We have been traveling fronBoston to Corpus Christi TX (our home town) then from Corpus to Sacramento CA to El Paso, TX I have to admit that this store on Montana Ave Walmart #3763 is by far the BEST store I have been too! The employees here will go far and beyond to help you. When your shopping they will ask if you need help, they will acknowledge you. Fantastic Job, The cashier was great also, all around great store! I love this store, wish we had this at other stores. Thank You Walmart Supercenter #3763 I will miss this store when we have to move again.

I do not recommend Walmart.com. They took my payment, delivered my item in another city and now I have to dispute with my bank. According to the representative I could get a compensation if I re-odered the item, but it would take 2 weeks to deliver. Walmart will never compete with Amazon. They didn't actually seem willing to help.

I would like to compliment the Auto Shop, Service Manager, James at Walmart on Lexington Road in Athens, Georgia. James is efficient, intelligent, knowledgable, and very caring for his customers. He did an excellent job on my car. Thank you, James! Don't know what they're paying you, but in my opinion, you deserve top dollar.

I’m a former employee I talked with 5 different people, everyone I talk with keep connecting me to someone else all I need is my start date and end date and no one can give that to me. I called East Windsor HR she told me her computer is not working she’ll get back to me, 5 hrs and still waiting I’m so glad I don’t work here anymore.

If I could rate lower I would. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. Both from a physical store (Kelowna, BC location) or from online customer service representatives. I will work very hard to never purchase anything from this company for the remainder of my life, also dissuading everyone I know from shopping at this store. I'm so disappointed by my experiences.

a) Your priced advertised was not what came up at register, when I pointed it out to a lady in the department (Hispanic), she reluctantly said I could have 1, I said NO, By law, the advertised price IS THE PRICE. I was buying 2 pillows. I am not "horse trading" south of the border...BTW, I am Hispanic. Then she did not know what to do and made no effort. b) The only redeeming employee was a lady at the check out who changed the prices. I believe she said she was from Romania ??? She gets an "A". c) I called the number on the receipt 7 times...on the 7th time Cust Service answered. I asked to speak with Management, no one ever came to the phone. If your business is not as it should be, it is not the COVID... it is because your employees.

I have been shopping on walmart.com for a couple of years I am handicapped and elderly what I thought would be a great experience is turning into a nightmare. I ordered somethings for my grandchildren I never received them a long with a grooming kit for my small dog I never received these items like I said I called they said they would replace them or give me a refund that did not happen when I called them back a young lady told me I was not getting nothing because I had returned about 4 things in the past 3 years. How do people expect to keep culike this if they keep treating them in such a bad manner.

No option to give -⭐. Bought a tv 51 days ago from there and on the 49th day having it the screen went out. The lady working said it can only be returned within 30 days but receipt and online says up to 90 days but it's at managers discretion. She was not friendly from jump and definitely wasnt helpful. I read to her what their online info stated about returns and she got hateful and began to raise her voice to me. I called the store before I went there and another worker said they would exchange it for me. They need to figure out their rules and regulations because according to visio they wont refund my money I have to go to place I purchased it and walmart worker flat out refused. Highly disappointed in the treatment I received today regarding a non functional 51 day old tv I purchased from them for $328.00

Walmart wants people to take a pre-employment assessment test. This has nothing to do with people's work ethics or performance. I wasn't denied a job, walmart denied themselves a dedicated employee.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to write my review, but here it goes. On Wednesday, June 30, 2021, I was checking out at a register when I started feeling dizzy, and said this to the cashier. I looked around for a chair, but didn't see one, and then I blacked out. I later learned that a lady behind me, grabbed under my arms and lowered me to the ground. If she wasn't there, I'm sure I would have hit my head on the floor. I regained consciousness while on the floor. One of Walmart's employees (Randy) was right there when I came to. He asked if I needed an ambulance, but I felt better while sitting on the floor, so I said it was not necessary. Randy told me that I could not drive myself home. In the meantime, since I was diabetic, they gave me some orange juice, which I drank. Before Randy got me a motorized cart, I saw a friend (Jackie) in the eye department and motioned for her to come over. She came over immediately, and the first thing out of her mouth was, "I know Rosie and her whole family." I asked if she could take me home, which she agreed to. Everyone at the scene were as nice and helpful, and caring about my wellbeing. The only Walmart names I can remember are Krista and Tanner. Randy could probably tell you more. As it turned out, after going to the doctor the next day, it was my blood pressure, which was 80/40. I have lost over 50 pounds since last August, which got me off of Metformin 2x a day for diabetes, and now I am off of my blood pressure medication. In summary, the staff at Walmart were very attentive and went above and beyond my expectations. Blacking out has never happening to me in the past, and I hope it won't happen in the future. Thank you all for caring, and helping me through this ordeal. I greatly appreciate all you beautiful people did to get me stabilized, and please thank Jackie for getting me home safely. Walmart provides food that is often nit up to safety codes. i bought more than $80.00 worth if chicken that all ended up having yellow fluid on it that made me sick and was then tested as salmonella. Then I bought a package of ribs that was filled with worms.

I have try 5 times ordering on line with them. I kept hoping they will improve on online ordering. Lost patience. I had issues with broken items, missing items, over charging and misleading when the items will come. For example, I ordered items for my husband ‘s birthday cake and decorations, the items arrived after the birthday. Also they charged me for the items first and I could not cancel my items even when they were not shipped. I had to speak to few customer service rep before they would give me a refunds. Also I waited for weeks before the items arrived from the date promised. Also I ordered an item where the package it self had a price on it and they charge double the price for online order. That did not feel right. Isn’t that why they have shipping charge? I will never order on line again from them. They are dishonest and disorganized. They need a lot of improvements.

Wal-Mart has not made me happy. After shopping empty shelves, went to checkout. The 2 or 3 checkouts that were occupied by associates had very long lines as usual. Went to the self checkouts and noted "Card Only No Cash. Pushed the cart to the other end of the store and found the same thing at the checkouts. Asked an associate if any of the checkouts accepted Cash, 2 on the other end. Paid with the card and decided that it would be the last time I would walk in a Walmart. I do the shopping, checking, bagging and take it to the car. Doing all the work and Wal-Mart won't accept my cash. Pretty sure it won't be to difficult to find a store that will be happy to help and willing to take cash

When ordering for Walmart on line they are double charging you for items. The amount that is on hold is getting charged to my account plus the amount for individual items out of that order are getting charge again to my account. So they are double charging you for the items you ordered.

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY ORDERED ONLINE FROM. ALL 4 OF MY ORDERS HAD A PROBLEM AND I GOT NO KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANYONE I TALKED TO AT THE COMPANY. I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING FROM A HUGE COMPANY WHEN ORDERING ON WALMART.COM NOT CRAIGSLIST ... WHAT A JOKE!!!

Walmart's customer do not matter anymore...I'm tired of going in and products are out! Sometimes for a month or longer. It's ridiculous when stores all around them have the products. Why would they put all credit/debit self checkouts on the grocery end and make elderly/handicapped persons go to the other end to check out with cash! Why are they advertising "pride" months, when they don't advertise Christian values? Sam Walton has rolled over in his grave such because of the way his legacy has changed. You are starting to advertise "we're buying made in America products, local produce" ,when that's not true. I'm finished with Walmart. I'm shopping local now. Fed up with Walmart for years.
