"Worse customer service company I have never met.\r\nThey told me that they sent the parcel to me, but no parcel was found. They sent me the photo which is only a parcel box \ud83d\udce6 but no label on it. The background is blackout, I have no idea where it is. I have contacted customer service for two times, but they only asked me to ask my neighbour and sent me the photos. They are not helpful and not professional. Very disappointed, definitely not recommended"

"7 days have passed after receiving unsatisfactory goods. Razors broken I ripped packet, Toothpaste bundle in ripped box with Toothpaste loose & most products covered in sticky face mask. Superdrug seem unwilling or unable to offer any refund. If I purchased these goods in a High Street store would Superdrug deem it acceptable to sell goods in this unsatisfactory state on shelves?????????"

"In this branch I was made to wait while someone was filling the shelves and I was waiting to be served the Checkout person put stock over priority of a customer. \ud83d\ude2c\ud83d\ude44\ud83d\ude44\ud83d\ude44\ud83d\ude44 stock always low in black products Skin Success Palmer's always out of stock no dates given of replenishment not happy customer been coming to this branch for many years we'll have to go somewhere else"
