Bought a product I needed today, it was scheduled to be delivered today and at 9:00pm it's still not here. Talk to the company and they really don't care. I have never had these problems with Amazon. If Wal-Mart can't stand behind their delivery schedule and don't care when they make mistakes they don't need me as a customer.

I spent almost TWO HOURS on the phone with "customer service" BIG JOKE and several emails over the course of the time. A MANAGER called me a LIAR! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is just false advertising. A MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY....and this is how I am treated. NO ONE CARED!!!! Will not only NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! BUT I WILL TELL AND POST MY EXPERIENCE EVERYWHERE!!!!!

I purchased a marcy diamond deluxe elite on "walmart.com" on 6-12-19. The Order #4341986-033927. The funds came out of my account, so if i wanted to purchase something else, the money is not available. I received an email receipt for the purchase. 6-13-19 from a third party saying the item was processed in error and no longer available, that I would receive a refund in 1-3 business days. The item they listed is still listed on walmart.com, just at a different price. I purchased it for 460.99 it is now listed at 999.99. on 6-15-19 I called 800-walmart.com and they tried to offer me a 20% discount. I told them I want the item, it not my fault someone made and error. They listed the item for sale across the entire internet as a paid ad, so they must of had it approved in their marketing department. The third party vendor stated the item is not available, its available, just at a different price and they dont want to let me have it. The person I spoke to is Brian, refused to give me his last name. Said he is a customer service specialist. He took over the call after the first customer service rep escalated the call to him. I informed him prior to the purchase I was confident in shopping with Walmart, however now it seems they can take your money and hold it and you may or may not get the item you thought you were paying for. As far as im concerned a credit card is electronic cash. When I hand someone cash, its a done deal. Now they want to return my cash after they have held on to it for a week. Brian told me its not Walmarts mistake. Well, I have a business as well and if my subcontractors make a mistake, its my name on the contract I am am responsible for making it right. I feel Walmart should honor the sale and stop trying to back pedal out of the deal. Ive dealt with the third party "VM Express" on ebay at they are a crooked company. I paid for another gym set and not all the parts where available. I had to fabricate the part myself after all they would do is offer me $10. Walmart needs to drop that company if they cannot fulfill their orders.

I ordered a supplement from Walmart.com. I paid extra for shipping so it would arrive Friday. Friday came, no package. I checked and tracking said it would show up by 8pm Saturday. I chatted on walmart.com with something, probably a bot. The entity chatting with me said Walmart would refund my shipping and that I would get an email Saturday from some escalated department Saturday came and no email. Days went by and no refund. Logged back into walmart.com and my order history says I never bought anything from them although last Wednesday a charge of $33.98 appeared on my bank account from walmart.com. The customer service is beyond bad. They totally suck and I will NEVER buy from walmart. com again!

Was waiting at the deli..a what seemed to be a male manager walking around with a female employee..came behind the deli counter, both put hairnets on, as they approached me, I explained I had been waiting quite awhile and also pointed out a fly on the meat cutter, he said he would help me..started getting out cheese from the cooler, started coughing all over the product, never once made any attempt to cover his mouth..I told them I wasnt buying anything since he was coughing all over it

NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD IN THEIR SYSTEM THEY WILL RANDOMLY CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD !!!!!!! Placed order online for item. Website said available for pickup TODAY. Went to local Walmart and waited 30 minutes for an associate to assist me. They never showed up. Got an emergency phone call. Friend lost keys and was locked out of their house. I had a spare set. I thought "no problem. Items already been paid for--ill just pick it up when I'm done with this key business". Nah nah. Get to the Walmart closest to where I'm at after delivering keys, and I wait another 30 minutes for some would-be manager to finally show up to unlock the case for car stereos (the item I ordered was a birthday gift btw) and I ask: "you're going to honor the price i paid for it online, correct and not uncharged me"? This manager tells me what we will have to go talk to customer service. Well the associate in CS says "We dont price match the website". I said "you dont have to. Its already been paid for & this is the only one you've got in the store". She then tells me it will be picked and ready for me TOMORROW after 7am. I said "But I've already paid for it, that's the only one you've got in the store & you're telling me that I cant just take that one now, since, as I said, it's the only one you've got in the store"? So I cant walk out with an item Walmarts already got my money for, I have to wait til tomorrow to drive all the way back and pick it up? **** You Walmart. Colossal waste of time & patience.

Website for Lethbridge said Vision Center in store on Mayor Magrath was open Sundays so I drove 105 kms to pick up my glasses. Not open. Called to make sure they were open the following week and mentioned the website was wrong. Staff responses was “Yeah but that’s head office problem, not my problem.” Nice well trained staff you don’t have. Came to get glasses. Closed for lunch. Really?!

every time I get an offer for a free Walmart gift card worth $1000.00 never never ever do you ever get this card no matter what hoops I jump thru still never get card this is false advertisement. stop talkin bout it be bout it. liers

Customer service was sooo bad!!!! My purse was left in shop basket, some HONEST..WONDERFUL person turned it in. when I realized this am purse was missing..Walmart called me before I could dial them. I went down to CUSTOMER SERVICE to pick it up. One certain woman was sooo cold. Several of women said they thought my wallet was missing. I was upset. this paticular woman said," CALM DOWN!!!!" "YOU SHOULD BE THANKFUL!!!!" I was thankful, I was anxious to find out if my wallet was in my purse!!!! How professional if she had helped me. Like "its ok we're getting your purse" Everything is going to be ok. Instead she shamed me and her supervisor agreed with her. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?????????

I live in The Colony, TX. Recently was in Walmart store in order to send money through MoneyGram. They asked me for photo ID and I showed my temperature ID because I was in process of replacing my regular Driver license and that was the only substitute document I got untill get my new Driver License in mail. They told me they do not accept any kind of "papar" ID. Please Walmart, either you change your policy about "acceptable ID" or trane your stuff about "common sense" in accepting something that is acceptable to law Officers and issued by Law Institution. P.S. You have know clue how much someone "none sense" decision, effects other people lives.

I used to have my pictures printed from Wal-Mart so I figured I'd get my photo printed in canvas as a Valentine's Day gift to my daughter. Their website was difficult to navigate and was unsure of how the product would look if I continued processing the order. Rather than fight with it, I uploaded my image to Easy Canvas Prints and was able to adjust the picture, see the project in 3D and touch up the subject matter before paying. This was a wise choice for me, I love the finished product.

Walmart on 53 Elmore. The tire department broke the lug nut on my tire and tried to blame my mechanic. My mechanic just put brakes, struts and shocks on my car yesterday. There is no way he would have broke a nut and left it broke without telling me. The young man lied, the customer service is less than ideal in the tire department

Could not find matcha powdered tea even through it was advertised online with Walmart. I even asked several employees and was told I may have to order it online. This is not the first time I have had trouble finding common products at Walmart.!

My free 2 day shipping is now a : we don't know what happen and we don't know where your item is. it was supposed to be delivered to a store near me and no one seems to know anything but simply wait 24 more hours and see. Shopped 5 years with Amazon Prime and never had this problem.

what can I say they run their business like a circus. They send out teaser email suggesting you shop and use a promo code to receive 10 percent off since they "miss you but the promo codes never work. They don't have to try very hard to be the worst shopping experience ever in store an online
