I ordered on April 29,2020 and still waiting for my order. Many Phone calls and put on hold for hours with no one to assist me. I spent 102.00 dollars on some face mask and haven't receive them. How irresponsable

Ordered two masks on4/24/20. Still waiting on June 2nd. Will not order from this company again, if not received by June 24 will request money back.

Back in 2014 I tried to buy a shirt from zazzle. I printed “I can’t breathe” on the shirt. I later got an email stating they could not process my order bc of their policy. #boycottzazzle

My husband ordered a puzzle as a gift for me. It arrived on time, but was much smaller and easier than expected. I have contacted customer support half a dozen times and tried to call at least that many times- crickets. I want to return for credit. I have used them before and been very satisfied, but I am very disappointed with this experience. I understand things are not normal, but this is pretty simple to handle online.

Zazzle No Longer Dazzles Warning! Place your order a month or two in advance if you want your items on time! What Zazzle does now is hijack your order if you don’t pay for the over excessive shipping cost to have the order expedited. I ordered two gift bags May 19, 2020. The bags have not been shipped yet though Zazzle states that the bags would be shipped after 7 business days, to date May 30, 2020 the gift bags are still in the making status! Being that I live in los angeles and Zazzle is up North in (Redwood city) CA. My past orders have always arrived on time, days before my events. Now that they have 3 shipping options (greedy blood suckers) your order will be mailed out according to that date. So with that said personalized gift bags is the only reason I continue to use Zazzle because Vista print does not offer that service yet. Vista print is actually better than Zazzle in many ways. Unlike Zazzle, Vista print offers a variety of vibrant colors, they are much more liberal when it comes to using celeb or designer content on your designs! and their cost efficient. You definitely get more for your buck at Vistaprint, they won’t dissapoint! Zazzle no longer Dazzles! How sad.

I was supposed to get masks I ordered in April by May 27 by expedited service. It is May 29 and no masks. They were quick to charge but not to deliver. Contacted credit card company to dispute charge as not delivered as promised.

I also ordered 3 masks on 4/27. Estimated delivery 5/27 thru 6/3. If they have not arrived by that time, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card which they have ALREADY billed!

its impossible to get any help from customer service. I ordered masks, they took my money, but when I go to track my order, it says I don't haven't ordered anything yet even though I have an email confirmation...you go around in circles, trying to get any help.... all questions loop back to the same response with no email contact, no help, nothing...DO NOT ORDER from this company...

Ordered and paid for 7 face masks on April 19, 2020. Estimated delivery 5/5 - 5/12. Contacted Zazzle customer service on 5/11 to see how much longer as status was showing as "making". Received canned response that due to high demand the production was delayed. Have tried emailing and contacting customer service many times since 5/11 to get production update and they have NO IDEA how far behind they are in production. It is now 5/28 - almost six weeks from ordering and still no masks and company unable to tell me how much longer it will take. Can't believe they have NO IDEA or no ability to find out from production how far behind. DON'T order face masks from this company.

Ordered masks in mid April and here we are at the end of May and no masks-only a generic email saying covid is causing delays-don’t order from them. Will be trying to get a refund.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered 9 masks and paid for the expedited shipping on April 22 and still showing "making" my order today, May 28. I have used zazzle in the past for wedding invitations and stickers and they were fantastic, so I thought this would be as smooth..... Far from it. I have had MUCH better luck with Etsey!

I ordered eight face masks on April 18, 2020 - still have not received them. I keep receiving emails saying that Covid 19 is causing delays. However, the masks are from three different vendors. DO NOT order masks from them. They charged my card on April 18th - and still nothing!

Placed order 6 weeks ago and have never received the goods. Worked with their customer no service and finally they agreed to refund me what they had charged me for shipping costs. Apparently their solution is to provide nothing and keep my money. I have contacted my credit company and asked for a charge back. Don't do business with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 3 puzzles. One for me, and had two others sent to my mother and my brother. They were charged for customs on top of the ridiculous price of the puzzles. I just started mine today and the quality is absolutely horrible. I tried calling customer service and wasn’t even able to leave a message or hold for a person. They just hung up. Will never order from them again

Same as everyone else. Ordered masks from a Zazzle link on Facebook. Over 25 days later and NO masks. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

DO NOT ORDER MASKS - Just like everyone else ordered masks on April 21st and as today May 26th, I still do not have my order. I have emailed several times, no response. They take calls for 3 hours per day and I waited on hold for 28 minutes to get have a recording tell me they were having issues with their phone systems. Take your money and time elsewhere.

The size of the shirt was way bigger than what was expected, hence the picture I customized for the shirt was so small compared to the shirt. I got it for my friends birthday and she didn't really like it.
