Bad experience shopping online,Not recommend it,I've got about a week and it has not arrived. They arrived more quickly ordered products from China on aliexpres .

Having placed an order via click and collect and receiving text message to say goods are ready to collect. I was somewhat miffed as to why when I made the 20min journey to the branch to pick up items,I was told goods were not in stock and that a refund would be made( still waiting for said refund). Why could they not have sent me a text to advise me of this before I made the journey or indeed why did they say goods were in stock in the first place. This is poor service in my view. Surely this cannot be blamed on Covid 19.Staff incompetence or maybe their stock system needs an overhaul? Either way very disappointed with Toolstation.

made a £52 order, only received £20 worth of gear, during lockdown, these online firms must be doing drugs, either that or the courier firms are proper at it. And you have no chance of getting a reply off any of em..........oh wel paying in cash from now on at SCREWFIX!!!!!!!

Don't use them ,they take your money and don't come up with the goods. Total lack of communication regarding orders.

Ordered products over a month ago. Sent numerous emails via web site all I got back was a covid 19 message .You cant speak to anyone direct.In the end requested refund via web site and low and behold all I got back was a covid 19 message. This company are nothing but thieves and hopefully after covid 19 is passed this company will flounder and will no longer exist.VIVA SCREWFIX!

Unfortunately I get bad experience with them and can't recommend that place to anyone. Firstly no refund or exchange for unopened and sealed item (wrong size) Secondly I re-orded another one online, received my comfirmation ref.number, but couldn't collect it, as system was still in pending stage!!! After waiting outside for another 30min. been told that system crashed and order could not come till tomorrow. What??!! Are You Seriously?!! What the point to buy online if you have issues like that? That shows disrespect on personal time, and client. Sadly that I cannot give them less than 1 star

There is no option for no stars but even if there were a ranking of zero would be far too high. Ineptitude and incompetence at its highest level. After ordering goods to a value of just short of £100 on a click and collect basis I'm still waiting a week later for any kind of communication. Their phone lines have been out for at least a week and their website now states that it will take 3 to 4 days to answer an email. They have taken my money and abandoned any form of customer service to the extent that I demanded a refund 3 days ago and again I've heard nothing. Toolstation are an utter disgrace when other suppliers are performing brilliantly during the coronavirus with virtually no delays or drop in customer service. I will never use Toolstation again

Used click and collect. Told item was in stock only to arrive at store to be told not in stock. Then told toolstation not processing ANY refunds until corid virus crisis over. THEREFORE AVOID TOOLSTATION

After buying online an item, I went to collect it and it was given to another buyer. I was disappointed and was said " call for refund". I showed my invoice and didn't care. They suppose to keep your order for 30 days. They are absolutely unprofessional and don't bother if the customer is satisfied with them. Never buy there

Do not touch this cowboy of a company. Brought drain rods that snapped within 10 mins of using them, leaving me with stuck rods in the drain. Canterbury branch very unhelpful, customer service very unhelpful .

what did not go wrong paid for a shower screen 13 weeks ago got told it would arrive in 3 days then got an email 12 days later to say no address given order cancelled ordered again PAID AGAIN. 13 Weeks later 28 emails 6 refunds that did not work and 5 phone calls omg it should be on tv comedy show computer says nooooooooooooooo all work of none working failed script it a joke

Never shop in this store ...went on line to see if they had 2 bathroom mirrors in stock they said yes so drove from my home 10 miles away only to be told none in stock only for delivery, as i needed them the member of staff said he could get them delivered next day (great) so paid and left, next day no delivery rang and asked why... Norman the member off staff put the wrong address down . The lady could not deal with this so past me on to someone else who promised to cancel the order and have it sent to the right address the next day ... Guess what no mirrors, rang again was told the order was not coming as the mirrors where out off stock and would not be in for another week but can't promise... as it's 2 days before Christmas there's no way i'm get the mirrors in that week so this would make it 2 weeks not one and that's only if their suppliers deliver on time (Doubtful being only 2 day until Christmas) so cutting a long story short i will never shop in tool station again it was the first time i've shopped there and the last .. customer service very poor .

No refund for postage even if its wrong! Ordered a £135.00 jointer and paid for turbo delivery that was last friday today I received a £50 sander and get told by Alysha at customer services that I am not entitled to a £5.00 refund Thats the end of buying from tool station for me. Plenty of others sell goods online! I am still waiting my jointer I paid for I already have a sander but not the cheap one you sent out to me!

Arrived at bridgwater 15/11/19 10.00 am… Arrived at bridgwater 15/11/19 10.00 am branch today and could not find what I required in book asked supervisor on counter to look for me she handed me the same book ,I said that's the same book as over there so I looked at original book again ,I then still could not find it asked could you look on your screen she said she couldn't I then asked if she could check or call office she said she's not allowed to go to the office I then left and now writhing this .I have never been so humiliated in my life and am a regular customer and have been for maybe 20 years and was in whitladies rd clifton on there opening day of there 1st branch. Anyway rant over

Promised 5 working days shed delivery. 13 working days later and the goods have,it turns out, not even been shipped yet. Toolstation quite unhelpful. Their website still says 5 days for these Forest Garden sheds even though they admit this is not going to happen if you are anywhere in Scotland.

I ordered and paid for a lawnmower and strimmer on Thursday 4th July. Told it would be ready for collection on the friday. Went in the afternoon to pick it up to be told it was not yet in try Saturday. got phone call Saturday to say it still was not in. I rang central office on Tuesday who said it had been delivered to my local tool station the day before. I went down to collect it on the Tuesday. Took it home to find the strimmer was damaged. Rang central office again and they arranged to have it picked up on Thursday morning 11th July. I have not heard from tool station since and still have not got a lawnmower after paying in FULL 12 days ago.
