“very long shipping.(unless your 1st order..lol...) Poor quality on any tech. Really is roulette.. and I'm not a gambling girl anymore...too much money spent, ant nothing much delivered. PLEASE DONT BUY!”

“Can't get in touch with anyone. They play games of no response for days. Then get back to you with a "sorry, did you need something" only to disapear again for a week. No one to answer calls. No one to assume any responsibility. Would never ever use this site again. I can't get a return lable for an article purchased that does not suit.”

“They push back the delivery date so that you can't complain or request a refund. Refund is a SCAM. I have an order from may 9, may 21 and may 22 that I still have not recieved and they keep changing the date so I can't get my money back. Shop somewhere else”

“I ordered on 29th may they said would be delivered in 5 to 10 days then after 2 weeks saying 2nd of july waiting for 2 items will never order again from here . They do not answer their emails and customer support is useless”

“DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WISH. On 4/8/2020 I ordered hand sanitizer from Wish at the cost of $66.75. I have not received the product and have requested help from Wish on many occasions. Last week I received a PARTIAL REFUND of $14.74. Wish is not a company that can be trusted.”

“Received my order today after waiting 2 months for my pedal exerciser some of the screws are missing as the packaging was so badly damaged the screws have fallen out the holes .. there’s no way I can now put this together what a waste of over 90 pounds !!!!”

“They changed the product on me..an oxygen concentrator.. the original machine had all the features I was looking for..a 1l to 6l changeable oxygen levels with nebulizer.. they said the one I paid for was no longer available but the had an equivalent oxygen concentrator with nebulizer.. that was a lie.. and on the same day I received the machine and it didn't work.. no oxygen and nebulizer doesn't work. They refused to give me back my money. Got this letter.. **Read the owner manual. Warning: The first concentration of this product is 35%, it is a health-care type, non-medical grade, medical grade advice is required to buy a professional machine, please strictly follow the product manual, or find a professional to guide the use, to avoid misunderstandings due to improper operation , Products undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory. ***There was no manual.. the machine I paid for .. Home use portable oxygen generator O2 Concentrator Air purifier machine with Anion and nebulizer function 110V (1-6l/min) I am a retired Nurse. So I know how to work the Machine.. and it's a scam .. they say it's a 30 day money refund on return policy .. they refuse to honor their refund policy.”

“Ordered £100 worth of items , the next day was notified that I was being refunded for every item and only refunded £80 which I haven’t received yet .. surely a refund should be the £100 I paid!!? So I paid £20 for absolutely nothing. Used wish for a few years but defo won’t be using again .. turning in to a scam website since COVID !!!”

“My order is 2 months past the original estimated delivery window, but they keep pushing the window further and further out, and there is no way to request a refund until after the estimated delivery window has expired. It cannot be legal to do that indefinitely, but so far it's been pushed back 4 times, and there is no way to communicate with a human (phone calls direct you to support page, which asks if you've gotten your package yet, and then asks if it was helpful). I consider the act of indefinitely withholding both an item and a refund to be a scam.”

“I WARN ALL USER WHO ARE GOING TO WISH.COM DONT BUY OR EVEN LOOK IT IS A BIG SCAM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. DONT BELIEVE THEM, AS THEY ARE BIG SCAM AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS VERY BAD, AS IT IS REPLIED BY ROBOTS AND GENERIC STANDARD REPLIES. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND SINCE 6TH MAY 2020 AND TODAY IS 24TH June AND STILL NO SIGN OF REFUND. IF YOU HAVE PAID BY PAYPAL DONT CANCEL, AS THEY MADE ME CANCEL AND SAYING WE WILL PUT REFUND IN YOUR ACCOUNT 3 DAYS AND PAYPAL IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS AND I DID THIS AND GUESS WHAT, THEY DID NOT KEEP TO THEIR PROMISE AND BLOCKED ME FOR £8.72 AND THEY DONT REPLY TO MY MESSAGES ON THE RESOLVER RESOLUTION WEBSITE AND WHEN YOU EMAIL THEY ASKING YOU SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND SAYING GO TO THE APP FOR REFUND, BUT THEY BLOCK YOU ,SO YOU CAN NOT APPLY FOR REFUND AND THERE IS CERTAIN TIME YOU HAVE TO CLAIM REFUND OTHERWISE YOU LOSE YOUR REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM AND I JUST DONT WHY THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT INTERVENING AND CLOSING THIS COMPANY DOWN AND FROZE ALL THEIR ASSETS AND PAYBACK ALL THE CUSTOMER BACK. I HAVE ALL ME CORRESPONDENCE AND MESSAGES FROM WISH ON THE APP I EVEN SENT THIS ON EMAIL, AS I TOOK PHOTOSHOT AND THEY STILL IGNORING. WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE I HAVE WARNED YOU AND YOU CAN SEE THEIR REVIEWS ARE ALL BAD AND THE GOOD ONES ARE THE FAKE ONES, AS EVERY PERSON I KNOW HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ON WISH .COM”
