Not even one star... I bought barbecue chicken pancakes and they were off before the due date on the packaging... I took one bite and realised it was off...

Woolworths branch at Greenacres fail to deliver service. I was told last week Friday the 14th of October 2022 that I can collect my credit card. Only for them to tell me the card printing machine is broken and they need to replace the ribbon. On Monday when I went back the technician was there and he could not fix the problem. Its almost a week later and still the same problem. Woolworths claim to be a premium retail store yet they fail to deliver simple customer service!

To start with Woolworths is a retail shop that is strict on quality,customer service with the friendliness to serve all south africans with the intention to satisfy each and every single customer so they can go home knowing they go home with quality food items that will last long and packed with freshness and good nutrition.Also the fact that they also sell decent clothes and other essentials(worth the money).

Paid extra for delivery to happen on Friday. It's Monday & driver calls as she doesn't even know where to deliver?!?! Your online service & delivery sucks. Third time I've given you a chance but disappointed again. So long and thanks for all the grief!! Checkers can get my money from now on.

Well what a bad experience! Ordered foodstuffs online. Was advided they could only deliver the next day between 1 and 3 pm. At 4.30 the goods had not arrived so I called and was advised that they were running late from cresta branch, apolised and said they woud refund the delivery fee. Goods eventually arrived at 8pm!! A fresh pie which was no longer fresh and definitly wouldn't be the next day if I was still bothered to eat it and a 2L ice cream tub at R95.99 which was completely melted. Tried calling no reply so sent an email which they answered today at 11 saying they could either collect the spoilt stuff or i must send a photo after I told them I had thrown them out and said well then there is nothing they can so. Sevice in South Africa just gets better and better!!!!

Paid for delivery in 1-3 working days. Got a text to say it was out for delivery on third day. Waited at home. Never arrived. Cannot get hold of anyone as usual. No idea when it will be delivered. Shocking service.

We visited Woolworth Brooklyn Restaurant on Friday 16 Sept. It is a lovely restaurant but the service is very poor. What a delightful change we found on Friday with your new manager, Mr Naude. It is not there yet but is much better than it used to be. It needed a manager like this. Thanks

I would like to congratulate the company on getting a 48 % on the Fashion Revelation Index as it had managed to get this grade passing a few major brands who scored a zero . I am happy to say that the brand is on the right path . There is still for improvement here and there. The brand should include more of its production areas.

Woolworths delivery service is shocking. I have to sit at home another day (day 3) and wait for my order after the courier company said it will be delivered 3 days ago. I hope it that it will be delivered today

OMG... I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT IN ALL MY LIFE WENT TO THE WOOLWORTHS STORE BROOKLYN PRETORIA YESTERDAY TO GO AN ORDER AN REPLACEMENT CARD MINE IS LOST. DO YOU THINK THEY CAN HELP NO BECAUSE THE PEOPLE OF THE FIN. DEP. WORKS FROM HOME AND THEY DON'T HAVE RESEPTION I WAS THERE FOR AN HALF AN HOUR AND THEY COULD NOT GET HOLD OF SOMEONE TO HELP BAD TELEPHONE LINES ALL THE TIME AND OMG YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE THE WAY YOU GET TREATED BY THE STAFF IN THE STORE SHE SITS ON A BAR STOOL LIKE CHAIR AND LOOKS LIKES SHE IS ON HOLIDAY A ****** YOU ATTITUDE AND DID NOT EVEN ASK IF SHE COULD TAKE MY NUMBER AND IF SOMEONE COULD PHONE ME BA K TO HELP... EISH. THIS MORNING I DECIDED TO PHONE MYSELF TO THE FIN. OR WHAT EVER DEPARTMENT THE TELEPHONE LINES WAS STILL AS BAD AS YESTERDAY BREAKING UP THE WHOLE TIME I TRIED 3 TIMES AND WHEN THE CALLS CUT OFF THEY DON'T HAVE THE RESPECT TO EVEN PHONE YOU BACK. ON THE THIRD CALL I REALLY LOST MY COOL BECAUSE THE LINE IS BAD AND I ASKED THE OPERATOR TO PUT ME THROUGH TO AND MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME HE IS NOT GOING TO HE WILL TAKE MY DETAILS AND GET SOMEONE TO PHONE.... SO WHAT HAPPENED AGAIN THE LINE WAS CUT OFF. . NO NO NO I'M TIRED OF THE SERVICE WE ARE GETTING IN THIS COUNTRY MY LIRD WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO THIS GOES ON WITH MOST COMPANIES YOU'VE GOT TO DO WITH THESE DAYS IT IS HORRENDOUS

I bought an item online and I was double debited for the item. I called them for a refund and they promised to refund me within 3-5 business days, we are now in week three and when I call they tell me one and the same story. I wish we had - star ratings. Their services are poor and for one I never expected such service from a well-known store like Woolworths
