I have been waiting for over a month for a face mask. Paid extra to have it delivered sooner. Why offer that option if you can’t fulfill. I have contacted them by email several times and continue to get the same bogus answer. I requested my money back. Pretty sure that will never happen. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was excited to see Zazzle offering a wide range of face masks, so I ordered several on April 19. I still have not received my items as of May 25. The tracking number indicates that the package is sitting at my local post office. I think the severe delay in shipping is due to some current issues with the USPS; however, since I still have not received my products that I paid for six weeks ago, I cannot recommend Zazzle to others.

Ordered 6 weeks ago and haven’t heard a thing on my order. Keep sending me ads to purchase more items. Not a chance. They can’t even fill my last order.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago and no update no nothing even though it was under their black membership for 7 days delivery. It is unbelievable.

still waiting on an order, been well over a month. i had a few exchanges with the customer service, nothing came of it. no answers as to why it’s taking so long. i would never order from them again. pretty sure this website is a scam.

I ordered a graduation yard sign for our daughter. It took them over a month for them to tell us it could not be made because of a copywrite law. In that month, it was supposed to be made and shipped 2 weeks earlier. WHY a month? I’m very disappointed and have had the sign made with a different company. Disappointed!

Too much disappointment, shouldve just ordered thru vista print, least they respond and ensure happy. 3 weeks and no updates. Last time using this company for anything.

Yeah I’ve ordered recently from a lot of t-shirt retailers, and this was definitely by far the most disappointing. From the lack of communication (cancelled part of my order without alerting me), slow shipment, to the extremely odd fitting and uncomfortable shirt, this is definitely someone I am not using again and wouldn’t ever recommend.

I ordered from this site because they were supposed to ship quickly. Like other reviews I've read I still don't have my masks. I ordered 4 on 4/27. My charge cleared immediately but not only have I not received my masks but when I go in to check the progress it now tells my I haven't placed an order. How can I talk to someone?

Ordered a custom blanket and received the wrong one, they resent us another one, but had to wait two weeks and got ANOTHER WRONG BLANKET!

This place is a scam and a fraud! I placed an order on 4/10 and a charge was made to my credit card, which I received a bill for. I have never heard from them and never received my order. Nobody has ever responded to my e-mails. Criminals and thieves.

I RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSES ORDER! I live in Missouri and revived someone’s order form Oregon. I had ordered TWO custom pandemic face masks. And the one mask of the Two, the stitching was all unraveling and terrible quality!!!! I contacted customer service over a week ago. All I received was a generic response. I provided pictures of EVERYTHING. ALSO, the masks took wayyyyy longer than the estimated shipping said it would take. I originally reached out to customer service when I was waiting and waiting for them to arrive for weeks. All I got was some generic email about “Your order will be there in blah blah blah.” Now that I reached out again because I got the wrong order, I still have yet to receive anything about them solving this and giving me a refund. It’s says 2-3 days. 2-3 days my Ass. Even if it was business days, it has been well over the time! I emailed again today. I am so furious. Waste of $20. Don’t even bother with this company. Don’t buy from them, go somewhere else with your money and business.

Placed an order on April 21. Check status has not been updated for 2 weeks. Sat on the phone to ask about order and no one answered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have an order in with Zazzle for two facemasks. Yes they were custom but I ordered them on April 17. I was told four week delivery and it should be shipping May 18. It is now May 20 and it’s still is in the process of being made. What I am most frustrated about is that I cannot reach anyone to chat about this. Very very poor customer service!!!

I placed an order for two masks quite awhile ago and they are not only sending me eventually two masks and rehearsal dinner invitations from five years ago!! No on answers there phone to rectify!!!!!!!

Their customer service help line has been reduced to 3 hours and during those 3 hours — no one answers the phone. No one answers the phone at their corporate office. There is no longer a live chat feature. Delays continue to increase. BAD!!!!
