"Delivered package to the front door (doorbell wasn't rung) that was left upside down and clearly leaking. The liquid fabric softener had leaked all over the contents of the box including boxed powders, ruining them. Everything went straight into the garbage as it was leaking everywhere.\r\nI spent over 1.5 hours cleaning and talking to customer service to get a refund. They REFUSED to refund me beyond the the softener and ARGUED with me that everything else looked \"fine\" in the photos I submitted. \r\nThey made no move to recompense me for the items nor my time. This is the worst customer service I have EVER received and left my visibly upset and shaking from the interaction.\r\nI shouldn't have to argue that liquids leaking all over everything ruins it."
