“I had been with XLN Business services for close to a year,they have bought nothing but grieve I have no connection since installation since Janruary, and yet they had the audacity to take the full amount out and more every month, the have taken hundreds of pounds from my bank accounts for no service, I have tried to resolved the issue like Lee but they would come with some ridiculous excuses or make mockery out of you, when I had asked to cancel my account and get out of the contract and allowed them to keep the odd 300£ they took they threaten me with a cancellation fee of 299£ and the remainder of my contract, don't be fooled they are a small company who will play you around their nonexistent departments and three managers, which an agent will liaise and don't expect to speak to anyone with authority no one has authority, learn from my mistake avoid at all costs!!!”
“I have been with XLN Telecom for almost 6 years and I had a couple of weeks off work due to my partner's cancer treatment so I could not pay my installment last week.They sent me a text message and I called them on the same day may be after 5.30 or 6 pm and their office was closed so I have tried next morning, unfortunately, I could not dial because they have disconnected my phone. So I would urge people to think about this inhumane company.”
