I placed an order on April 22, 2020 and paid in full. To this day, it is showing "making." I have sent several emails. All they say is that they have so much work and won't even give me an estimated time of when I might receive my items. This will be the one and only time I order from Zazzle. I am so disappointed with this company.

They ripped me off , took my money for business cards and never sent the item. I paid for overnight shipping!!! I sent several emails and no response and I tried to call and the voicemail safe they aren’t taking calls .. Zazzle a fraudulent company.

Customer service = non-existent Price = so far I don't have what I paid for months ago Delivery = what a joke returns/refunds = apparently they feel they don't have to despite the request to cancel orders. They offer no updates, give excuses if you get any response and don't care enough about customer service to cancel orders when requested. I consider this company a rip off. Will NEVER shop them again and advising everyone I know to never do business with this company.

Ordered masks 4/20 and never received. It’s 5/19. Sends tons of spam email but doesn’t deliver products??

Don’t order anything from this company if you value a timeframe of any sort or customer support because it severely lacks both. Made an order over two months ago. Our status bar didn’t reach the “making” stage until a week and half ago....weeks AFTER the projected day we were supposed to receive our item. It is STILL in the “making” process - I’m wondering if we’ll actually ever receive what we ordered. There is no contact for customer service on the website- guess I should have looked for that before making an order. So disappointed with this supposed five star company. (Which it definitely is not!)

I would not recommend ordering from Zazzle. I placed an order on 5/10/20 and the status has been MAKING ever since i placed the order. My credit card was charged but there is no customer service to speak with and no one returns email responses. I would never order from this company again.

On May 9, 2020 I placed an order on Zazzle for custom printed fabric. I never received an order confirmation. On their website, when I check the order status, it says that no order was placed. I’ve called the customer service number 3 times in the past week, and the auto message says they can’t take calls due to technical difficulties. I’ve tried to email and there’s a drop down menu that never gets me to sending an email. I’m very disappointed and wonder if this site is legit or if my fabric will actually arrive.

I placed an order 4/21 and have had zero info sent to me except tons of emails wanting me to buy more. I have tried to log in to find order status but site says my email address is not correct, funny they are sending me emails everyday. Sent message to customer service 3 days ago. Crickets. I guess my only option is to dispute the cc charges. Poor service.

No way to reach customer service. My masks were due a week ago and still show being made. I can't reach anyone. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to email. And they've had my $ for a month. Worst customer service EVER

I am livid!!!!! I ordered a personalized Mother's day plaque customized with photos and my mother did not receive it on Mother's Day. This is ridiculous, I ordered on 5/3/2020 and it is 5/15/2020. The fact that I cannot contact anyone at Zazzle is frustrating. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ZAZZLE AGAIN!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Customer service phone lines have been "down" for weeks. Red flag. Cheap products. Red flag. Ripoff "VIP" program. Red flag. I could go on, but this should say enough.

My order placed on 4/16 for masks is still pending. I have written two emails inquiring, talked to an agent who blew me off even though he promised he would get back to me. Now today, no phone contact is available and no chat. Very, very disappointed in what appears to be a lack of honesty in dealing with customers. I believe they are still taking orders on line, but from other reviews it doesn't seem like they are "delivering" either goods or service.

Nobody to chat to, nobody answering their phones, no response to email sent 4 days ago... Order is to arrive no later than tomorrow, but the site says it’s still being made. Garbage company.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I ordered a customized mug selected pictures to be on it, the mug came BLACK, yes. BLACK, so you could BARELY see the pictures and the inside of the mug? WHITE. Yep makes sense.. what a waste of time and money, TERRIBLE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

Don't do it, use someone else. I am on my third attempt for them to make a shirt correctly, they fail everytime. They use different shirts, the designs do not come out as you create them and they offer terrible customer service. When they screw up your order (and they will) DO NOT accept a credit. Once you accept a credit you can never get your money back. Always insist on a refund and then reread my first sentence.

I can't express how upset I am. I placed my order on 5/1 for a product that supposedly takes 1-2 days to produce (based on their website) and then ships after production. I contacted customer service on 5/7 and they told me yes it's still in 'making' status ( yea thanks I can see that on my order page) and they upgraded my shipping to 2 day at no charge. So now it's 5/11 and it still hasn't shipped! I called again today and they apologized and said they would make my order today and ship today via overnight at no additional charge, and I should have it tomorrow. Well, they've now closed for the day and my order never shipped. Not a good partner to have if you're a business owner because they're not reliable. I'm now losing sales thanks to Zazzle dropping the ball. You can't get a hold of anyone during regular business hours (supposed to be 9am-5pm) because they close early and take 3 business days to respond to emails. Buy at your own risk business owners....you've been warned.

WORST Company to deal with. Order a puzzle they billed my CC and it takes 8 weeks to get. After 7 weeks I called on hold for 62 mins. chatted with a rep who couldn't answer the question on when my puzzled that they billed 7 weeks ago was. Ask for a supervisor who also couldn't answer the question. The only thing she could say was HOW BUSY they are.... WOW.... Glad they are busy but when needed answers I expect a supervisor to help...BTW customer service was so non pro-active. Skip this company and move on to a company who care about there customers!!!

Cannot reach anyone!!!Sent wrong size iphone case..Gave me a credit which dissapeared from the site within 5 minutes.I have emailed messaged NO response,TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
