“I too will never make a purchase from Wal Mart. I was given incorrect information on a requested price adjustment on something I ordered on line and was told the only way I could get the adjustment was to return and repurchase. I had. sent messages to Wal mart.com but did not get a reply. I needed to return the item laptop with screen and fan problems and would only refund me with gift cards wanted to dispute it but was told that I only had 15 days to return it. Asked for a store manager never did get to talk to one. Basically was forced to accept the gift cards or keep a flawed computer. After reaching Wal.mart . Com ( credit card company finally offered me a phone number) o was informed that if Wal mart would have contacted them or directed me to them they could have credited me the $20.00 to my card and instead I am stuck with over $300.00 of gift cards from a store that I never want to step foot in again! Their lack of training and education of their employees is disgraceful. I was never told that I would have to accept gift cards on the return or I would have returned it initially. Horrible they take advantage of Customers.”

“Ordered Christmas gifts online from Walmart on 11/27/2019. Was sent email confirmation that packages would arrive by end of business day on 11/30/2019. Didn't receive packages until 12/17/2019. That's after 7 phone conversations with customer service. Walmart is promising two day shipment that they can not handle. I will never order from Walmart again, I will stick with reliable service from Amazon.”

“Lost the items in store from online order send refund. Takes 3 to 5 business days for refund had to make a new order the online app was playing up at end of order it managed to put 2 addresses in none with a number, WALMART refuse to change it because of their policy was forced to cancel ordered so out of pocket 500 and no product in time for Christmas.”

“Do not order from online it will not get there by the date and I ordered a mattress and got a trampoline and order a bed frame and never got it ! Walmart sucks do not buy or order from online stores”

“Make sure your order actually shipped before you throw away a gift card if you used that to purchase the item. I ordered an item and it said it shipped just to find out it was cancelled. I threw away the gift card but now I can’t get a refunded because I no longer have the card. Basically just threw $62 out the window. Terrible experience .”

“I purchased three bed warmers during Black Friday sale for a family that only had a space heater to keep warm. They said it would be delivered on the 10th of December. I contacted them on the 6th because I hadn't received notification about shipping and was again told it would be delivered on the 10th. I checked tonight ( the 9th ) and it's not been shipped. I could have brought from another seller on black Friday for the same price but went with Walmart, my mistake!!. They didn't even have the common courtesy to let me know. Now I will have to pay full price at another seller if I can even find them. Thanks Walmart, you really made a family's Cristmas.”

“This will probably not get printed at Walmart needs a union very bad they take advantage of all their employees through the holidays and throughout the days they give them points systems that if you keep your five points you make him move up and if you don't give you get out sick you got to know doctors excuses are accepted so if you get sick at Walmart your washing in dirt people open your eyes and realize Walmart's not for you Walmart just wants to keep you down as an employee you can get more hot hospital insurance more times off paid vacation time so you can also give Christmas days paid not to sit at 15% coupon they give you what the fuc I wouldn't even give them one star to Walmart that I have work at have filled all over the food when it cooking it and people come there and eat every day when they get pictures taking of this thing's Nation been shown to the bosses that work there the bosses don't even reply to clean it up they just keep on cooking and making more and more nastiness for the food that you eat be careful when you need an Ohio Walmart”

“I have never been a fan of Walmart. Not enough staff always have to look for someone. They don't care about customers just how money they make. Now it's self check out what scammers are Walmart. Prices in the long run are not cheaper.”

“I shop at Walmart regularly and so when I got an email saying that I was selected to participate in a survey and would receive a "coupon worth a min. of $90.00" I thought they recognized my business and were making a nice gesture. Nope. Seven (7) items from which to select one (most of which were male enhancement and face cream type items), but wait, I have to pay shipping! Wow, what a deal! I despise deception and fraud.”

“Walmart have scams for Black Friday deals. At 10:00 on the dot I tried to order a TV and it said out of stock. Walmart just lost a sjopper, I will never buy anything from the store again. Very disappointed”

“Walmart scams people,they don't stand behind the products and never has any stock for a lot of the items they carry. Now they want to cut jobs and have people check out on their on. Not gonna happen unless you add me to payroll. That's taking jobs from people and I want contribute to that. Target welcomes the new business.”

“Store No.1313 On the South side What a Scam! I went yesterday to buy a led flatscreen tv. Pre- Black Friday deals! I Purchased a ONN LED FLATSCREEN TV FOR $89.00 To What I thought was a Awesome deal ..Till i got it home to set it up! Apparently I had purchased a Merchandise Return... that was put back up on Electronics Dept. Shelf ... What a Scam!!!! The tv. Was totally incomplete Plastic bags where the accessories are in were torn open it was missing a leg stand I am and have always been a true and loyal Wal*Mart Store Customer for the Christmas Holidays... Not no more!!!! Selling Store Returns as A Pre-Black Friday deal... What a Shammmmmm!!!!!!!!!”

“I selected items to pickup at my local Walmart. The pickup time was 11/27/19, so I placed the order, I get the order status sent to my email it says some time in December. I could have went shopping inside the store if I wanted this wait time. If you tell someone it will arrive on a specific day, then it should be honored without excuses. I'm pretty sure these items are in stock at the store. My holiday is ruined.”

“Great place! Great people! Reconsider the diffused fragrance. Chemicals make up fragrance. Bad for people, bad for pets. Inhaling and having chemicals on clothes and products is unacceptable. SEE PUB MED ARTICLES: Indoor Air Quality: Scented products emit a bouquet of VOC's. Fragranced products: Risks for people and profits?”

“Do not let misleading information fool you like it fool me. I used Walmart to Walmart Money Transfer Service to send money to my sister. They said that it can be to any Walmart up to $2500.00. Well that is not the case. Some Walmarts have restrictions on how much money they can delivered. I sent her 1000 dollars and when she got to Walmart by Uber, they did not give her the money as they only can deliver up to $500 dollars. My sister had to walk home empty handed because she had mo more money. If I would know this information, I would had split the transaction in two so she did not have any problem picking the much needed money.”

“I shop at Walmart Store on memorial blvd in Murfreesboro, Tn. I checked on line for product I wanted(christmas toy $89.99). Showed available, went to store, I couldn't find. Went to service desk to ask for help in toy dept. Waited 30 mins no one came to help. This store has to be losing money.”

“I ordered two tires from Wal Mart. The tires did not deliver when they were supposed to deliver. After several delays Wal Mart advised they could not find the shipment. Wal Mart reordered the tries. A day before the scheduled delivery I was advised I could pick up my order. I went to the store but there was only one tire. After several delays Wal Mart admitted they couldn't find the tire. Wal Mart advised they would refund the tire price. Now 3 weeks later all I get is excuses and promises of emails correcting the problem. I think it is time to contact my state attorney general's off ice on customer fraud and time to hire an attorney.”

“Falken Sincera SN250 A/S 185/55R15 82 V Tire Fair warning, stay clear of these tires. They are sold at Walmart through a 3 rd. party that sells used tires. After 2 weeks of going back and forth with Walmart about the status of the tires and when they are going to be delivered, they finally arrived at Walmart. WOW I was shocked when they finally arrived and I went to Walmart to have the tires installed (the tires were used on dirty). I wrote so many emails to Walmart to get a replacement on the tires because they were used. Walmart email responses were they were sorry for the inconvenience and they dropped the ball - yet nothing was done to replace the tires I got. Eventually all my emails fell on deaf ears. Do not buy these tires from Walmart.”
