The ink on the back of the invitation was messy around the corners but it was fine since it seemed like it was supposed to look like that.

The received product was as shown and described but the quality wasn't as good as I had hoped for. There were some damages to some of the invitations.

The invitations are nice but 25 were not worth $65 and that was with a discount. They did arrive in a timely fashion.

The invitation itself was pretty much exactly what I wanted and it came quickly but it was pretty expensive. I made an announcement through staples and it was a quarter of the price and I got 35 more.

Arrived in a timely manner. The product didn't look exactly how it appeared online (font size etc) the writing was small and a little cramped making it a little difficult to read.

The product was different then I thought it would be. Just printed no actual glitter. My daughter was happy though and it arrived fast. Overall a good experience.

To be honest, these reviews given do have some truths behind it, and I don't doubt your experiences given. They had me question whether I've wasted my money on a questionable company. My experience was far from the case, more along the lines of bittersweet. I ordered a mug printed for a friend, but it was cancelled on copyright grounds. Very understandable. The one thing I was not expecting was an expeditious refund a few hours after receiving the email of my cancellation. The person on the email was definitely professional, and patient. Email-wise, the confirmation for my order was painfully very slow (haha). Perhaps its because they're busy with orders and whatnot. Regardless. They did their job, gave me a full refund, and I feel I need to give credit where credit is due.

I'm disappointed at the customer service regarding replacement Sweatshirt that my husband ordered me for Christmas. He ordered and XL, on Christmas morning when I opened my gift the shirt was a XXXL. Zazzle was notified of this embarrassing error on December 25th, as of this review still not the correct size has been received.

I got some really nice masks the first time I ordered! Then I bought some more, just got them today, and the quality is not there! These masks have a label where my other ones didn't. I looked at it, they are made in China! Very flimsy, and I'm very disappointed!!! I'm not ordering anymore, that's for sure!

Customer Service was great! Ordered a product but whether it was communication on our part or the product wasn’t up to par they fully refunded the cost in a matter of moments. I will definitely order again Thx!

I ordered 2 custom made cards which came within a week, both cards are well made and of a high standard, however there are no envelopes with them, so I now have to buy some the same size!? Also the postage/shipping is very expensive
