hello im writing this bewerung sinc i orders somthing from vestiar twic they claim that they chack the item if it fits as describet wich dident happend i paid over 40 chf for item to be checkd and the item does not correspodd to decription they dontsend the phot wehr the bag its been mensserment. and wont to accept it all that they say is that they have chekd and im wrong i have sentet photo wher i mensserd the bag wich is not as on description i paid for the bag over 500 chf to bee said just item has been checkd they dont acept the photos wich i sentet of the item now thy have the bag hope to find my rights thru anwalt sinc then i have to wait an answer from my anwalt so bad that i cant uplod photos of the bag that i menssurd and the descriptin thats on web

Absolutely appalling company who are functioning illegally and illegitimately. Zero stars. I’m actually not sure how they still exist and they will go bankrupt and be shut down eventually. I’ve sold an item that has been posted/received by buyer though item is still marked as pending delivery. When I click on tracking, item has been delivered. I reached out to buyer to confirm this, she confirmed that she’s happy with product but can’t authenticate due to item still being marked as pending delivery. Vestiaire are purposely prolonging my payment maybe because they’re running out of money or have cash flow issues? Super concerning. I’ve reached out numerous times to “customer service” and receive dumbfounding explanations that do not answer my questions and give me ridiculous answers. Fake company. I won’t be selling with them again. The worse resell marketplace I’ve ever experienced. Do not sell and buy on their platform. They are beyond untrustworthy.

I have ordered twice from Vestiaire Collective and twice both orders gone bad by the seller. 1st one the seller took my money and cancelled within an hour of receiving my money without an explanation. Then the second order I received a discount which I accepted and within an hour of receiving my money the buyer said the item wasn't in stock and to chose a similar item at an additional cost!!! It appears that Vestiaire Collective allows for its buyers to take money leaving the customers hanging to sort out a refund. What a great way to steal from customers as I have YET to receive a refund for the second item bought at the same time of the first. To top it all, I was charged custom charges which I am hoping Vestiaire should be honest and refund this as well as nothing was shipped due to the sellers "error". Vestiaire Collective should make all its sellers hold payment until all transactions are complete. They don't care about customers, all I get is a robotic AI BOT response each time! :-( Vestiaire Collective where is my FULL REFUND FOR THE ITEM ON YOUR SITE I NEVER RECEIVED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE?????????

Fake bag bought from VC website despite it says “authentication guaranteed”, was soooo complicated and stressed to return/refund. The worst thing is you can NOT unsubscribe from email, I tried to unsubscribe it dozens of times but still get their emails. This website so should be illegal!

Over 3 weeks ago they sent me an empty box when I had ordered an LV bag. Had sent it to be verified by them first before coming to me from the seller. When I opened the box to see no bag inside the LV box, they keep claiming they have to open an investigation with the carrier, even though there I keep telling them there's no way anyone could open and reseal that box and that is has to be at their office after it was sent there for verification. Now, 3 weeks later when I ask for updates on the case, they just close the conversation chat window on me and when I email I get template auto emails about still working on it (Still, 3 weeks later..). Have opened a PayPal case as they seem unwilling to give me money back even though they sent me an empty box! I Literally don't even want my money back, just want them to check their offices for my bag for the £400 bag I paid for, and send it to me. The whole process has been so stressful, I still don’t have the bag or my money back and ive had to consistently contact them over 3 weeks as no one will get in contact or follow up for you-- it's like they're just waiting for you to give up or something!

I was extremely dissatisfied with Vestiaire. I ordered a Chanel bag and the first time I used it, the Chanel Logo cracked right off. I went back and forth with Vestiaire because I am convinced this bag is not real, and they refused to take it back. I would never order from this site again. I have been reading the many negative reviews and I wish I had done that before I used their services.

Beware of the illegal actions of Vestiaire. On 30 May 2023, I ordered a phone cover for 80 euros. I chose delivery at collection point, thus the total price was 88 euros. I got a confirmation of order at 88 euros. However, when I checked my bank account, they had charged me 92,5€ (as if I had chosen delivery to home). When I contacted customer service, they did not assume responsibility despite clear evidence. It’s simply unacceptable (and illegal) to charge more than agreed. Seems that I am not the only one who has got this treatment. This is a case for class action. Update: Vestiaire team contacted me 31 May, telling me that they cannot affect my choice of delivery address. So, they did not even reply to the issue. This issue is not about delivery address, it is about delivery method which has been changed after order confirmation. Their web platform obviously has a glitch that needs to be repaired by their tech team, but instead their ”let’s play dum”-customer-service-team likes to blame it on the customers. Not cool!

I purchased a LV neverfull and it was fake. I tried to reach out to customer services several times but when they responded they told me to stop sending messages or they would not respond to me anymore. Horrible company. I have bought several bags before from this app but this is the first time this has happened. I’m so disappointed and upset. I’m not sure what to do

I am a seller on VC. I currently have a number of outstanding issues with VC. 1. Unable to list items 2. Provided all of the necessary pictures and receipt for items yet my item has not been listed 3. Sold a bag and the receipt was included with the bag. When the bag reached VC I received an email saying the sale was on hold and they requested the receipt. Why request what was already provided? 4. App is says I am on vacation however I do not have vacation mode enabled. This is hindering sales. I continue to get the same response from VC stating they will get back to be in 24-48 hours. It has well over 2 weeks.

my experience with this website has been nothing short of terrible they have no gender neutral section if you miss a detail or need to correct information on an item you can’t edit you have to go through long winded process with their customer service the customer service takes 20+ to speak to a person only to get generic response the people who “authenticate “ items have no knowledge what they are looking for its an absolute joke

This is honestly a horrendous joke, the buyer doesn't pick up their item at the pick up point, I can't reach the buyer, I left messages, no response, so I contact Vestiaire and ask them to contact the buyer as they have the contact information, I get a total bot reply from "Grace Anne D" who apparently didn't even read my request (possibly not capable of reading and only trained in auto reply) who replies with some totally meaningless BS, not even related to my request, I reply again, again a totally nutty auto reply. Can't they read? Do they have customer service? We know they don't care (look at the generic replies the spit out here), why do they charge a high commission? Btw the site is full of perverts who request that you send personal pictures to their Telegram accounts, which apparently is fine, if you tell them that you are not a wanking fodder for fetishists, you are rude and you get blocked from chat... Go figure. Customer service? Not happening

Please ladies don't sell anything via Vestiarie!!!! they are a fraudulent company ! I had sold my brand new jimmy Choo bag which was delivered to the buyer with proof etc, and they are keep telling me that the buyer didn't pay for it, so i can't get my money back! This is just beyond , customer service doesn't help and no phone number to call. There has to be a way to report them !

I have never seen such a bad support chat! The company states that you have a 7/24 available support. Don't even think about having a message within the 48h of wait. I have been sent two message in the row to ask me to wait these 48h. I have received a item that was not the one listed in terms of colour, and felt like scammed as this was not the one I was expected to get. It can be real or whatever, that is not the issue here. The issue that it was not the one that was on the photos and not in the same colour as mentioned in the item listing description. Therefore I decided to return the item. VC received the item, and decided to flag it as conformed, and re-listed on my account. So now, I am responsible of item, on which is attached the same original wrong listing photo and description. Crazy enough, VC sent me a email suggested me to lowering the price as it seems that the item listed on my account is overpriced. Since this forced re-listing, I tried to contact the support chat to understand how and why it has been flagged conformed while I sent the item back for a particular reason with photos to support my reason. I was able to talk with one of them and the only thing that they told me to reply to my question is, it is conformed, and then decided to stop replying. INSANE ! Since then, no reply to my messages. I can't imagine people paying for really expensive items and having to deal with such poor customer support. You have only a chat support. NO phone number. Maybe an email that gives you the message about waiting 48h, honey never receive a reply back.

Sold a new with tags dress from Selfridges. Bought for over 1k sold for £350. The buyer sent it to Vestiaire for authentication. I offered to provide a receipt and even explained that I work In fashion so I can contact the brand to get anything they need to help. They cancelled the sale because it’s not genuine? Sorry but who is authenticating these items?! I wouldn’t trust anything on the website if they can’t even tell a genuine item from a fake

Please bypass this site as far as selling and making money. They may or may not pay you until they are ready. My item was delivered on May 3rd. Today is May13th and I have not received payment yet. Think hard before you sell on this site. It’s almost impossible to reach the customer service team. I removed all of the items that I had for sale bacause when I make money I need it as soon as possible and don’t want to wait forever. Stay away from this site.

I NEVER ever write reviews but I am so furious. Terrible customer service and I do not advise anyone to sell through them. I have sold an item for $150+ and never received my payment. I am being ignored by customer service for over a week, tried contacting them and they just ended the chat for no reason. Trust me Poshmark, and Mercari are the best for selling. Never sell on there. Terrible, I wish I can put a 0-star review.
