Beware when purchasing anything from the online platform. You won’t get your money back if indeed you change your mind about your purchase. I am stuck with over £200 worth of jewellery. No web chat. No direct calling number. Only an email address which they don’t bother replying too. High St shops have no authority to refund your money. They do offer an exchange though. Rubbish!! I bought this pair of earrings half a year ago, they were worn twice and rusted in the box🤣🤣🤣🤣

Taunton store continously closed no note on door to explain to customers why. We've tried 3 separate times to come and buy wedding rings closed everytime. Emailed and simply told we had better ring ahead next time. Simply put we will now be going to a proper jewellers that actually appreciate their customers and want our custom. Your recruitment issues are not or should never be your customers issues. I would also suggest retraining in customer service for whoever replies to your emails.

I bought earrings as a gift from the Glasgow Braehead store and one was discoloured. I raised this with the store and despite the fact they had been not been worn I was told there was nothing that could be done, not refund or a gift receipt etc. The worker on shift wasn’t interested to even take a look at the earrings and was extremely dismissive.

Purchased braclet grandaughters wedding. Was told nothing about no refund policy. She assured us we could take back to shop if to big.didnt try it on till got home. To big. Bk shop can you make it smaller...no... so can I get refund...no... only credit note lasts 6 mths. £70 is lot of money as was blackmailed into credit note. DONOT BUY AT THIS SHOP..3 e. Mails later was told ...tough.. rude. Lies. Now I'm left with credit note to buy something I don't want....Great

purchased a pair of earrings for my daughter's 21st birthday online. They cost £49, originally £69. When they arrived, not even in a box but a plastic bag, they looked like they came out of a Christmas cracker. Very cheap looking. Very disappointed and won't be giving them to my daughter. Can't return them under their refund policy so I have wasted £49. Do NOT buy from these.

Diamond ring purchased for £235 with an representation of £395. Engagement did not go ahead. A year later the unworn ring was taken to be sold and offered £30-35! How can this possibly be justified?

Myself and friend went in to the Solihull store last week 18.3.22I asked the sales assistant if I could look at a pair of earrings ? Which I brought , the customer service was shocking … No hello or goodbye from either of the 2 assistants ? All they did was give us both dirty looks for bothering them chatting to each other very unfriendly. .

The worse customer service I have ever experienced! Awful replies - and when they do, emails are very unhelpful full of spelling mistakes and poor grammar. Refuse to refund for unopened gifts purchased less than 48 hours before! Apparently, for customers who come in-store rather than ordering online - refunds are not an option... doesn't make sense. I got told in store if i contact customer services they will issue me a refund... We accidentally ordered two, so would like a refund for the one we don't want. Money is still in their company so I can't work out why refunding is not an option.

Bought wife a valentine chain/bracelet out shop in Livingston. Didnt realise she already had the same one. took it straight down a day later. Was told no refund. I showed them the exact chain we already had, but still no refund. I have emailed them twice. no reply. Very ignorant people/company. I am trying at this moment to find customerservice email as I had to email twice via their web page. However I spent money in their shop I should be entitled to a refund as consumers rights! However if i do not get this sorted soon I am going to contact "Ripp-Off Britain" TV programme and they will air all warrenjames's dirty washing all over the world-hopefully this will stop people from buying there. so if anyone has customer service email please put it here. Spoke to the company, went to shop, plus emailed twice.

Ordered a necklace with some Xmas money online to match earrings I had been given . The padded envelope arrived a few days later opened it to find tge little plastic bag inside with a square of bubble wrap..but no necklace? Reported it straight away they asked for a copy of the paperwork inside to check the cctv in the packing area ... that was a week ago ...I have emailed them twice .. no response 😕 I plan to speak with my bank in the morning to make a complaint and get my money back! Hard to believe this kind of service from a high street jeweler.. never shop there again!

Staff took advantage of my son who is a student on Xmas eve and was told it could be exchanged but unfortunately that was not the case. Tried to exchange but was told I could only have it at the current selling price which was twenty two pound and he paid thirty nine. I didn't want a refund just wanted to exchange and the staff behind the counter were extremely rude. I asked why they don't tell customers to keep hold of receipt and reply was "we don't have to say anything" to which I replied it would be good customer service. Also challenged them as to where I could read refund policy in shop and it was behind and not visable to customers. I will be taking this further and won't give up as I beleive this company has no morels and are ripping people off.

Dreadful shopping experience. Told we couldn’t exchange or have a refund before we had even explained what we wanted. It would appear to be company policy to refuse to discuss any issue regarding items bought. I had been told the ring I bought as a present could be exchanged if the size was wrong. It was only opened on Christmas morning, tried on, didn’t fit, put back in the box. Told it was scratched, they couldn’t accept it back. Tried to explain it must have been bought with the mark on it, the manager kept repeating it wouldn’t gone out of the store in that condition!? Took it it to Independent Jewellers, he said it was a manufacturing fault. So far no response from the online complaint service. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Omg I should have read all these feedback before I purchased on their website 😳 I purchased ring for my husband and ring arrived with scratch on it right at the front , so I left 2 messages on website asap by explaining ring arrived faulty and I am requesting refund. After reading on website refund policies I thought " well they do refunds for items that been purchased on line, I will save time and buy the same ring again and then wait for my refund. And guess what! No reply from customer service. I email to them too! Still waiting 😡 I know they don't do refund at the shops but it clearly says on website policies it can be refunded apart for some items not due to hygiene requirements.

Faulty website caused my orders to be delivered to old address. Until now the website doesn’t update delivery address. They won’t give refund bec orders were “delivered”!!!

Your ordering system is appalling and it has now sent a gift with the bill to my friend and would not allow me to change it or cancel it and start again so now she will know how much her gift cost and also it put my name on the delivery address so the whole thing was a disaster , I won’t be ordering from you again as I spent at least 3 hours trying to sort this out
