Absolutely terrible in every single aspect. Their website is so over complicates it makes your head nearly explode. There is actual guides in relation to navigating the website, however they are actually outdated because ubisoft cant stick with a design. Ubisoft connect is REQUIRED for almost all of their games, however it does nothing because all of its functions require you to go to the website to use! The WORST company ever. I'd perfer they just go bankrupt and loose all my games then keep working with this garbage.

my experience has been the most lack luster idea of gaming entertainment even game pass is better than you , I'm still trying to understand how your development teams operate at such a deceiving mode of lies and deceit.... thank you have a nice day and kindly go fawk yourself

From the Ubisoft Connect app. I tried to use coin credits for a %20 discount when buying a game (older game not new). I clicked four times (waiting each time) and nothing happened. I never got a discount - BUT, it deducted 400 credits from my account which left me with only 96 (you need 100 for a discount code.) I started a ticket and told them this and they kept sending me request after request for screenshots showing me trying to get a discount code. I already told them (if they read at all) that I only had 96 - not 100. They just kept asking for screenshots. Then they asked for SAME screenshots to include the system clock ! I'm just not buying anymore Ubisoft junk games. I'll stick to Steam (and make sure the games aren't requiring the Ubisoft Connect platform.

theres no skill based match making in siege or something. its so f-ing annoying that i play 6-7 games in a row because i get into games where people have never left their house in their whole lives and instant kill me. you think if the game saw me get 0 kills 6 matches in a row it would not put me into matches with the sweatiest people on earth

100% the worst game devs r6 is ruined spent whole of last night customising all my characters after switching to pc. now all my saved data from last night ALL GONE i hate ubisoft i hope they become bankrupt and their business fails as a whole

Makes everything difficult. Took a hour just to login , 3 password changes later just to find out they don’t support my system . Worthless in the worst way

I am with every single one of you Ubisoft will be bankrupt because they have been putting out the worst games within the past 5-7 years I hope a parent company takes them over because they have been doing nothing but screwing over the consumers who remember a better time when they use to produce quality product. As for me the only time I will ever buy another Ubisoft product is if it is extremely highly reviewed other than that I will never give another penny to this useless company

Everytime I go to open their game "rainbow six siege" it states somethings wrong even though I went to their ubisoft connect. what a dogshit company.

EVERY RANDOM ASS TIME I JOIN I GET KICKED CUASE OF CONNECTION ERROR THEN GET BANNED FOR 24 HOURS OR 18 AND ITS YALL SERVERS MY WIFI IS PERFECT PLAYING ON A 2000$ PC YOUR GAME IS FUN BUT IF THIS HAPPS AGAIN QUITING💀👎👎👎👎

Ubisoft said it takes like 48hrs to respond a support but I asked on 2 and 3 february and they still didn’t respond and it’s now 6 february. I really love the game rainbow 6 that’s my #1 game but they take A LOT of time to respond. Hopefully they’ll respond soon. I’m really disappointed in their Ubisoft ’support’

i wish there was 0 rating ubisoft is the most shi*** gaming software of all time, you get kicked from match the game crashes randomly the servers laggy , i wish they did something about it its been years and im not the only one that says this!!!!!

For some reason my old ubisoft was still attached to my xbox after being inactive on ubisoft well over 7 years. And due to it being attached my xbox when i went to start a new ubisoft account it charged to my old one. And since i cant ever log in and customer service is slow. They will not refund me and due to me being in a country that isnt on the list of being refundable. So they deserve a 0 star in my book. Seems to me that your company took too long on purpose. Overall horrible company, wish i looked into it before wasting money on a crappy company policy. Thanks for being a supporter of your customers company. Keep up the horrible work!

Rainbow 6 seige has a terrible ranked system, why am I palla456 a bronze 4 rank playing against platinum ranked players, it’s completely unfair!!!

Ubisoft says I need to get comfortable with “not owning my games” They can get comfortable with the fact that from now on I will pirate them instead 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now we both lose money. How the turn tables.

They have no idea about anything when it comes to tech. I am genuinely convinced they are a bunch of overpaid cockroaches who don't know how to help you with anything. I've had so many issues with them and not once have I gotten a straight-up answer or solution. It always redirects you to an AI conversation with very broad questions and solutions. Seriously would try to avoid it when possible, try and go through Steam, or even Blizzard would be better, and that's saying something.
