This was for delivery. I had one order set to be delivered in 3 days. They give you up till around midnight before delivery the night before to add items snd l we did. Just to be certain we called customer service and the rep said it was all there. We were only confirming everything was in order. The next day only the first of foods ordered delivered when the rep clearly stated all would be because we added before the cut off time. Plus she said she saw the entire order. Today only half the groceries were delivered. We called customer service and the rep Lenora would not listen to us, she just kept repeating what we said. We asked for a supervisor and she kept saying over and over that the supervisor was busy. We told her we would wait. She never would do anything and her accent was so thick it was hard to understand her. Her name is Lenora and we were on the phone almost 25 min. This call l know was going on at 6:30pm est. She was no help and frustrating. We decided to call back and got Wilmer on the phone around 6:55 pm and he helped us instead of dismissing us. He got a supervisor to help us, her name was Diana and seemed to care. That first rep Lenora should not be working there or needs more training. We were going to sign up for delivery for 1 year for a discounted delivery rate but Lenora blew that and we are never shopping there again. It's too bad because we shopped there a lot in the past.

Dear Walmart, Thank you for your reply. I look forward to receiving my new iphone7, ASAP. I paid you in good faith. Unfortunately, you did not provide the quality of service, or merchandise that was promised. Please understand that integrity is everything. Your word is your bond. When trust, good faith, and integrity are breached, civil rights are violated, and great harm ensues in the wake of extraordinary cruelty, the only way to make amends is to provide your customer with the relief that she requests. Your employees harassed, tormented, and degraded me, and my service dog on numerous occasions, out of envy, jealousy, and spite. Bailey was working, but your employees, and their friends demanded that he entertain them, rather than respect his space, and the serious nature of his work. After being asked to respect our boundaries, they retaliated against Bailey. Bailey died last summer. And each, and every abusive encounter with your insolent, insubordinate, ignorant employees, added an other metric ton to the burden he carried in his final months of life. You should be ashamed. If I don't receive my new iPhone, and several months of airtime, within one week, I will proceed with legal action. The customer is always right. Regards, Shawnna Armstrong

Giant departmental store with an insatiable greed, wrecker of other department al store business, sub standard rude customer service, poorest product quality, fraudulent information. Buys products at $0.02 and sells same items marked up to $10-$15. Pity human beings are a flock of sheep that herd towards the worst of all departmental stores in the world out of convenience

Everywhere I've ever worked employees were not allowed to park in front of the store and the employees at the store I want in at 6 in the morning when they opened and all the employees were parked out front making sure they got the first parking spot so nobody else can get them I think this is very rude and this is the store on Clifford and White Settlement Fort Worth Texas

One good thing i love about Mrs Diane is the abilty to be able to fight all this company and still win, Mrs Diane is here to help anyone having problem getting refund from walmart or having issues taking out their profit from any broker dianerecoveryexpert@ cyberservices,com is the best recovery place to be for all recovery solution with any company broker or exchangers.

I’m sorry, the owners of Walmart are very wrong to their employees & I find them VERY GREEDY.… I asked the woman how long she had worked at Walmart, and she told me 15 years… I asked her how much they paid her… And she replied $13… Are you kidding!!!!!! As Much money as Walmart takes in shame on you! Shame on you! You really should be ashamed!

I have been promised four times that I would be refunded . I have yet to recieve a refund . Three weeks and still no refund . I would give zero stars if I could.

In the Skiatook Walmart they have some excellent employees. I would like to commend two of them. The 1st is Bernie. He normally works the hardware area but he has helped me in other departments. He looks for answers and he finds them. He is very simply a valuable asset to the customers and to Walmart. Thank you for hiring and keeping him. The 2nd person is Jeremiah. He has helped me on many occasions partially because of his knowledge of the areas he works and partially because he has a friendly attitude that lets me know I can come to him and as busy as he is, he will assist. Thank you for Jeremiah. Both of these men are reasons for me to continue to go to this store. I could go other places as I drive over 60 miles a week shopping for myself and a person who is shut in. Again, Thank you.

Why would I ever use Walmart.com again. Returns are made difficult - they use Fed-EX another very poorly run company for their returns- My personal experience includes making a return which when I called Customer service never was delivered by FedEX although I have the return receipt. I have still not received my refund. Use Amazon they are the BEST.

I spoke to two ladies it was obvious they did not know what the hell they were doing broken English one gave me a pick up date the other one had no idea what I was talking about she never put it in the system that the item was supposed to be picked up this is freaking crazy

new web page is horrible. doesn't show pictures, doesn't show next day, 2 day ship. buttons don't work. tried leaving feedback, feedback button doesn't work. can't get into cart which is okay since it won't let me add anything to my cart. they lost an order to Amazon today and if they don't fix it they'll be losing a lot more orders.

Like everyone else on here I order my items to arrive within 2 days, but then one week later I get an email telling me that my item has been delayed due to backorder, why didn't it say they didn't have anymore before I paid for my items. Then I called Wal-Mart 1 week later and a lady told me what I already knew, come on Wal-Mart Employees at customer service tell us what we don't know.. Where's my order? Not the fact that it's backordered. Geeezzz. So I wait another week, called Wal-Mart once again, now a guy answered and same thing happened but this time he says he's going to put in the comment as a priority, well I guess he lied cause today I got an email telling me they cancelled my order due to high demand.. What in the......... ???? I never asked them to cancel my order but they took it upon themselves to do so even though I told the guy at customer service that I would give it til this Tuesday June 23rd to see if I would get it but apparently they don't care to make any money because their service has gone down hill. I'll just keep shopping at Amazon. Thanks for Nothing Wal-Mart!!!!

So I have a special needs niece. She loves musicals and fell in love with the music from the movie "Little Shop of Horrors", her birthday coming up, I thought it would be a great idea to buy her the dvd as a gift as she had never seen the movie, only heard the music online, but I could not find it in local stores. Walmart had it for 5 dollars online, and I ended up paying over 6 dollars for shipping. That's right paid more for the shipping than the product. Supposed there in 2 days, didn't show up. I did have other things for my niece but I told her that the dvd was coming. She began waiting everyday for it to come and was excited. 4 days, still no arrival, I contacted customer service, they resent it. We are no on 8 days, my niece literally waits for it to show up and cries when it doesn't. Honestly wish I had never ordered it, it has just caused upset. I paid 6 dollars to ship a 5 dollar product in 2 days... Literally spent that money only to upset my niece.

Where is the credit to my credit card for returns made 4 days ago? If Walmart has their merchandise, then refunds should be posted to credit cards ASAP (as quick as charges are) or else pay consumers interest for holding their money. Also, corporate website has no interest in hearing what the public has to say.

What went wrong?? Everything about this store has turned to nothing but WRONG!! As for the handicapp they can forget w we finding a working mobile cart. Why u ask? Because they’re all being used mostly by people who don’t need them or better yet by children who race throughout the store to joy ride in them. Of course they’re left outdoors in all kind of weather & as far as they’re being charged well haha what a funny joke that would mean someone would have to go out of their way to plug one in….., Not in their job description so sorry old folks guess we don’t want y’all money bad enough to even attempt to help y’all out!! Mr Sam Walton must be rolling in his grave to know what has become of his stores. I TNEYRE ALL THE SAMS NO MATTER WHRE YOU GO!! Thanks Wally World!!!!!

No more friendly American veteran greeting you, when you come in. Guess he was let go, due to covid. Instead, they have permanent indoor gates, where the friendly old man used to be. They force you to go in one direction. Herding you like cattle. It’s no longer open 24 hours a day, so they stock shelves during peak shopping hours. Those people seem very unhappy. I don’t blame them. But, I also no longer ask any questions. They make sure you know they’re not there to help you. And, now, there’s not a single cashier. You’re herded to tiny self checkouts. You feel like cattle from beginning to end. I refuse to EVER go back!!!!!
