“Can anyone tell me why stock levels are non existent. Not even got 25mm conduit and fittings unless I want to drive past 3 stores to purchase. We have a new store in town, nice staff, but, just no stock, this includes simple things like plasterboard screws in the past. If they want to compete, they need some stock.”

“Having been a regular trade customer of Toolstation for many years I find it difficult to believe the majority of the recent reviews on here. Always found all the staff to be helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the products they sell.
It is annoying for trade customers to be queuing behind diy customers who have not taken the time to look in the catalogue but would rather walk to the counter and expect the staff to tell them what they want. This takes so much time and causes frustration among staff and customers alike.
With reference to some of the reviews that have been posted on here, it would be advisable for anyone entering any store without a face mask to carry the certificate to prove you are medically exempt and wear the badge.”

“I've just watched a video of a woman who is medically exempt, be verbally abused by a man at the Northampton store. Violating so many laws that I hope she takes legal action for discrimination. It's in the companies best interest to remove people in CUSTOMER SERVICE who cannot treat customers WITH SERVICE.”
