Bought a FAKE from Vestiaire. It is so obvious even a normal person like me can immediately tell. How it passed your quality control? I paid for authentication! I need an explanation why this counterfeit passed your quality control. And I want my money back . Stop telling me it’s authentic! 10 days passed yet still NO solution! Liar!

Raqui's Closet VC is a terrible website they have 1 to 2-star ratings on every site they are rated they sell fakes and also return legitimate items because their staff doesn't know the difference Video I made about my ordeal https://youtu.be/tvcYve6AO6o of the 80 items I have sold 4 have been lost compared to none on Grailed and Mercari and 1 on Poshmark where I have sold over 200 items and which paid the minute they realized their mistake Vestiare 2 months to pay for the Helmut Lang skirt they lost. They have lost another item the address did not exist and the idiot at the Help desk though I was the buyer said the package hadn't been mailed yet and there was no tracking both of which are incorrect and then they get an attitude if you won't take them at their word their experts are handling it not an expert on the premises

I sold an item on this site and it was delivered on 12/26/22, today is 1/27/23 and I have not been paid. Customer service does not exist. I do not recommend using this platform.

I am disappointed with the service I bought four items from Verstiaire and there was no problem only with the first one. Today I received a report that the item I purchased has a fault which was not mentioned by the seller but they still recommended to ship it to me. I did not get the info what’s the fault to fairly judge the situation. The chat won’t work. The previous active chat I’m sending messages without reply. I’m dissatisfied and distressed!

VC is the biggest scam out there! Besides their everyday technical issues and very poor customer service, now they raised their fees without letting us know. Like each December they raise fees for sold items. Their email said “From 14 December 2022, the Selling Fee in your country for items priced between 80€ and 13 000€ increased from 14% to 15%. This 15% Selling Fee only applies to items listed from 14 December onwards. For any items listed before that date, the fee will not change” all of my items are listed before that date, not only they lied that the 14% won’t change but they applied to each of my item 17%! Not 14%, not 15% but 17%! Like what do you people believe, that we won’t notice it? The price of all my items have dropped. I sell my clothes on 4 different platforms and what is happening on VC is beyond unacceptable, I don’t know how you can still operate? The amount of mistakes and technical issues you have is way too high. There are every day, and I am not exaggerating, technical issues. In the last 2 years I have experienced on EBay exactly - zero issues, on VC must be more than 300! Now fix the fees like you have promised to us in your email, don’t cheat on your costumers.

I sold an item else where, I am trying to delete it, it will not let me do it, not on OS Firefox nor on Chrome, I do not use the App because it is horrible, I can't contact them via the help section because it does not work! Please not another spam reply like you gave the people before who complained about the same problem, get the IT in order, you do charge us enough!!!! Listen, your app is simply awful and causes all sorts of problems, plus your approach to safety and confidentiality leaves a lot to be desired, therefore I am not using the app of a company like yours on any of my devices where I have banking and tax information. PLEASE GET THE WEBSITE IN ORDER, you can't be contacted on the web with a Mac, people can't remove items they sold elsewhere, it is your job to get it in order, maybe the spambot who gives auto replies here without reading/understanding could contact your IT to get the damned site in order. You are a disgrace for an international company!

I honestly can't believe those clowns! I told them (lower down) that I can't contact them via their help section as it does not go through, the standard IDIOTIC copy and paste reply was to contact them via their website, THE ONE THAT I TOLD THEM DOES NOT WORK! Is this a joke or is everybody working for VC blessed with an IQ in single digits or too lazy/stupid to read?

Apparently you can now not even be bothered to tell me in what way my item is discrepant from the description and pictures, too lazy or cutting corners again? Your app is horrible, so I deleted it from my phone because you cut corners and have no IT support, I simply do not want to have the app of a company who is so sloppy with their IT on the same device where I have all my banking info. From the website on OS I can't open chat or reach your customer support, you don't even check functionality, how sloppy can you get? You do less and less and increase your percentage all the time, then pretend you are about circular fashion, you are about delivering as little as possible, cutting corners, and ripping buyers and sellers off. I am moving my items to other platforms. But I see you got a few fakies who praise you, they are about as copy and paste as your bot replies where you don't even read the replies, I am waiting for your usual reply to me, copy and paste.... YOU CAN'T EVEN SORT YOUR IT OUT

Over 10 days now cannot log in to my seller account. I have tried two different operating systems and login email gets rejected as "unknown." When I contact customer service repeatedly, I get the same copy and paste answers which tell me useless things like empty my cache except one time they told me I was under investigation for fraud. I have items for sale but cannot reply to potential customers who are making queries. The customer service people cannot bestir themselves to escalate the issue to IT.

I purchased an item 14 days ago and the seller never shipped the item (tumi Anna sling). I was supposed to be refunded automatically if the shipper didn’t ship within 7 days. However I never received a refund. I reach out customer service earlier this week and never received a response. This is not good customer service. Can someone please assist?

HORRIBLE SITE! They claim to authenticate/ verify the transactions with their experts... BUT... By verify, they simply mean they compare the write description to the item and Nothing more! They don't even verify the information is correct and accurate. Even after I supplied Double RL catalog photos showing the pants being worn on and sold as women's. Yes, I received women's pants being SOLD as Men's on Vestiaire Collective. The pants are even being sold currently on Ralph Lauren. Com as women's. Anyone can verify information as correct but an expert can tell if the info is accurate and correct. Apparently not here on this site. I sent them catalog photos, links to the current pants being SOLD as women's but still rejected my return. Shady service! I paid $15‐$20 for this authentication service and they didn't even do it accurately and can't admit any wrong doing. EXPERTS 🤣🤣🤣🤣 my A$$!!! I'm letting the court system and the federal trade Commission figure it out.

I was harassed by a "buyer" to drop my price, despite having switched offers off, mentioning I do not take offers, she kept at it, I said I switched offers off because I list for my lowest price and really don't want ridiculous offers, then blocked as she obviously would not take no for an answer, as a result she harassed me on the listing and then reported me, now my chat feature is blocked, she also bought another item and didn't pick up, for weeks it is now somewhere in limbo, there is no reply and no way to get in touch with Vestiaire if you do not use the App, which in the past has caused massive problems with my phones and crashed the whole phone, so I had to always had it reinstalled, the software is totally awful, on my Mac there is NO WAY of getting in touch with them, they do not update software and cut corners while raising commission all the time. This seems to be a joke company. The customer service is a sham, I guess I get one of the super standard replies like everybody else gets, apart from the shills who claim that they are great, notice the shills never give details

Im sold a bag and their team of experts have found discrepancy. I opted to ship my item back to find out the I would be the one paying for the IMPORT FEES!! They said that returning an item is FREE OF CHARGE! What a fraud. I am paying taxes way more than i purchased the item. Sellers beware!

I am a customer based in the UK who has traded on VC for the past three years happily and spoke of good things to friends. Until what happened two weeks ago. The event has been making me highly miserable, with no one from the company providing actual help. I shipped a Chanel fantasy tweed jacket, which I cared for very preciously, to a buyer on the first day of the new year in 2023. The buyer cancelled the order, and upon returning to me from the VC hub, the courier messaged me about the £200 that I suddenly needed to pay as an "import fee" - I had no idea which country this jacket was being sent to in the first place, so I am clueless why I am subject to this international import fee. I spent the past week trying to talk to customer support through chat, and none of the three I have spoken to (Aiza Sophia, Juan Victor, Rein S.) are helping me retrieve my own item back. They reply back to you every 24 hours for every question you have, and nobody answers back to my emails. In the chat, all they say is, "we are looking into it" or "you need to pay it because you are receiving it", which is absolute nonsense. The VC's website clearly states that the seller should be able to receive the item back "free of charge" should the buyer cancel the order. The website also clearly states that the seller is not liable for any import fees, even after Brexit. So why can't you send me my item back with pre-paid import fees? I just want my jacket back. As simple as that. I messaged VC on Twitter and Instagram, and I was shot down, claiming that I could not open a new conversation outside the VC platform. But then why does nobody give me an answer on VC on how I can get my jacket back??? Trust me, I want to shorten this conversation as much as you do. The jacket is still stuck in the postal warehouse because the import fee has not been dealt with by VC yet. To add, although my jacket was legitimately Never Worn, the VC workers decided that it should be Very Good Condition instead of Never Worn - which I am actually okay with because I respect their opinion too. The problem here is the fact that THEY ARE NOT RETURNING THE JACKET TO ME. It is still my jacket that I originally paid for. You are a broker between the seller and a buyer, where the buyer made the decision to purchase it AND pay the import fees based upon THEIR home base (I do not know who they are and whether they live IN or OUTSIDE the UK). Now that the buyer cancelled the decision, it is your responsibility as the agent to ensure that I receive my item back. The buyer's financial decision is not my financial liability. Please give my jacket back to me. I look forward to hearing back from you.

BUYERS BEWARE... VC is not honest about its custom fees. They will say no custom fees to get you to buy and you will be contacted by a third party to pay. If you don't pay VC will NOT give your money back and will not refund you the custom fee.

Please get your software in order, I listed several branded items, the branding is one you carry and others have listed at the same time or even after me, if I try to send you an email via the website (I am on OS) it says you received the message yet I never get an eMail confirmation, if I try to go into chat, it simply won't open. I don't use the app because frankly on a phone it is far too fiddly. You are selling via the web, so please make sure your website actually works, there is no way to get in contact with you!

I purchased a Polene bag on VC on 1/16. Shortly after I placed the order, I quickly found there are some details that doesn't match the real bag. I quickly contacted customer service and attached 1. photos from the seller and 2. photos from polene official website, and I marked the difference very clearly. It is so obvious that the 2 are different. The customer service aknowledged the issue and said they would be looking into it. But today, I saw the authendification has passed and the bag is ready to ship to me?? I paid $15 for authendification, and it is so clear it is FAKE! I paid my money for authentification and yet a such a low quality fake you said is real? Even after I gave you such clear evidence? Are you serious? I paid more than $400 for a fake! I want my money back!
