Bought large mirror in Drogheda store, which did not fit in my car, one of the TK Maxx employees Gareth saw it would not fit and offered to deliver with his Jeep the following day, Sunday morning, which he did. He would not take any money or even a bottle of wine as thanks. Amazing service!”

Having sent over 10 emails whilst also making numerous phone calls concerning a incorrectly labelled item of clothing, I was simply ignored.
My time was also wasted, waiting at home for a agreed collection that did not happen.
Having raised a complaint, it was simply brushed under the carpet.
I will not be using this pathetically run company anymore.”

First inside material has teared, then the ziņo collapsed. I drove to Croydon Tk maxx, which is the nearest to me, but they have refused to issue a refund and sent me to Bromley. Why do I neēd to spend all this time driving if it’s the failu of the manufactuter?? Now I doubt that they sell originals. I’ve explained it to Amy, the manager, but she just told that I need to go to Bromley. I believe I bought it in TK Maxx, why I need to go to different store? “TK Maxx you ruined my weekend.
My wife had bought 3 curtain rods from castle hill store and since we needed more we called up every single store. Hillsdale store said they have two in stock. I rang them again if we can pay over the phone as it was 3:00pm on Saturday and I had to drive an hour. They said you should come to store. Fair enough! Again I called and asked if they can hold it for 24 hours they said we can hold it until end of today. Fair enough!
I drove an hour and when I got there the guy showed me two different rod! That none of them was the item number I gave them and they confirmed! Even those two rods weren’t the same color!
He told me sorry the lady who answered you made a mistake and she brought the closest items.
Honestly do you understand what you’ve done to me on that day?”
