I’ve ordered an item, and got a call saying that my order got cancelled because I’ve put some wrong information, so they asked me to order again, which I did, but they took the money twice, I’ve asked for my first item refund, and the costumer rang me and said “don’t get on my edge” and said that she never sold that item, so she’s refusing to give me my refund .

Bought a ring for my christmas present and within two days two of the stones had fallen out, took it back and was told it was my fault and that it wasnt supposed to be worn all the time it was custom jewellery, no-one told me at time of purchase and the price i paid wasnt custom jewellery price. exchange as a 'good will gesture' wore the new ring for a few hours and already one of the stones has fallen out! Really bad quality, wont be bothering with them again. really disappointing!

Never b anything from warren james jewellers once they have your money you never get this back o yes they give you credit note only lasts six months you you are being forced to buy something you dont want I bought chain from there fault the shop assistant said I had stretch chain impossible the chain was 30 inch she insisted I had stretch the chai so be told dont buy anthing out of any warren james shop policy and are rubbish good way making money of people so be told you won't get money back they think there doing big favour but your just throwing your hard earned money away .

These gold and silver bonded items they're pushing are totally worthless and the price of them are extortionate, my son bought a chain after been blagged by the staff, an hour later i returned for refund,- they didn't want to know. Incidentally my son has brain damage and has difficulty processing information. Highstreet bandits

ANYONE buying from Warren james be very careful they are just after your money as soon as you have an issue they are unwilling to help you I personally bought a ring with my birthday money and after just 20 days it has gone a funny colour and they blamed me for the issue of the ring they said they have no duty to tell customers of the quality of the ring and no duty to tell you when a manager will be available to speak to... they were so rude to me I am disgusted and want to let you all know what your getting yourself into and if you can find what your looking for do so because you'll get no help from then when it goes wrong.

We bought some earrings from Warren James and within 2 weeks a Crystal had fallen out, upon returning to the store we was told this would happen if the jewellery got wet as crystals were held in with paste. We said we were unaware of this at point of sale and asked for a refund. Was told they don’t have to give refund but they can as a goodwill gesture, I asked if the could do that and was told no they don’t have too. Quoted consumer rights for faulty goods and that we were entitled to a refund but the manager just refused. Manager refused to give name or written refusal of refund. Will now be taking this a lot further as they are saying they don’t have to follow consumer rights act. Stay away from this company, poor customer service and poor products

I received my beautiful diamond engagement ring March 2019 and since then I have had a replacement ring due to a stone falling out but the replacement ring offered wasn’t the same as the original one chosen as they didn’t stock anymore of the original ring. After receiving my second ring the same has happened again and another diamond stone has fallen out. Very disappointed as the ring I accepted from my lovely fiancé from his proposal is now having to be replaced again. Thankfully now it’s being replaced from another jewellers as we do not want to receive a third ring and the same problem happen again. Very upset and not impressed with the quality for such a special ring.

Daughter bought me a ring for Christmas in Bristol Broadmead after 2 months silver has rubbed off on one side and they won’t do anything but we were never told by the shop not to wear in water that it would rub of wearing it next to another ring this service is not acceptable a cheap and nasty shop and customer service is disgusting would not use them again

The Birmingham solihull branch was extremely disappointing. I am so unhappy, a surprise ring was bought for me and it didn't fit. My partner was not made aware of the returns process as you would think after spending so much money on a ring. I tried to return it and they wouldn't. They told me I had to send a letter to head office. The thing that really annoyed me was the customer service from the two ladies at the counter laughing at my situation and made me feel like I was wasting their time . I would honestly stay away from Warren James there are way better jewelers around. I would 100% pay more for the customer service and quality products

Bought a ring for my wife's 50th telling the manager in corby branch I was taking a risk and could I return it. She said yes.the problem is you can only exchange or 6 months credit noteYOU CANNOT HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK! She had ample time to tell me this policy but didn't Stay away if your buying a suprise gift

Bought a ring for wife's 50th telling them that she might not like it and could I return it. Was told yes. What they don't tell you is the DONT REFUND MONEY exchange or store credit only!! Shame on you for ripping people who buy from you in good faith!!

Bought my daughter a very pretty ring for Christmas, the silver has ll rubbed off and turned her finger green, I also received a shiney bracelet. The colour has started to rub off and lots of the stones have fallen out. The lights make it all look very pretty, but when you get it and wear it, not so.

Appalling customer service - bought a ring which has discoloured after just a few weeks - apparently that’s what happens and it’s tough luck - can’t even allow your hand to sweat as it’s then your fault! Rudest staff ever. Do not buy from here you may as well just flush your cash down the toilet.

Was meant to be a very special day just got engaged literally, thought it would be romantic to choose the ring on the day, chose the ring was very happy with it. As my job means I wash my hands a lot and wear gloves, decided to not wear the ring at work and only occasionally at home! Hadn’t worn the ring for a while to notice that it looked out of shape strange but true put it the bag to take back to warren James left it for a bit as work was busy,went to take it out and there was a stone missing to my horror. My fiancé emailed and it all seem promising until we went back to the shop for them to say it was our fault! I’m absolutely devastated it was only cheap anyway but it was the sentiment behind it , it has caused what should I’d been such a wonderful time to really disappointing and depressing, and very disgustingly treated with no professionalism for what I thought was a reputable jeweller, to be offered to fix it for a price when the ring was obviously of poor quality. I will be writing to the ombudsman. And think the citizen paper would be interested in this story. Disappointed is an understatement

Bought a ring for my girlfriend as a christmas present. On her opening it there were stones missing out of it. Took it back for an exchange to be told because it's been worn they couldn't do anything for us. Utter rubbish ring hasn't even been out of the box. No surprised it says closing down in shop window as service is terrible and staff all need retraining on customer service

Beware unscrupulous and dishonest company with appauling customer service! My husband bought me a 9ct gold ring set late on Friday evening 08/01/20 for my birthday the following day they sold him the rings as a set and put both in the same box together. On my birthday I tried on the rings but they were too big so I put them back in the box to take them back to the shop to exchange. My husband had checked before he purchased them that I would be able to change them if they did not fit as I work full time the first opportunity I had to take them back and change them was on Saturday 11/01. So I took them to the shop and asked to swap them for a smaller size and the chap that served me took them out of the box and looked inside the rings then he picked up a cloth and started wiping them and then went out the back I thought to get me a smaller size I assumed he had been checking the size but he came back saying sorry we can't exchange them as they have been worn. I could not believe what he saying as I had only taken them out of the box to try them on and put them straight back in the box they were exactly as they had been sold to my husband. I asked to see the manager she came out saying the rings were scratched and must have rubbed together when they were worn. Well the rings had never been worn other than to try them on, when they sold them to my husband they put them in a box together in the same hole in the ring box so the rings would definitely have rubbed together then but I looked at the rings and they were pristine I could not see a single mark on them they were gleaming. The manager said that they could not be sold to anyone else well they had no problem selling them to my husband so that is rubbish. This company are the most unscuplulous I have ever come across my poor husband who is disabled and in extreme pain if he tries to walk struggled down this shop to buy my a present for my birthday and now we have a set of rings that can't be worn. The rings are absolutely pristine so they have absolutely no grounds to refuse to change them. I cannot see a single scratch on them anywhere if they were scratched at all it was not done by me the only way anything could have happened to the rings is when they put them in the box together because they are definitely rubbing together then or in the shop before they were sold. This shop is a disgrace and need to be investigated by trading standards.

So around 2 weeks ago I bought a ring in store at the merry hill branch, customer service wasn’t the best and they sold me a ring which was way too big and also had the little diamonds missing, as the Worcester branch is closer I decided to go in to get it changed to which they said they would order the correct size and it would be another 2 week wait for the ring to arrive as it’s being ordered. I have received a call this morning to say they haven’t even got the ring after nearly 3 weeks and they are going to order it again which can take another 2 weeks. I’m not happy with the service provided and to be waiting now over a month to receive and item I’ve paid for is disgusting And got left with a credit note and that’s it, not worth the hassle avoid

Absolutely disgusting customer service, ignored me when I came into the store, ignored me when I messaged customer services then when they finally replied refused a refund for a ring that is too small. Very poor service

Wish I had read reviews. Got chain but didn't fit cross so less than 24 hours later went back to shop. Refused refund and customer services no help at all. Stuck with £110.00 chain of no use. Would never go here again.
