“Good customer service. The conversion kit is a bit fiddly but works well when fitted. The power control is rather basic.”

“Swytch bike is perfect to get around my city! I'm very happy to keep my bike light and have that little help that keep me smiling. The negative part is that the first kit was malfunction and I wait to long to get a new one from the guarantee.”

“All OK except that cannot find any V-brake blocks that don't screech on the alloy wheel rim. They're OK on a steel wheel.”

“Converting a bike is a worthwhile price option in comparison to fully EV bike. Great for a commute to and from work. Battery life could be a little better, need to take charge with me to work for a battery top up. Bottle mount position for the battery works better for me. Cables are a little untidy, but doesn’t change the ride experience.”

“It was a bit tricky to get the sensor on the pedals to fit and work properly. The rest of the wiring was simple. Changing a tube is more challenging, but not so much as to be a total pain once you get the hang of it. Would I buy it again? Maybe not. There are other options coming available that I would be sure to compare with where as when I purchased the Swytch there weren't many other conversion choices. That said, I like the way it performs.”

“The kit arrived in good time. The basic display unit failed twice and was replaced by Swytch both times in a timely manner. The battery life is way too little and is unsatisfactory for normal use.”

“Easy to assemble and once I got the hang of everything it is a great way to convert your bike to e-bike capability. Delivery was delayed a few weeks but I was kept informed and all arrived as promised.”

“Truly love this addition to my bike. There's a huge hill where I live that turns my commute into a difficult work out. This has helped immensely. Easy to toggle on and off if you want the work out. I've noticed though - the battery just is NOT lasting the way it did. I usually ride 6 miles round trip to work and need to charge every day. Could be because it's winter now? Not 100% sure, but still gets me where I need to go. Haven't dealt w/ customer service or the company directly, so this is strictly about the product.”

“Great service, excellent packaging and help. Easy to fit. Only downside is lack of instructions at using the LED control panel. And it would be better if you could easily reduce power levels without cycling right through to max.”

“I had bought the first kit, and was a bit suprised that the battery, even though it lasted a while, died completly and I was lefr not knowing what to do... Then after many mails trying to understand what was wrong, I was told it was dead and had to sped more 300,00 EUR on a new one. I did and I'm not sory but: It has a strong power but fades rapidly. I would like the option of less power for more distance, for when I'm on a leveled place the power is to much and could be saved. Also, the new power lever has a different notion of how much power is on the battery because they display different measurements. But still, I'm happy with it. Just would also like to have an estimate of how long it will last and if next time it wont be so difficult to get a new battery.”

“It works very well especially on hills. Improvements to service. 1 Buying platform is a bit hit and miss and follow up confirmation confusing as to nest steps resulting in a longer delivery period. 2 Delivery....rim damaged in box which had been damaged maybe by fork lift forks. 3 No width option for wheel rim ....respoked onto existing rim. Battery....unable to use last 40% of charge. Reprogramming as described in user book dis not work. 4 unable to contact anyone on phone after payment to discuss rim width options. Good price, functions well and pleased after installation completed.”

“I do love my Swytch bike and enjoy that I can travel further and 'take' on hills easier! Considering it is an expensive purchase it was disappointing how long it took to arrive plus the order did not arrive in on piece.”

“After using my swytch for around 400 miles it is great. The battery gets me 10-15 miles not the 30 miles as i am 90kg, charging is fine the charger switches itself off when full so no need to worry about overcharging. The spokes were a little loose out of the box the youtube vid helped build ir. Led screen is good. Keeping it on the low power settings is best high power for short journeys. 2 batteries if you can afford it good to have if using regularly.”

“Great addition! Easy to use. Great customer service, I do need to keep an eye on the battery as it is the smaller one so doesnt go for mNy short journeys. Power sometimes fluctuates. But all in all i love it i might need to invest is a bigger battery though for longer jaunts.”
