“I bought Christmas Gifts. When they arrived I was thrilled with the quality. I purchased wool sleep socks for a friend who suffers from chronically cold feet. They are perfect. Hand-knit and sized to fit so they do not bind. Also a very warm Boiled wool ski cap for my ski-bum grandson. I love it when I can find perfect gifts.”

“I have searched high and low for a nice thick 100% wool sock. Not only is this one of the only ones I could find, even if there were competitors it would blow them away. Better than slippers around the house, my feet stay toasty warm but never sweaty as these breathe. I’ve experimented with many synthetics and wool blends over the years and none has matched the comfort of these socks. Totally worth the money. A couple of cautions: these are big beefy wool socks. They won’t work in an already snug boot. Also, I ordered a size larger as typically these type of socks are tight to pull in. No need, I wish I had ordered them to fit as they are definitely a size too large for me. No matter, I love them too much to give them up. I will almost certainly buy another pair. Also, the Sweater Chalet was prompt in its messaging and the package arrived two days before projected. I couldn’t be more pleased and will buy more from them in the future.”

“I am a UK customer. Ergo quite remote. I messed up my size order and had to return the goods in exchange for a larger size. The help I received for such a small purchase went way beyond what one could expect.
