email then nothing for about six weeks called and got through the person said he's sending out a replacement and he's having the broken one picked up. Got an email about the new one and they are bill me for the replacement. Totally disgusting company. Do not use this company

I would give this company a -100, absolutely the worst company ever !!!!!! Do not purchase anything from them. I'm still waiting for a refund after three months despite the fact that studio has recently the returned item !!!! Beware !!!!

We placed an order in 2019 and believed we had made all the payments to clear the balance. However in June 2020, we recieved a notice from a debt collector telling is we owed nearly £300. We queried this as Studio had not contacted us once on the matter. Apparently the final payment was missed but instead of sending us any kind of reminder, they added interest and missed payment fines for a year then sold the debt to a debt collector. I find this practice most dishonest as we could have cleared the balance had we known about it. Will not be using studio again, they are not to be trusted.

Absolutely atrocious Customer Service. They really do not care about there customers, even after contacting the Directors Office (Phil Maudsley) I am still waiting a suitable resolution on my orders after they were delayed by months even though I was told they would be delivered on more than one occasion or delivered with nothing in the box which is the latest calamity so if the Directors don't care then why should the Staff. I will not be using them again.

Do not buy from this company !!!Been waiting 4 weeks for my order ,have sent emails no replys .Have waited half hour to speak to customer service and then fobbed off ,told parcel is lost and could take 30 days to investigate ???I'm so mad at them ,disgraceful customer service ,they shouldn't be allowed to trade .

Rubbish . I ordered two separate orders for personalised pens. One arrived arrived fine but no trace of the other. I went onto my account which shows both payments taken but not even an order number for the undelivered pencils. Two emails and no reply . 20 mins waiting on the phone but no answer. Have left a message on their Facebook page . What a shambles ! Never again .

I have written 3 complaint emails and not had an answer! My item is 3 weeks after anticipated delivery date and still no confirmation of when it will arrive. Slow response time. Don’t answer ANY of my questions. Ignore my telephone call request. Delay after delay after delay. No reason why? Just appalling customer service all round! Tried calling and never answer! OR says closed when it clearly says they are open! Shambles! Still waiting for my item!

I ordered a wardrobe and bedside cabinet from Studio which was meant to arrive within 10 days. The bedside cabinet arrived but the wardrobe didn't. After no luck with it being delivered and waiting weeks, I have been awaiting a refund which has still not been made and all I am told is that they will chase the relevant department and I just have to keep waiting... so frustrating to say the least as I want the refund before being able to order a wardrobe elsewhere.

Absolute garbage company.ordered 4 pillows.got on delivered packaging ripped.then second then third.no fourth after a month.totally useless communications and no refund. Pillow quality total cap. Do not buy anything from this lot

they either send wrong stuff eve though you cancelled it, also never received an item from this place although they charged my account not impressed. communication wise pretty damn useless i know covid-19 is here but if you cant run the company right then dont honestly steer clear use amazon

Disgrace They do this time and time again Place an order, main item and few cheap bits, pay extortionate post packaging then they don’t tell you ur main item is out of stock, send you the cheap bits to cover postage then, and No main item This is constant with them . They do it time and time again Absolutely shocking and disgusting

I was a bit hesitant to buy from this website based on the existing reviews but decided to risk it, and I must say I have not been disappointed. The item I purchased (some bluetooth earbuds) arrived sooner than expected and seems to work fine. Studio kept me updated by email from the point of purchase through to the day of delivery. All in all, I'd say I would use Studio again based on my personal experience. Caveat Emptor, I suppose.

I wish I could issue 0 stars. That would be more fitting. I IMPLORE YOU TO NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. I've never been one to leave a review nor am I one to complain unless utterly necessary. I ordered a television from studio last year on the 6th of July which unfortunately arrived damaged. I had a replacement issued maybe 2-3 weeks later and the damaged one was returned to studio through ArrowXL. I was charged for both televisions on my buy now pay later account, adding a total of £419.98 to the account that I did not owe. Almost a WHOLE YEAR and how many countless emails and phone conversations later and the amount has still yet to be issued to my account. I was informed details of the return had be found (after contacting them 3 times and waiting patiently for 3 months) and that the refund would be issued within 6 days, that was 4-5 months ago and any further contact with them has been ignored, replied to with an automated response or most recently via phone resulted in me being sent straight back to square one because no evidence of the return can be found and no documentation of the refund was noted down. I cannot clear my balance which I'd have cleared within months of the initial purchase because all that I owe is what they're to issue back to my account. It has effected my credit score. I have been charged more than I'd have initially paid due to interest on the account being higher as I owe money for an item I do not have. I am disgusted at this service and if nothing is done after my final attempt yesterday (in which I was was assured this will be looked into again) I will do everything in my power to take legal action. I have contacted the ombudsmen and have made my final attempt as suggested, I have evidence in regards to emails and phone conversations. I will get my refund and any money that I am owed in regards to interest I should not have paid. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC COMPANY.
