“Wish defrauded me they advertised several items at a discounted rate of £1 with a £1 delivery charge for each of them. I ordered and paid for 26 items £26 and £26 delivery costs - so £52 altogether. After 2 days they cancelled all the 26 items and it has been over 30days and the refund which they said woud take a maximum of 14 days has still not reflected in my account. Wish manager keeps claiming the refunds have been done, yet the bank said no money has come in. Wish is a huge FRAUD and I will continue to tell the world about this !!!”

“After I ordered an item and found out that it would take 1 month to get it I tried immediately to cancel the order. Wish would not allow it because they said that the order was processing. This is a horrible scam company.”

“I was ordered expigment %4 cream. It’s was advertised as original on website and turned as a fake product open, not seal, without barcode and expired date. I was contacted to customer support as soon as I received item and follow steps to refund and return. They removed all history and details about my order as soon as I received item. I found product very poor quality and customer support very unhelpful. I will never back to wish again I will stay with Amazon as they product and customer support has high standards.”

“I fell for an impossibly low price on a dog flea collar that, according to online reviews, is likely counterfeit. I cancelled the order within 10 minutes saying I ordered by mistake, and they said it will take 10 days to credit back my account! RIdiculous.”

“Worst company I've ever dealt with. Products are trash. Many times I have ordered something and paid, only to be notified I couldn't order it for some 9sd reason. Some items aren't ever shipped. The "tracking tool" is so far from accurate. Customer service shouldn't even exist if this is the standards they have for it. Most products are NOT what u expect. My final straw was when I never received a product, kept getting the run around and now they won't refund me bc its outside of the 30 day time-frame. Beware of this company!”

“Wish should be called Wishful Thinking. Non delivery of 4 items in last month. Impossible to change phone # and email address if you have changed both. No support!! Totally disgusted with WIS!!”

“Don't deal with this company. When things are good its great but their customer services when dealing with issues is sub standard bordering on the unethical and even shoddy! A fly by night co who let the sellers down! I have had many issues that they've treated me with disdain and unethically, only to be OVERULED BY PAYPAL....the lesson hers is ONLY USE PAYAPL,THEY PROTECT YOU BEING AN honest outfit....its a shame because there are some great sellers with wonderful products............I am still a buyer!”

“I never received the product I ordered from Wish, as it had been 3 months I advised the support team they said as it was out of the 30-day refund policy. They would not give me a refund or deliver the product. I talked to around 20 agents/bots and they just kept giving me the same answer. I would consider this web site a Scam as the took my money and never delivered me the product.”

“Ordered a wallet - received item is different than ordered. Contacted seller - they wanted pics if wallet received. Sent pics. 2 days later wanted pics of shipping label. I shredded label to prevent ID theft. No label - no response - no action - no satisfaction.”

“Horrible experience. Misleading customers by glossy shiny pictures. Quality is bad. Recently ordered small tab, not happy at all. Want to return. Contacted customer service. Didn't provide any solution. I am not sure even if you can talk to anyone over phone. Messaging said they will be in touch in next 2 to 3 days. Will never buy again, much happy to buy from Amazon”

“They lie to you, you will never get a refund. They say we solved your problem for you, and understand your frustration, but you will never see a refund. Their products are extremely cheap. You won't be happy with what you get. You will only wish you never ordered anything from this fake store.”

“Wish.com has to be the most unethical, most damaging to your finances and wallet, type of company. Once you have paid them, treat that money as being lost. Their customer service consists of a computer answering scripted answers. No matter how many times you contact them, the answers are always the same, with no approach towards a resolution. In my case, I sent back to their warehouse at my own cost, 16 items. They were sent back by mail in one bag, in the same exact manner I received them. Their merchandise is extremely low quality, and very poorly constructed. Their clothing looks like junk, something that one can expect to see in a .99 cent store. You receive messages on their website, which you cannot access in the future, because they delete them if they see that it actually is to the benefit of the customer. Mind you. these may be messages sent by their own computer. You may order something which they switch without informing you, or asking you, first. They are thieves, scammers, people with no conscience.”

“Bait and switch tactics. They show really low prices for a product, you click on buy, then - once the product is in the shopping cart - the price magically has tripled or quadrupled. The few times I actually "bought" something for a great price, I got an email the next day, telling me my order had to be cancelled, because "the purchase could not be concluded on time". Stay away from this site!”

“1 HOUR TO CANCEL AFTER PLACING THE ORDER AND YOU TAKE THAT RIGHT AWAY FROM THE CONSUMER. VIRTUALLY AND LITERALLY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I SENT OVER 10 EMAILS TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND THEY IGNORED ME. BASICALLY SAYING YOU BOUGHT IT SUCKER YOUR KEEPING IT. IS THERE A RATING BELOW ZERO? THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY, MY PRODUCTS ARE FROM CHINA, YOU DONT KNOW THAT UNTIL THEY PROCESS THE ORDER. ILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. THIS WAS THE WORST ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. IT WAS DISGUSTING HOW I WAS TREATED TRYING TO GET AN ORDER CANCELLED AND BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED. NOW IM IM STUCK WITH IT. GOODBYE WISH. NEVER AGAIN. YOU GOT YOUR WISH”

“They advertise falsely. They make charges that are unauthorised. I ordered two items on the Limited Quantity Deal which are $1 for the first lucky order that is processed and everyone else gets refunded within 24 hours. That's a load of rubbish. I got charged at FULL COST plus postage and no refund. Customer Service is automated and useless. Do not use this deceptive company EVER”
