Walmart in South St Pete is the most ghetto and unprofessional Walmart I have ever visited. No one ever helps you and when you find an associate they always say that's not their department. I waited at the jewelry counter for over half an hour before finally leaving....this is after I went to customer service 3 times and asked for assistance. They continued to page employees for help but no one ever showed up.

I was recently at the Walmart South here in Muncie, Indiana. A few weeks ago a dark headed overweight girl about knocked me down in the parking lot. Much to my surprise I seen her working there. They need to check employees out better than they do. Today she said hello just to be spiteful in front of the women's department at the store. I like Walmart, not if this continues.

I had a bad incident in the parking lot here in Muncie Indiana South Walmart. A few weeks ago a lady with dark hair just walked out in front of me and almost knocked me over. She weighs at least 250 pounds. Little did I know she works there now. They really should check over who they hire at Walmart. Other than that it's a good store.

I just left this walmart in South Sioux City NE humiliated. The workers there have zero customer service. The smug supervisor (Macey) that I had them call after 30 minutes of a electronics specialist having no clue how to verify the price of a laptop was the worst customer care I have ever seen. They had 2 laptops mounted to a display with 2 prices one was $199 and the other $549 after spending about another half hour wating for him and two others to sort out whats what I was very irritated. So I told him I felt they should honor the price they CLEARLY had on display for one of those two laptops. No apologies and a solid "im im not gonna do that" is all I got from him. At that point I told him thats not right that I have wasted a hour of my time for your stores mistake and you wont honor the price displayed. That is false advertisement. I asked isnt there something you can do. His reply was " I can fix the take but I'm not giving you a $500 laptop for $200. His attitude was clearly meant to make me feel stupid and I left the store in a walk of shame because I couldn't afford $500. It was humiliating and I will be calling corperate. Their is no such thing as customer service even more now because almost all the registers are self checkout too. Like what happened to walmart EARNING the money we work hard for? Sad world we live in.

Only the Managers are in the $100,000 salary range. The store in Oakville is looking shabby and I wouldn't recommend shopping there. It's pure chaos and a disaster of in organization with noyone around to serve you. Its despicable. Health Inspectors need to get involved.

Filthy carts, feel like they should pay me for making me price items then bag it. Store personal seem unhappy. Need to carry a latter to reach items. I will live longer if I don’t shop there anymore. Once again, left items that I paid for behind. What’s with all the damaged product? Not an enjoyable shopping experience. How low are you going to take it Walmart?

Bought 4 tires from Walmart.com to have installed at my local store on my Crown Victoria. Auto Center Manager told me that my "new" tires were based on the DOT code almost 3 years old. Ford recommends removing 6 year old tires from your car regardless of the tread wear. Walmart should not sell tires as new and charge full price for tires with only 1/2 their life left.

Walmart.com has a very bad system of selling online and shipping products. Two time in a row I ordered something which their site said was available when in fact it wasn't. Both times Walmart generated a shipping label, send me an email saying the product was shipped along with a federal express tracking number...and charged my credit card; when in fact the product was never available and never shipped. After waiting two weeks for either the product or an email telling me what happened, both times I had to make several phone calls to get a refund. I will never order anything from Walmart again...very poor online system and customer fulfillment.

I having been waiting now a month for my granddaughters only. Heist as I ordered from them! It’s January 8th n I ordered her a picnic table playhouse on December 7th promised to be there by the 18th n she got nothing for Christmas!!!! Here it is January 8th an still no Christmas gift. Worst customer service couldn’t hear them like a Chinese tell marketing n them I wrote n only got $30 discount off an almost $300 gift that’s still not there! Same thing with our one hour Christmas cards none of them were ready twice we had to wait a week!!!! Not happy n will order from Amazon from now on because they get my stuff there in two days n don’t lie n then ruin a child’s Christmas

Horrible service! Made a purchase for my son Christmas. Item came with a part missing,had to return for a replacement which came with a missing part as well. Called asked for a refund,guy told me it will take 3 weeks for refund which I decline to wait for until a supervisor told me it will take 7 business days. Waited and saw no refund,called my bank who said there is refund in processs. Called Walmart again to which they said the system did something wrong and I have to wait another 5 days because they have to do it manually. Like really? You guys suck and I will never shop here again and will let everyone know about your horrible service!!

I was in line at my local Walmart trying to use my Walmart pay. I kept getting a error code telling me to check my emails. I look quick at the register to find out my account has been suspended for to many returns. Walmart has blocked me from all my receipts of past purchases. I can not get my medication refills or get any history of medication from the past also they suspended my Walmart pay so I couldn’t finish my transaction. When I contacted them I was told because I returned to many things so my account has been suspended for life even though I was with in there return policy. I don’t know how they can get away with that after a purchase the recipes are my property even if they are electronic and is on there site. But blocking me from my life dependent medication that they have been issuing me for the past 4 years is unacceptable and ridiculous. With out any heads up or telling me there is any type of issue with my account. I called and explained it’s Christmas time I had a few more returns then usual because things changed in life but that was no help. All the agents agree with me but they couldn’t help it’s a corporate decision that I keep getting the run around with. Contacted the BBB and local news for help on this. If Walmart doesn’t want to talk to me maybe they will have better luck. I will be posting my story everywhere for people not to trust Walmart especially with medication or recipes.

Made digital purchase 4 days ago. Never recieved code for purchase. Customer service keeps saying another 48 hours. Then refused to give me a refund for product they never sent. Will never order here again.

Ordered a TV and it took 2 weeks to get for a delay. Two weeks later I try to order weights FOR PICKUP. When I ordered it I was told to pick up tomorrow. Check my email next morning ANOTHER DELAY!!!!!! It’ll be a week wait. Walmart delivery is absolutely disgusting. If what you want is not in the store, go to Amazon if you have to order it.

Ordered 6 items and 5 were delivered in 3-5 from UPS. Still waiting for 1 item ordered from Walmart and USPS 10 days later. All items were ordered on the same day. STOP using worthless USPS

Ordered package on dec 16th with a 2 day guarantee delivery. 1 WEEK LATER ON DEC 23rd still no package!!!! No help from customer service whatsoever (except for Charlette, she needs a raise) this was easily the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Walmart you have lost another customer to Amazon not that u care!

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT BY SHOPPING ONLINE AT WALMART!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER again buy from walmart online , i purchased all my christmas gifts from walmart 2 months in advance incase to have them all on time. they left me with no christmas gifts few days before christmas , they made me to contact third party which i didn't even know some of them were coming from far , all i knew i trusted walmart and i used my credit card ,it's not my responsibility to deal with zimbabwe , south africa or china where items come from , anyways emails after emails , i only received one out of all the orders that got lost in transit .it's kinda hard to believe all orders got lost at the same time ,i got frustrated and tired of following up my orders so i asked for refund. promise after promise nothing happened. after several calls took me half a day i insist to talk to their supervisor , one of staff hanged up the phone , the other one put on hold at least 20 mins , finally supervisor told me i should receive my refund in about 6 days and they address me to the email for higher complain here to help .ca . 1: Lost my time for 2 months and no gifts for christmas. 2: i have to run crazy to buy all the gifts few days left to christmas and NOW ON TOP OF IT i have to fight to get my money back. this is INSANE. i REGRET it so much that why didn’t i buy all my gifts from AMAZON . no matter what walmart lost my trust as a customer . PLEASE DON’T BUY YOUR SPECIAL EVENT GIFTS FROM WALMART , YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING IN HAND .

The delivery service Walmart contracts with doesn’t follow through with their scheduled service. I received an email with date and time of delivery between 10am-6:00pm only to find out at 3:30pm (when I called) that it was not going to be delivered until the following week. Aside from staying home to wait for my package, they proceeded to give me 2 possible dates of when it might arrive. In other words, I have to alter my plans again for 2 more days. Free delivery? Don’t fall for the ploy! I called customer service to try and work around this issue by asking them to reroute my item to our Walmart where I would pick up my 200lb item, and they said they couldn’t do it. I also tried getting them to take out the signature needed for delivery and said I would be responsible and they refused. I’ve done all I can at this point but they weren’t willing to work with me. I didn't even care when I receive my item as long as it was delivered at the specified date they gave. The fact that they expected me to stay home for 3 days, to wait for my package, yea right Walmart — NO! Better find another carrier. Horrible experience. I’ve asked to be refunded which they processed, but here’s what I was appalled to hear “you have to call the deliver service company to let them know they don’t need to deliver.” WHAT?! I’m already told that my refund will take 2-3weeks and now I have to make the cancellation with their contracted service. Ridiculous! Walmart I’m fine with your Durango store which we frequent, but I will think twice about ordering anything online. I’ll also make it loud and clear to friends and family, to avoid ordering. I’ll update this review which will be posted on other media sources, once I see my actual refund. Maybe by then, I may cool down a bit and rewrite a better review. Your move Walmart!

Cancel an order and try to order again with the help of customers service only to find out. Problem with trying to add information in which the computer failed to take so I called Customers service for help. They help alright by never canceled the order then authorized the order now my account has been charged twice for the same order with an overdraft fee included. I guess this is a new meaning of rollback and take advantage of during the holidays. I love walmart because it's a family store. Even though you have some irate employees that still need to remember its a job and every call for help is important and people are entitled to a mistake. And sometimes you may have to go back to the old system to complete a task. To take pride in a job well done for that day. People are relying on the aide of another each day and I glad that the doors are open to help the community. But it starts with helping others never forget that hand may come you're way too. A just as it goes up it can go down the ladder. Everything is important. One day a little piece of courteous will come back bringing satisfaction guarantees home. Not causing harm for someone who loves Walmart a family store.
