“The products are not bad. I did enjoy some of them. But the prices a a lie. When you put the item in the cart, the prices are always higher than the advertised. There's nothing free. That's mainly why I'm quitting.”

“Wish has some good deals but be careful of promotions some are in place only to benefit wish such as there first buyer 1dollar promo this is a scam I have friends and family who have put through orders for this promo and have never been the first buyer including myself we have put in well over 1000 orders and have never been the first buyer so do yourself a favour and don't waste Ur time wish is good for savings but can also be quite sneaky although it don't do any harm financially to u it does still cost u time and frustrations”

“I personally have been ordering from Wish for 2 + years and have NEVER had issues with them. Great prices just don't understand why their shipping charges are so high. I guess it is to offset the low price of the product. There can be a long wait time for most things since they come from China, but I am aware of that and lately they have been exceptionally fast with deliveries from there too. I know a lot of people worry about their credit card info but I use PayPal and have never had issue. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on cart and shipping. I always do reviews on products so I keep track of what and when something arrives. I will continue to use them. Just make sure you read entire description for each product for size and amounts. Then you wont be disappointed.”

“Recently I made a purchase on wish concerning small and loose items to see if the shipments work (fishing lures, very competitive as prices). Everything arrived within three months, in various packages of 3 products each. I paid everything at a very low price (30 products/5€)mainly thanks to various discounts and coupons that you can also use and i’ll leave you: (discount up to 50% the cart with the shipment, but it depends on the products) ( yltwdyp )”

“Some products take more days to arrive than the others but then they are from different suppliers. Some people give funny and stupid comments about wish canceling their free orders. But I guess they did not read the info that they offer only 1 of that item per day so they will contact you if you are the first one to order it. 110 items refunded? Hahahahahaha. You must have ordered ALL the free stuff. LOL. Sorry Karilyn, you did not get any. What made you think that you got all 110free products in one swoop? There are millions of people who buy from Wish. Ordered a 2 dollar worth of pen refills last time and I thought I would get the actual pens but then I have to review my order and its says refills. READ THE PRODUCT INFORMATION first before purchasing as well as the reviews for the store and products. I am ok with Wish, will still order from them. But try to check from amazon first, maybe they would have the same products you are trying to order at a smaller price.”

“I've been purchasing products from wish for about 16 months.Quality of items is good with most products,pricing of items is cheap but not with all products.Shipping wait times is way way too long,and sometimes items don't turn up in post at all.Refunds are easy and quick,but the disappointment of waiting 4 or more weeks and then to find out your item has gone missing in transit was enough to stop me from purchasing any more products from wish.My advice-if you can get it from eBay get it,and give wish a miss,it's just not worth the ridiculous shipping times.”

“I bought a hammock with tarp. I found that the tarp was too small for the hammock could work asymmetrically and that can be a problem with the change of the wind. If hung symmetrically you will get wet. Not in the description. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice, you're screwed. this is not a reliable source for buying an item, you have to pay to deliver and send it back. I choose to pay a little more . I'm through with wish.”

“I ordered a lot from Wish. I’ve learned that: 1) products are cheaper because they’re not best quality 2) you run the risk of receiving not what you ordered 3) shipping charges change depending on size & color 4) sizes are super small. Unless it’s really, really, really what you want - don’t buy clothes! I purchased a pair of leggings in large & the pants were for a child! 5) if you don’t need it in two months, go ahead. Anything else, use Amazon for quicker shipping. 6) I’ve had great success with novelty items. Purchased organizers for travel as Christmas presents - was a huge Yasss! Will order similar stuff for coworker give away.”

“I got 2 right shoes! LMAO Anyway, the other pair was fine and size good but even with that pair, the right shoe was slightly lower in the back than the other. Very odd.... Btw, the shoes arrived about 10 days earlier than estimated and yes, had the same problem others said - clicked on one price and a higher price appears! Not cool. Anyway, clicked on customer chat and had to upload a pic to prove issue and was told they'd reply in 2 to 3 days. They actually responded in less than an hour and offered a full refund. I'd have preferred 2 left shoes though because really liked that color! Again said would be a few days but got the refund about 30 mins later. Okay, now that was cool. So customer service was bang on. For this reason alone I'd order again from Wish. Lots of complaints here about over payments and credit issues. I used Paypal and highly recommend. You should never give out credit card info to an unfamiliar company - NEVER! OMG this is web security 101 people, am truly astonished at how many idiots are out there. Plus with PP you get 60 days to open a claim if there's an issue. This could also be the reason my issue was handled and resolved so quickly. Bottom line - shoes are cute and cozy though a bit oddly manufactured so it really comes down to quality vs price. Wish is perfect for trendy but cheap (cost and quality) clothing. I'd never take a chance on electronics. Since we don't wear anything too long anyway, it can be a good money saver.”

“Been a customer for years never had problems. Some items were cheap quality but that what I paid cheap price. I always got refunded for items not received etc.. But last Oder I used my points to get 10% discount and guess what they took my points and didn’t apply the discount 🤭 now they claim the points expired by the time I placed the order how can that be ? You have to be Chinese to know that. I placed the order in the cart applied the promo code and it placed and paid my order without the discount. It was not a promo code it was my points but they don’t get it. So beware of the scam and promo codes. This will be my last order if I can help it. Hope this helps others beware.”

“Honestly? It's wish. Don't have high expectations. Don't order clothes, electronics, skin/hair products or anything over 10-20 euro/pounds/dollars, and don't expect it quickly. I've put in a few orders for small items usually costing 3-7 euro which are quite niche - wax seal equipment, jewellery, badges. One of the orders had the wrong piece entirely but I've otherwise got exactly what I ordered within 2 months.”

“The biggest problems I have with them is shipping time and lack of instructions. There are NEVER any instructions as to how things are supposed to go together or how they are supposed to work. The products are too bad it just takes forever to get them and then it takes by guess and by goly as to how they work,”
