“Theirs is not good at all. I have even tried hemaroid cream with no luck. I would love to try Plexaderm! I am a senior and live on social security. I'm trying to find out how much it cost with no luck at all. I want to try it so bad.”

“review is a mix good and bad good that quality of merchandise is always good and the bad they say "2 day shipping," when the normal delivery runs 5-6 days. their offer is mostly never on the 2 day promise”

“Walmart mail ordering is right on time. Orders are delivered in an extremely timely manner. My only concern is there response time. I've had to change my password several time and when requesting a authorization number to change it there system has a longer than usual response time. Orders are deliver in a short amount of time. There system has the slowest response time. They need to have their IT department improve the response. time overall.”

“Due to some surgical medical mishaps, I am wheelchair and hospital bed bound in my home. I can't drive anymore, and don't go out bar the doctor once a month. I've been ordering from Walmart for over a year and am SO HAPPY to be able to buy my own groceries without having to burden my husband! I'm satisfied with the available selections. I would, however, like to be able to purchase items like Coffe Cake Juniors without having to buy 3 other different boxes w/it for about 3 X the cost and I would like to buy perishable items if they find a way to ship in cooled boxes. Other than those minor wishes, I am more than happy with my Walmart.com! Their 2 day FREE shipping (over $35) is AWESOME!! THANKS WALMART! ♡♡”

“Walmart on 53 Elmore. The tire department broke the lug nut on my tire and tried to blame my mechanic. My mechanic just put brakes, struts and shocks on my car yesterday. There is no way he would have broke a nut and left it broke without telling me. The young man lied, the customer service is less than ideal in the tire department”

“Horrible customer service at the Joliet location on Jeffferson. Waiting in line to make a return and it took nearly 15 minutes just for a cashier to come to the service desk”
