I will be watching all the other selling sites (eBay, Poshmark, etc) to see if they end up being sold there by this group! \r\n\r\nThere is so much wrong with the way this place operates it's impossible to believe people ever use them more than once."

"Be careful of this place. They charge a $3.99 restocking fee per item. So I shopped on this sale they had and spent $200 thinking I\u2019d be able to return items. Half of it didn\u2019t work out so about $100+ worth of stuff that either didn\u2019t fit or the photo didn\u2019t really represent the item. So I go to do a refund and they charge me $3.99 per item, a total of $103. But with the fees I get $59 back. And I have to get that in store credit. Or if I want my money back I pay another $11. So I basically get $48 of my money back and they keep $52 for stuff that I didn\u2019t even use. RUN!"

"Buying from ThreadUp is okay. I ordered a few items but pictures looked better than actual merchandise. Some were not worth it, I would say outdated. Selling items throug TreadUp not worth your efforts. Donating is better experience."
