“I love Wal-Mart but I won't be ordering anything over $25. It's too hard to return if for some reason you need to return. Amazon has it going on. They help you return an item know that you I'll be shopping there again.”

“Wal-Mart has always treated me right. I bought several things from Walmart but most recently I bought a CD player it was from Onn. It works perfectly but I knew if I had trouble with it they would make it right.”

“I love to feel confident when purchasing something that if I don't like it I can return it. Sadly walmart it's one of my least favorite you shop now a days. They don't provide the right information and when trying to get the right thing they don't back up with their kids knowledge. All they want is to sale a product.”

“Never have a stocked store. Employees are rude. I started shopping their to save money but I am going to start going to may local retailer because the have what I need and their employees are friendly and helpful. I guess I don't mind paying a little more for this kind of service.”

“I love the fact that I can order almost anything my family needs from Wal-Mart.com. It's easy, fast and very convenient.The only complaint I have is with their packaging. The boxes are usually beat up pretty good before they get to me. The merchandise is never damaged. But the box looks as if it has been run over a few times. Other than that, it's perfect!”
