Ordered masks on 4/28, email confirmation said they would be delivered 5/23-5/29. Today is 6/19. Nothing, zip, nada. Any 5 star reviews you see about this company are all from their designers desperately trying to save their business because Zazzle has screwed this up so bad. They over promised and under performed. They knew or should have known that they could not fulfill these orders, but they still took all of our money anyway! Charged them back. Terrible company. Management should all resign in shame.

Same experience as everyone else with my mask order. Placed order 05/02 and still nothing. Viewed status and it shows “still manufacturing.” I do not recommend ordering from them as there are plenty of other reputable sites to order from.

Placed an order for two masks on 5/5/2020. Site advised would not deliver until early June, given the circumstances I was fine with that time frame. The outside Date of the delivery window was 6/11/2020. Obviously come and gone. Have requested info from PayPal as Zazzle phones were not working for a week, and no response to my “customer service” email contact. Had to order from an Etsy vender and received within a week. Will not do business with this company again. (FYI - there was no provision on their website to leave a review for item I have been charged for.). As I write this I have been on hold for customer service for 50 minutes.

I ordered two shirts-- both in youth size small. I received one that was youth small and one that was girls size 5. The size 5 is one size too small. It would be an extra small. I didn't order an extra small. I didn't want an extra small. So after I requested a replacement, I was told via email that the girl shirts run small and I should've ordered the next size up. I did order the next size up from what I was sent. It's called a youth small. So then they took it upon themselves to send me a youth medium as a replacement-- which will be much too big. All in the name of not admitting they made a mistake. So I soon will have two shirts which will not fit. So much for getting a jump on a little girl's birthday gift.

Order placed on May 7 and here it is June 16 and it has not arrive. When I check tracking it states it will be delivered 4-7 days after manufacturing. WELL when is manufacturing? Not happy.

Placed my order for children’s masks on April 28. Page said 12-14 business days to make + 4-7 business day do deliver. Today is June 16, still no masks ... The original delivery estimate has June 3rd at the latest, so when I did not receive my much-needed masks by then, I sent an e-mail to customer support. Got a robot reply back, saying they are just so busy and are working as quickly as they can and they cannot give any definite delivery estimates for my order. And, no, I cannot cancel the order since it’s in production. Bought similar masks elsewhere - got them made and delivered in 2 weeks! False advertising on the timing from Zazzle!!! Do not buy from them!!!

They have to be the worst no one answers the phone and emails and I have no idea were my order is and no one to get my money back what can we do. this is horrible service I will never recommend them for anything

What they are doing is collecting money in the millions of dollars and then they are going to run!!!!! What we have to do is contact Google and where they place ads!!!! I know they are getting ready and organizing right now to protest in front of there business in Redwood City, Ca. They are meeting with several news media.

Ordered masks on April 26th, today is June 14th and nothing has arrived. I needed them then, don't care anymore ordered from other vendors and received within a week. At least I am glad that others have had the same problem, I don't feel so alone. My first and last time ordering from Zazzle.

I waited more than 2 months for face masks. Said I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I was told no that the items had shipped. Now they say they got lost in the mail and would reorder and send out again. I said no want a refund. Only got a yes they would refund after I threatened them with reporting as stealing money and not sending the items ordered. We will see if I get the refund in 5 to 7 days like they said. they suck

I used zazzle for all custom printing for years. My last order was cancelled due to content restrictions. I had no offensive words, no offensive images. Yet Zazzle thought it was. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

When I say the worst, I mean the absolute WORST. If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed my order for masks on April 18th and it is now June 13th and still no masks!!! They are quick to put your order in "making" status, because at that point, you can't cancel the order. You can call the customer service help line, but that is nothing more than an exercise in futility, because no one every answers. And don't believe their estimated delivery times, as they are deeply embellished. All of these negative reviews don't lie...Save yourself the aggravation and stay far, far away.

I placed my order 3 month ago and I still have not received it!! I was on hold today for 3 hours and NO ONE ever answers!!

I WAS ON HOLD FOR 3 HOURS AND NO EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!! I PLACED MY ORDER 3 MONTHS AGO AND STILL NO MASKS!!!

I have a small business. I ordered a special order fabric In order to make a special order for a customer who needed this by June 19th. The order was supposedly shipped on May 31. It is the evening of June 11th and I have yet to receive. I am getting nothing but run around. They do not state accurate shipping times. If they had I either would not have ordered from them or I would have paid for expedited shipping. I will not order from them again in the future.

I bought two personalized flags for my son's 8th grade graduation. The delivery took longer than promised and came just 2 days before I needed it. One of the plastic stops on the flag was warped and I was told a new one would be sent out. It did not come by the graduation so I put tape on the warped one. Ironically, it was the non-warped one that allowed the flag fly off in the street. I had just gotten off the freeway so I guess it was lucky that I didn't lose it on the freeway. I will not buy another personalized flag and would not recommend that anyone buy one from you.

5 minutes after I ordered I asked to switch to a different pattern They never answer the phone or email until it shipped and said sorry too late THEY WERE TOO LATE THE PRODUCT WAS VERY POOR QUALITY. TOO Don’t order from them horrible

ZERO STARS!!!!! I have called for days with no one answering. I have emailed them 3 times!!! I have messaged them On Facebook and Instagram! What the hell is going on?!?!?
