“I have placed two orders on this site. Like many of the reviews here, I didn't receive my ordered items. I am not sure it's because of the COVID situation or not. But to be fair about this Wish site, the reimbursement is like what they promised but you may encounter some sporadic/inconsistent situations. Here are two situations I ran into: (1) The "Contact Support" link sometimes may not appear. But by back and forth closing/opening new tab, it eventually appeared. (2) Sometimes it will not leave you enough time to type in your problem. In this case, pre-write your problem on a word document, copy and paste to Wish can resolve this problem. Initially, I was about to write an unfavorable review at one point, but during my last try it went through and got my refund immediately. I got to say one good thing about this site is that it processes refunds with lightening speed. The customer support function design may not be perfect, but I truly believe this site is not trying to scam like I previously suspected. It just needs to streamline its software ("Contact support " part).”

“This is the WORST COMPANY !!!!!! I ordered Items two months ago and was told they would be in 4-7 and they were not. Every time I inquire about my orders arrival date they change it to another week and you cant get a customer service rep. to cancel and ask for a refund. BUT.... I get endless adds from them on my phone wanting me to spend more!!!!! SEND ME WHAT I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR FIRST OR REFUND MY MONEY! BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!”

“My purchase through PayPal was secure. Ordered a box of ten rolls of toilet paper at a little over $1 a roll during the period the stores were completely out of toilet paper. It was Xmas TP, but was cute, and of high quality- 3 ply. Took what seemed like ever to get here though.”

“I personally have been ordering from Wish for 2 + years and have NEVER had issues with them. Great prices just don't understand why their shipping charges are so high. I guess it is to offset the low price of the product. There can be a long wait time for most things since they come from China, but I am aware of that and lately they have been exceptionally fast with deliveries from there too. I know a lot of people worry about their credit card info but I use PayPal and have never had issue. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on cart and shipping. Just make sure you read entire description for each product for size and amounts. Then you wont be disappointed.”

“I've been very satisfied with my purchased. I've mostly bought things like phone chargers, kitchen stuff like canisters, storage boxes, slippers, etc. and have been very happy with the quality given the very cheap prices. It does take 3-4 weeks to deliver. I also always look at ratings and reviews to make sure other users have liked the item. If the item doesn't arrive on time (has happened on some occasions) or is not up to the quality, Wish customer support has always refunded the money. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on total cart.”

“So far my process date has changed three times with no notifications sent. Don’t like the fact about being charged before the item ships. Would never had ordered the item had I seen the return/refund policy. I think these reviews are only seen by unsatisfied customers who search for it because I never found reviews on the wish site. Your guess is as good as mine as to where the positive reviews come from. But here is to wish for keeping it going on our quest for a deal. At least the spam from them has stopped. I will update the stars when the transaction is complete.”

“I was at a friend's house and saw their nice led security lights. I complimented him on the nice lights and he said he bought it at Wish.com. He said only buy there (at half the normal price or lower), - IF you prepared to wait about 3 months for delivery. If not you can buy it at normal price from Amazon or Ebay and get it in 3 - 7 days. Obviously now with corona virus it will take even longer as China just came out of lockdown. (China was trying to survive the virus and not operating but Amazon was making a quick buck by employing double the amount of staff in USA and delivering like mad while the virus is spreading there - may God save America). Lots of love from South Africa”

“There's no possible way to speak to a live person. They charge $5.00 per shirt you order even if you get two from the same store, it's $10.00 for shipping. DO NOT GET WISH CASH. They only give a partial refund. And they NEVER refund shipping. That's where they get you”

“I was charged for 2 items totalling £80/45p but I then received an Email saying these items were not available at the price advertised I could have a refund or credit I chose the refund direct to my bank account ,unfortunately this still has not happened , but I have been charged again for one item £48 , I ordered at least 10 items but have not received any of them !!! Plus I am about £200 out of pocket !!! What is happening , I for one will not be using WISH in the future ,I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliability of prompt service or delivery David I Halls”

“I've never had a problem with wish. Just long wait times usually about two weeks. I have gotten everything I ordered except a few items but I don't buy anything expensive on here cause it's all knock off and I can buy the real thing myself without the wait but their make up and costume jewelry are really cute, my car accessories, phone accessories etc are just as cute. But if you are looking to buy fake hair or perfume or clothes then don't be surprised when it doesn't work out well or look like in pics. It's more of common sense than anything. I like wish tho. Just got about 15 packages in today that I ordered the beginning of February of 2020”

“Don't get caught by the wish.com scam. I've had good luck with them except for 1 thin. They'll post an item that's really cool and for $0.50. Then they'll say the item is special and only 1 person in the entire world will get it at that price. And then it says if you don't win we will reimburse you for the item. So I paid 0.50 for a smart watch and they kept my $16 in shipping. That's really lame of them. Consider yourself warned.”

“Very nice site, I didn't know whether to trust so I decided to take advantage of a promo in which I can give a code that reaches 50% discount on the total cart, in exchange wish will send me further discounts on some products that interest me. (DISCOUNT CODE)( yltwdyp ) I know a lot of people worry about their credit card info but I use PayPal and have never had issue. And maybe using this code you will be able to get products at prices tending to cents found on the street! Good luck!”

“Wish is not as bad as people claim, but I would advise any shopper to use a 3rd party payment system such as PayPal for example to avoid giving too much personal info. You can find many items far cheaper then other online distributors but you WILL be waiting quite some time for your package, if it shows up at all that is... The refund system does work well however and most likely you will be using it often.”

“Is everything good quality? Not all but some things are. Some things you can find on Amazon with some pricing. Delivery varies depending from where it is coming from, recently a bag took almost 2 full months to arrive. Nonetheless Wish was very helpful in allowing me to cancel the order due to its lateness with a full refund. They day the refund would take 2 weeks to process but it only took 1 week. There are things worth getting from Wish and there are things that are not worth it.”
