I have shipped this Chester SC Walmart for 8 years. I have seen them at their worst and their best. Lately they have been at their best imho. Bill, and many others-- wish I could remember all their names-- but in every department/area of the store-- I have received excellent customer service. I love my local Walmart 🤗.

I ordered five items on Walmart two items were from another seller. I returned three items at a retal store and two items returned to the seller. I only received credit for two of the three items at the store. I received credit for one of the two items. Thee itemswere the same thermal underwear. Two cheap tops. I wasn't charge return shipping, however with Walmart cheating out of 38 dollars, I guess it would have been cheaper to pay for shipping. My first and last order at walmart.

I purchased an item online on August 20 with an expected date of September 7. When September 7 came around, no item was delivered. I went to check the status online and it said that the item has not been shipped yet. For most major companies, they would update you if there was an issue with delivery. However, I had to reach out to customer service, which was no help. I was told to wait and to deal with the seller directly. To my surprise, I thought that Walmart was the seller as they were the one who withdrew the money from my bank account. Nonetheless, after a few calls to follow-up, Walmart refuses to give me a refund and told me to wait to speak to the third party seller who are not responding to my request for refund.

Today I went to the Vision Center to have my prescription eyeglasses adjusted because they were sat on and out of alignment. Tony from the Beville Road store was working and helping out at the Granada location and immediately went to work on them. This guy has years of experience and knows eyeglasses like no other. His skills are unmatched! When Tony was done the eyeglasses were just as the day I bought them from Walmart-they were perfect. Tony was very polite, courteous, and his customer service skills were amazing. He is a great ambassador for Walmart and I was very happy with his service. In the end there was no charge! If you ever need eyeglasses make a point to ask for Tony and you’ll be glad you did.

I love ordering through the walmart.com. I ordered some items and it got shipped to my old address. Someone that now lives there took it. So make a long story short I got it back from the apartment manager but Walmart had already sent me a new order. So when I received that I sent that back. The person that took my merchandise that wasn't his opened the box. His excuse for the box, was that he "wanted to see what was in it." It wasn't his. I guess the moral of this story is don't take what's not yours because it eventually catch up with you. And Walmart was great to replace it, but I sent it back. honesty is the best policy. From Houston Texas 🤠🇺🇲

09072021: Layton Utah Walmart Supercenter: I have never had a grocery delivery order from here that was not screwed up. When I called to get a refund the rude little "associate" could only say "go online, we don't deal with the finance part here". Basically, this is Walmart saying take care of it yourself. Another store that wants nothing to do with the consumer except their wallet.

I order a simple set of 10lb neoprene weights. They come in set of 2. Well just got mine today, just 1. Like how do I use just one. Contacted Walmart chat customer service 1st one, they said they could not send a replacement, I said OK, then I will send back. Please email me a return shipping label. 2 more customer agents later, not only did they not send me a return label, they did not refund the whole price including shipping. Yet to get a return shipping label to return the item, 3 customer service agents so far. How hard is this, it is not what is advertise! Hassle free return is false advertising. Its no wonder they can't complete with amazon, Amazon treats you better, has much better return process. I would pay more just to be hassle free which is why amazon gets 98% of my online orders. Every-time been giving reassurance that its been taken care of. No it has not been. Weights also cost $22.87 with shipping, they are attempting to send me partial refund of $16.88, absurd!

I used to be a big fan of Walmart's online shopping and the app. The grocery pickup was awesome and convenient, so much so I started using the delivery service. This is where customer service went down hill. Delivery has been a nightmare. Items forgotten. Groceries accidently delivered to the wrong apartment and today my delivery is going to be three hours late. I have opted to pick it up myself. This however is mild compared to the mess I endured on Friday. I purchased a laptop in April along with the protection plan. My laptop just stopped working and before I could get someone to work on it I had to call 20 different numbers. This is not an exaggeration either. In all of the the most pleasant people I delt with was the chat person and the FedEx person I took my computer to send it to Walmart. Do not buy electronics from Walmart or have groceries delivered. Do.Not.

Ordered bike online for same day pick-up. arrived 4 days later. After pickup, it had a flat tire. It wouldn't hold air. Went to customer service for options. Return bike was there answer or buy an inner tube. Can't take back a five year old's birthday present. Asked for manager, after 30 minute wait, no manager. This was the last time I waste my time doing business with Walmart. They only care about your money, customer service and satisfaction is not in their vocabulary!!! Karma is real, beware

I went into the Walmart in Marietta Ga on Cobb Pkwy to buy some work boots. When I get to the registers there is not 1 out of 9 self checkout registers that accept cash payment and only one register open that accepted cash payments. It is absolutely ridiculous when you can not pay for merchandise unless you use a bank card or credit card!

I had ordered a small c/d stereo, wasn't what I expected, went online, got the return information and brought it to the store for return. The order was from a walmart online vender. The store processed my return of $42.16 the issues is when I went to check the return slip the credit card that the return went to was not mine. I discarded the return slip so I out of luck. Make sure when you get a return you check the receipt right there before you leave the store. I think the return went to the online seller. I will never use walmart online shopping. I'll stick with Amazon. Safer and better

Horrible customer service! My shipments are never delivered within an accurate time frame. Many of my orders are never delivered, but "lost". Walmart customer service requires me to call the shipping carrier to find my packages, while not even providing me with a tracking number. So, basically when my order is never received, it is my duty as a buyer to extract 1-2 hours out of my day initiating phone calls to sellers and shippers to locate my package. Seriously Walmart, why would I ever even consider renewing my Walmart plus membership? This is a pure racket where the online prices are always higher than in store prices. The majority of the items that you would like delivered are " not available for delivery", but are " curbside pickup only". What's the point of your delivery service, once again? Not to mention, you have to pay an extra fee and are expected to tip on grocery delivery. One more time Walmart, Why would I ever consider continuing my Walmart Plus membership? Maybe to throw away $100 per year, along with countless hours spent doing the Walmart customer service representatives job for free!!! in a nutshell, DON'T GET WALMART PLUS!!! Its a rip off!!!

Tried to purchase a battery for my car at Walmart. I called the local store to see if they had them in stock and no one picked up the phone. I called for 2 hours and still no one picked up the phone. So I checked online at walmart.com and found they had 5 in stock at my local store. I ordered the battery, they charged my card and sent me a thank you for my order also saying they would send an email letting me know when I could pick up the battery. About 2 hours later I get an email saying they were out of stock and my order was cancelled. I checked the website again and found another store that had the battery so I called that store. That store answered the phone and the clerk checked the shelves and said they had plenty in stock. I told him I would order online and come in and pick it up. I ordered the battery and the same thing happened; my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. I called back to verify they had them in stock and the clerk said they did and had no idea why the orders were being cancelled. So I spend half a day wasting time trying to order a battery online and my credit card was charged twice for the two cancelled orders. I'm sure I will get the money credited back to my card but what a hassle dealing with Walmart.

Had to use the self checkout in Calhoun Ga with my 80 year old grandmother. She goes to the store once a month to get her groceries, and could not get one teller to ring us up! Worst experience I have had at any store. It’s like going to a restaurant ordering a steak, and the cook coming to get you to cook your own food!! How much do you pay your customers for working at Walmart on their day off??

I recently started using Walmart.com in place of Target or Amazon. It started out ok but my third order was too upsetting to ever trust this service again. My two granddaughters mother has been in the hospital which of course has been very painful and upsetting for them. Through Walmart.com I sent them a game Luigi Mansion3 which they were so excited to be getting. Today the game came and we excitedly FaceTimed with them opening the package. It was an EMPTY game box!! Needless to say this caused even more sadness and pain then they were already experiencing. Instead of cheering them up, this did the exact opposite of what I was trying to do. I felt horrible that I trusted Walmart to use reliable and honest sellers on their site. Obviously these people were not. Either they are scammers or totally incompetent to not check what they are sending out. Then when I called customer service they said they would email the seller and send me an email. Even Walmart was being dishonest!!! The email they sent me said the package was delivered to the wrong address???? Really???? Could not believe they lie like that!!! FINALLY I was able to get the support person to document what REALLY happened and email that to me. The seller is called “The Gaming Place”’. So if you are brave enough to take a chance on a Walmart.com order, at least be warned about this seller. I will stick with Amazon. If this ever happened there, they would have have done a speedy 2 day re-delivery and probably some type of gift card for the inconvenience (in this case emotional harm) they caused. At least they seem to vet their sellers better snd have useful seller reviews and provide you with any correspondence with the seller(and don’t put fake emails out saying things like the package was delivered to the wrong address) instead of what the truth is.
