Ordered invitations a month before I needed them and a month later they have not arrived and there are no update or any way to information.

So wrong that I’ve purchased tags and was not happy with it. Item was so bad and I’ve emailed the company and it’s like there is no one working for the company. I will never buy from them. Customer service is horrible!!

I’d give a zero if I could ordered a shirt for my boss I live in Indiana the package went from Texas to Arizona back to Texas to Illinois to Indiana to Pennsylvania to Detroit makes no sense and also had my credit card number stolen from guess where that’s right Texas maybe a coincidence either way the package could of been here early but nope they ride it out either way don’t waste ur money

If I could give zero star, I would! Zazzle product have a misleading labels! They don’t specify about the materials they use! You order a canvas print and you will get a fake foam print! All I have invested on their customized product was just waste of money!

Canceled my order without informing me. It didn’t comply with their community guidelines, which was all about offensive designs. Nothing offensive whatsoever about my design. Had to reorder of a more capable site, but I didn’t receive my order in time for the planned event I required them for. Now I gotta cross my fingers and hope I get my refund!!

Twice I ordered a personalised card and twice it was never delivered! They do not say the delivery company and there was no way of checking where it was delivered ie no pic. They tell you it’s delivered when it is not

My review is in relation to zazzle black, where I am charged $9.99 a year for free shipping after a free trial. I never signed up for it, never wanted it and didn't know I was in the trial period, thus never canceled it, so was charged. I'm so sick of these marketing tricks where either I neglected to uncheck a box or missed some fine print and end up with an unwanted subscription. I don't want to have to call customer service, I don't want to plead my case to them. It's worth the 10 bucks to be able to vent and warn others to check and double check their order to be sure they aren't purchasing something they never wanted.

Everything!! Our wedding invitations shipped to a couple that lives in a completely different part of Oklahoma. They delivered them to is (thank goodness for their honesty. We then received an order that was meant to go to Tulsa and we live in Okc. It was invitations to an event and we called the company who ordered the invitations and it was too late and they were unable to use them. What is going on for all these orders to be received at wrong addresses? 405-694-1355

I ordered two products. One came as ordered. The other - two personalized beach towels - were a disaster. Not beach towels - more like a chamois material that you would wash a car with. On one, the fabric was wrinkled when imprinted leaving a long white line in the blue imprint. On the other, there was a "sticker" on the fabric, and when it was removed, it left a large white circle in the blue imprint. Over an 8 day period - Sent two emails with photos to customer service for an RMA, left 3 voicemail messages with customer service for call back for RMA. Called and attempted to reach a human by pressing 1 for placing a telephone order - on hold > 1 hour with no message as to where I was in line, or estimated hold time. The irony is, the whole time, an advert on the "Zazzle Promise" was playing, saying how if you are not COMPLETELY satisfied , we make your return EASY. Called on another line, and was finally able to reach a HUMAN by selecting to get assistance with the "design" of an item. After a complicated process of having to send photos again, was able to receive credit for these items. What a disappointing customer experience! Will not do business with them again!

They cancelled my order (for no real reason) then said they sent a refund of monies paid. Angry as this was a Xmas gift and totally ruined it....Well, it isn't in my bank account OR in my Paypal account...Hard to get through to someone. Won't be using them again!

Your merchandise appears very nice and so I placed an order for Christmas on December 2 and chose UPS shipping. My credit card has been charged and search indicates merchandise shipped from manufacturer on December 7. Website very difficult to navigate and a response to further inquiries not accessible from human or electronic means. Follow up search has indicated my order was received in a POST OFFICE just a few miles from my home on December 14 and has been there ever since WAITING TO BE PICKED UP AND DELIVERED. I cannot judge quality or price as order has not been received; but customer service and delivery process among worst I have experienced.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE. NO PERSON TO TALK TO. ORDERED WEEKS AGO. NOTHING. NOW THEY ARE SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED YESTERDAY AND ITS NOT HERE. ON HOLD FOREVER . NO PERSON TO TALK TO. THIS COMPANY MUST NOT BE IN US. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered 2 x personalised mouse pads and a personalised apron in November for Christmas presents, then just got an email TODAY the 16th December saying they’ve cancelled my order as they’re out of stuck. I’m now given 9 days to find numerous presents which will no doubt be unable to be personalised in time. Absolutely disgraceful service and will never order with them again.

They completely screwed me for a Christmas Gift. I ordered it a OVER A MONTH in advance, and they did not provide an ETA on shipping, so I emailed them. They immediately emailed me the next day saying it would only take 1-3 business days to manufacture, and 5-8 business days to ship after that. All in, it should have been max 11 business days. I circled back 3 weeks later only to find out that my item had NOT been manufactured, OR sent. I went on the website and the item I previously ordered is now out-of-stock, which basically tells me that they took my order, charged my credit card, did not create the order, and did NOT notify me that this was out of stock, whatsoever. I now have ZERO Christmas Gift for my fiancé. I will NEVER trust them with a single order again, unless they respond to my request for a resolution. So far, no response.
