I ordered a few personalized mugs from here. Got two of them. Still waiting on 2 more. Says shipped date 4/20 and it's now 5/5 and says out for destination when I check tracking. I will NEVER order from Zazzle again!! This is ridiculous!!! I understand that we are under hard times, but I would expect honesty!!!!

Completely disappointed! I absolutely understand that companies selling puzzles are overwhelmed right now, however i ordered a puzzle...not customized mind you...with an estimated shipping date of a month. Understanding the current situation i waited patiently. Delivery was scheduled for tomorrow and my order was still listed as being made. When I called they said it could be another few weeks!! Super annoyed because I've received a minimum of 20 emails asking me to refer my friends but not 1 saying they needed more time to complete my order! I'll never 9rder from here again!

Ordered a banner for my son's college graduation and it was due to arrive 4/30. It is now 5/4 and order status still shows making. It's a preprinted banner not a intricate made trophy. Will never order from this company again. Oh and I should get a refund on the expedited fee I paid as well since the product did NOT arrive as stated.

As we were in lockdown & unable to go to the shops I bought a birthday card online from Zazzle. The card eventually arrived....but without an envelope to post it! I contacted customer care immediately & they replied that they would sent me an envelope & that was on the 19th March. I am still waiting for the envelope to arrive & it is now 3rd of May- too late for my friend's birthday. Rubbish service. Won't buy from this site again.

Will never deal with this company again. I am really disappointed in this company I don’t think I will ever order from them again. First turnover is to long then shipping keeps delaying. First it’s supposed to arrive May 1 then May 2 now it’s May 4th. Now excuse is corona virus. Close the company If you can’t deliver and stop laying. You are wasting our time. Found alternative company to deal with with my future orders.

I ordered products that were dated to be delivered a few days ago. I then contacted customer support to inquire about the delay with my order after seeing it had not even been manufactured by the delivery date window. I have received no response as to when I can receive my order. I have no idea what is happening with my order, or if I will even ever receive it. I understand there may be COVID-19 related issues with delivery, manufacturing ect., however if that is the case than I should have been notified before placing my order, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased anything from this website. I feel that It's a completely misleading and an abusive consumer practice to not notify customers about possible delays or issues in fulfilling orders, as this is what I based my purchasing decision on. This is a warning to other consumers to please consider my experience with Zazzle before you order anything from this website.

Waited a month to get 3 puzzles. They are the worst quality...so small (7x7 at the most)!!! They came in one piece...some pieces broke while separating them. I spent $70 for them. Didn’t finish the first one and threw it away. Waste of money.

7 attempts to order cards.. each time unable to save.. new hoops to jump thru.. never saved info.,SO ANNOYING !!! Not a user friendly site!!!! Back to Vista Print !!!

I wanted to print a tshirt of my custom Always Sunny inspired artwork. They cancelled my order a few days after I had placed it saying that my "order was in breach of their guidelines." There was nothing vulgar or inappropriate about my art. It was literally just new school style Danny Devito with Rum Ham. Really disappointed.

Zazzle prices are out of sight. I ordered two rolls of wrapping paper at a cost of $49.22 plus shipping of $5.06. I purchased this only because I wanted a special gift for a friend, but I will never purchase from Zazzle again.

I purchased McKinlay plaid fabric for a doll that I was having made. The lady who was making the doll said that it was the worst fabric she had tried to work with. It was cotton but she said that it was either very old or very cheap fabric and was actually tearing apart as she tried to work with it. I paid over $30 for a yard of fabric. I filled out their survey but they never responded.

I needed two yard signs for very important one day celebrations. I placed my order with Zazzle and paid $25 for express shipping in order to receive the signs by April 23 or 24. Well, those days have come and gone. Zazzle never reached out to me about this so I reached out to customer service. I was told I could receive a refund of the shipping amount which is nice, however, not helpful in receiving my signage. Customer service said they don’t know when I’ll get my signs. So frustrated. If you really don’t know when you’ll get a product to a customer, please don’t make guarantees at the order stage. I recognize right now things are challenging overall in the world, but when I placed my order, there was no caveat about possibly delayed shipping only a statement that I WOULD receive it April 23 or 24 and now they won’t even give me an expected date. Not sure how you can feel good about this?

Currently have an order for a custom puzzle and have been waiting 4 weeks and it still is in the “making” phase with no future date of completion. Despite the current situation which I understand might have some impact..4 weeks and counting is beyond not acceptable..if I had known at time of ordering I would have ordered my puzzle elsewhere

They are still advertising a "China Sucks" t-shirt on their website, with pics and all. Very appropriate considering today's state of affairs. I ordered it and a few hours later, I get a E-Mail stating " Unfortunately, we are unable to process part of your order which contains designs that are in conflict with our content guidelines." Why would they advertise and take an order for something they don't want to sell? They were still going to ship the $10 worth of masks for the original $7.95 fee. I told them to forget it. Got the shirt elsewhere too!

Ordered a puzzle a month ago. Its 'still being made'. Not even dispatched yet for delivery (which they say can take 5-8 business days). Appreciate COVID-19 is making things more tricky, but would have appreciated an ETA of time to make the item on the website before buying.

I ordered a birthday card for our grandsons birthday which was last Saturday, I thought I had ordered with plenty of time ( 1 week), unfortunately it still has not arrived, I had a notification last Thursday to say ‘great news your order has been produced’.......really, that is no good to me, how disappointing, this is my first and definitely my last time I will use your company.

Ordered a 30 piece jigsaw puzzle for child; they sent a 250 piece puzzle instead. When contacted customer service they said sorry - that what I ordered despite sending screenshot of receipt showing 30 piece - offered 20% discount on future order - just like offered to anyone at website. With such poor customer service would never recommend this company to anyone.

They have a "China Sucks" t-shirt advertised on their website with pics and all. I ordered it along with 10 paper masks. They sent me an email saying they cancelled the shirt due to it not meeting some "standsrds" they have. But, they were still going to ship me $10 worth of masks and charge me the original $7.95 shipping ! I am trying to just cancel the whole order. Just a totally stupid business. They still have the shirt on their website! STAY AWAY!
