“If I could do 0 I would, I've been playing R6 since it pretty much came out , I lag , I verse really good people and my teamates are dirt if that was a rank, I shoot heads they don't die like it been happening for the pass 3 yrs should of kept it how it was, look at the video I sent you on instagram stuff like that's happening now and it's garbage the game sucks , was saved by jynxzie but how long will that last smh , YOUVE LOST ME THATS FOR SURE.”

“They have absolutely no customer service. They force you to jump through all kinds of hoops just to talk to a computer generated response that gives you the run around until it’s prompted to tell you pretty much to screw off! Do NOT buy Ubisoft games if you want a working disk or help with any kind of issues you might have. They will be absolutely no help. I’ve wasted over a month tryin g to get a replacement for a game that came broken and bugged.”

“this is the most useless app ever so many buggss its made me want to kill myself i just want to play siege but instead there are so many buggs its impossible and dont even talk about how you are ruining games because you are so useless i hope this company gets banned and steam buys siege because then the game might ACTUALLY be worth playing useless stupid company you have single handedly given me severe depression fix you game if i could give you a negative rating i would and your servers never work and are so strict and yet there are still so many cheaters you are all idiots a monkey could replace you as progrramers thank you”

“Most complainers below make a point sure support is overwhelmed and sucks. And they are 100% right. Playing AC 1 on PC whie it freeze all the time and has no controller support just sucksn when they remake a game like Black Flag that shouldn't have a remake yet... Ubisoft manegement are woofties. Listen to customers, not spoiled devs.”

“About 2-3 years ago I bought the Amazing anno 1800, some form of deluxe edition, came with all at that time future expansions. Recently I wanted to play some Anno again and to my surprise my Anno 1800 game was no longer in my library. In response to this I contacted support to ask them what happened to my game. While talking to them I received the request to provide proof of me purchasing the game... Long story short they did not honor my initial purchase and as such I am sadly no longer buying Ubisoft games.”

“I have been contacting Ubisoft and going back and forth with them because of an issue I’m having with being unable to buy an in game subscription. I keep getting notices from them saying they haven’t solved my issue but are “escalating it” to someone else, which ends up going nowhere. They also told me to not contact them back because it’ll restart my submission. So when I didn’t reply back they said they closed my ticket because they haven’t heard back even though they’re the ones who told me not to reply. I have asked to return my game car and get a new one since this is clearly an issue they are u able to resolve, I also asked to speak to someone on the phone and they said they don’t have that option. Basically this has been going back and forth the same conversation over and over again and it is probably the worst service I’ve ever gotten in my life especially when I am literally trying to give them money by purchasing a subscription. This has seriously left a sour taste in my mouth and I am very noted with Ubisoft.”

“I’ve had to sign in each time to play the game and clicking remember device and the stupid two step verification pops up each time and takes about one year to send maybe 2 then when you actually get on the game you get brainless teammates and go against champs this game sucks”
