It’s gone down hill from when it first opened, in the late 90’s you would find current designer labels that were old stock but still on trend, now it’s just old stock thats isn’t current what so ever unless it’s been left on the rack and it comes back round.

I returned a suite case that was faulty to kings gate Crawley store and it was within the 28 days returned. The lady manager on that store was rude and did not accept to return the item or communicate as a professional manager for tk max. This happened today 11/11/2021. I have been customer for years and in return I received very bad service I consider it as stealing within the time of refund or exchange. Never buy from them again.

Really bad customer service in both branches of Coventry. The one at central six couldnt do an exchange or credit for a faulty item without receipt. The manager made a big fuss out of it. Would never shop in this place again and will let so many people not to support theis company.😡

This is my favourite and only shop now. They have original and absolutely unique clothes and much more other stuff. I'm usually shopping at stationary shop and recently I bought gorgeous coats made in Canada online. I've ordered both on Friday evening and they did arrive next day at 10am. They provide absolutely the best service ever. THANK YOU TKmaxx. You made my day again 🤗

ZAK at Great northern retail Park Huddersfield went over and above to help me - thanks really helped me Young girl at the till was friendly and efficient even though she was in training :)

TK Max at Browns Plains Qld is my favourite of all shops the stock is always different every time I visit the prices are amazing so are the quality of goods I also love their seasonal displays eg Halloween and Christmas are my favourites also the staff are so friendly and smiling I would recommend this store to anyone

Only received a text alert twenty minutes prior to delivery. This was on a Sunday, and we were getting ready to go out. We had to delay our departure to await the parcel arriving. Too short notification, and the Hermes delivery person hammered on the glass porch window, despite a notice reading' please ring the bell!'

I have never ever had such a bad experience as l had in their London Colney store. There was rubbish left on the floor no one cared to clear up, the staff couldn’t be bothered to help. One girl sat texting at the checkout and ignored me when l asked a question. I wrote to customer services in June and chased 3 times but still no response. I then emailed Tony Slipman CEO on 29th July and what a surprise! He didn’t bother either. Which goes to prove - bad management, bad staff

The manager in Greenford Tk maxx is a thief. I went to return a dress I had bought 2 days ago as I couldn’t try it due to covid restrictions. The dress was too big. When they scanned it they said that the dress had not been paid for and had another bar code! I asked to see the cctv as they said that the dress was put in the bag after scanning the original barcode by mistake - they didn’t want to show me the cctv - the manager was abusive and aggressive - then they said they saw that I had bought 29 items and they put 30 in the bag!!!! An absolute lie!!! I counted the items I bought they were 29!!! The manager sent another worker to tell me that they were keeping the dress and I would not get a refund!!!! She didn’t want to face me- THIEVES- AVOID - I asked to see the security manager and he didn’t come. I Complained to customer services and no call yet with any resolution

Today I was impressed by three ladies who have assisted me with my sale day. 1. The one who was working at the jewelry point. She refers me to the second lady as she was dealing with the jewellery section. She ensured I was assisted straight away with no delay. The second one did not catch her name, she originates from Bangladesh. She ensured that got the best products explaining the importance of the products as per needs in a holistic manner. 3. Tiscica who serves me at the till. Who helps me my earring. All three of them have went extra mile To support me with my products by providing high quality service and standard.

Alison and Sarah at the Scunthorpe store were extremely helpful when a gift card I had purchased for a friend at Xmas had been lost. Sarah informed me that customer service would be able to help and gave me the telephone number- luckily I was able to find my receipt with proof of purchase, they were able to freeze the card and Alison was able to issue me with a new gift card. Thank you so much!

Used to love this shop but things have gone badly downhill. Went to TK maxx brixton today with a view to spending at least £500 as I've done no clothes shopping for a year and need plenty of things. When i wanted to try items on I found the changing rooms were closed. So i did what everyone does, I found a mirror and started trying the items on over my clothes. A masked apparation at least 1/3 my age came rushing over to me and scloded me, telling me i was not allowed to try clothes on. Meanwhile in the shoe department, people were trying on shoes! The woman told me i had to "buy everything" I wanted to try on, then lug everything home, try it on there and then make another trip back to return what didn't fit. Uh uh, I don't think so kiddo. I'm a budy professional and don't have time for that. So TK MAXX lost out on several hundred pounds today, that exludes the thousands I won't be spedning there in future.

I am sick of the policing of the front door . Last Saturday the ‘doorman’ had a clicker and took great pleasure in using it whilst actually wearing swat gear ???? When I complained as feedback it was ignored ,,except I was followed out of the store and challenged by a stupid employee who stopped me outside of the store and asked me the problem then proceeded to ignore me whilst reporting me as a threat person to the security staff,,,a blatant lie to slander me and an abuse of the front line worker policy of non abuse ,,what a liar ,,She followed me down the street to do this ,,I’d left the store with my kids and dared to complain. The young Chinese boy at the door laughed and repeatedly clicked the clicker ,,idiots ,,I will never use tk Mac anywhere again ,,after 20 years of trying to help this jumble sale stay open I give up because of the ridiculous way I was followed then the idiot said you gotta leave lol!! What an idiot and A liar about passive men being violent . Disgusting

Usually a nice experience shopping in TK Maxx, spoilt today by one staff member who I assume is long overdue for her customer service training. I had money to spend but didn't bother. Staff need to be mindful that the customer is important to the longevity of the high street shops. To be fair the other staff member was lovely. It makes a difference!!

They use hermes for delivery and i bought expensive pen on sale not arrived because lost by carrier. Basically hermes just steal them

Ordered a wicker storage basket on line and received a large and heavy mattress topper.They actually then wanted me to carry it to the shop to return.After complaining and being on hold for about 20 minutes they offered to arrange a pick up.I then had to ohone again another 15 minutes on hold to ask for my refund.They said I would get it as soon as it was received back.According to the tracking the got it back over 10 days ago.Phoned again on hold for another 20 mins and then stated they will authorise my refund and it can take up to 10-15 days.Absolutely awful to deal with even given its the pandemic.Other shops manage not to get orders totally wrong.

Don't use their online service, an error on their website meant a package I ordered went to the wrong address and they were 100% unhelpful. Just wasted my time and I lost £60 because of them. Plus it took over 7 days to deliver to that address anyway. Never had worse service in my life.
