"I ordered a red biker jacket ti the value of \u00a344.05. The jacket was out of stock. I wasn't refunded my money back and I've been going back and forth from December trying to get my refund. I've been fobbed off with different dates of my refund and also the date refund made. My experience with you have been absolutely disgusting at a time like this when all are struggling. I don't think I will use this site again due the experience that I've had and I was a happy wish customer before. But now I'm not sure"

"I have contacted WISH to follow-up an order, they said they can't help as 30 days have passed. I looked at status of order and it hasn't even been sent, still in order status. I sent screen shot and they said they are not going to help or follow it up. Don't use this site unless your prepared to loose your money. This isn't the 1st time WISH have ripped me off."

"I have ordered from Wish before and have expected the kind of quality that I\u2019ve gotten so it\u2019s never been an issue, but I am very disheartened with my last order! I ordered a pearl jewelry shawl In September and months went by before I realized it was never going to come. I was able to re-order it and pay shipping a second time and have been checking for the order on it, which never had any updates, and I never received any notification from Wish that the order would not be fulfilled the second time. I just went to check it again and was told that it is nonrefundable. I feel like I\u2019ve been ripped off for over $50 and I\u2019m very upset with the inability to communicate this with a customer service rep on their site. Not to mention not receiving the item that I intended to wear for a photo shoot and then for a performance didn\u2019t get delivered the first time. I will no longer order from Wish or recommend their products if this is the kind of service that can be expected. In my mind if something doesn\u2019t get delivered, there should be a refund. Anything else doesn\u2019t make any sense and is just stealing."

"I order projector from Wish.com . The projector doesn't work. I contact Wish about the product an ask can I return it . They tell me that they to contact the other company where the projector came from. Now after four days of going back and forth. Still no answer. I don't understand why you got to go through so much just to send a product back that I hadn't had in my possession for no more than a couple hours. and I have a protective insurance on it. no satisfaction from this company. Now the 5th day they want me to send a picture of the cord . Now I ask for my money back on top of that. I have two orders back in June that was supposed to come in July 9 now they telling me my products won't come until September. really what's the point. Never will I order from this company or recommend it to anybody else they are truly rip off."
