“I ordered a Christmas ornament with a high quality professional photo. The preview of the ornament looked perfect. The item I received was very blurry. I called and they were going to correct it. Then it never shipped. When I emailed about it they said they could not fix it. They credited me the cost of the ornament $13, but shipping was also about $13....for a small ornament. Ridiculous. I will never buy from Zazzle again. Taking my business to collage.com who ended up making my ornament and it is perfect!”

“Didn’t show my shipping cost until I went to check out with my PayPal and the shipping was $16 and the damn tee I was buying was $15 on sale. Never again would I use them. Absolutely insane. I didn’t request priority shipping as I was ordering 6 weeks before I needed it. That’s highway robbery!”

I GOOGLED TO FIND A TIE AND FOUND NOT ONE BUT MULTIPLE "SWASTIKA" TIES ON THEIR SITES WITH ALL MANNERS OF COLORS AND SIZES OF THEIR SWATSTIKAS! “I placed an order for a photo blanket 6 weeks before Xmas and chose the fastest shipping option. Now there is no tracking and it says it will take up to 18 business days to deliver!! I will never get it sent as a gift in time. I should have just ordered locally. Ridiculous.”

“They advertise that you can customize your own, logo, design, etc on whatever you want through their site. They let you spend HOURS designing your product, charge your card and THEN tell you that "it doesn't meet their standards for branding" and deny it on AFTER the charge on your card has gone through. You can't talk with anyone who "denied" it except for email and even then it takes a while for someone to respond, if they do at all. I designed a Christmas gift that was TIME SENSITIVE and they couldn't tell me exactly what about my design was not acceptable. Not worth your time or hassel with this company!!!!!!”

“Rubbish waste of time Don't bother trying to do something original or interesting...... a very expensive waste of time After a lot of careful "creativity" I put together a brilliant ( well I thought so 🤣🙄 ) After wading through payment, I get an email to confirm the order... Then half a day later, another email to say I have broken copyright but nothing specific to say where / how... I used my own photo and their artwork plus a copyright free image ( a very well know and simple frieze) but it takes 2 emails and 24 hours for a response, even then it is not clear. They offer a code for a small discount but having been very careful to use non-copyright images, it's a complete waste of time. I sent through links / screenshots to prove that the images are clear, but they won't listen. All for a tea shirt for my son for Christmas There ARE better sites”

“Ordered "Baths at Caracalla " by alma Tadema in portrait approx 16" x12" Arrived well packed and in good time BUT ; Legs and feet of the main subject chopped off making the picture unbalanced and unusable PLUS the whole print was fuzzy and out of focus . Would not recommend this company”

“Don’t believe the good reviews nor the picture of the product zazzle is advertising, the worse is they will charge you for returning shipping twice when they totally mislead you about what you are purchasing. My business cards came in a totally different color texture, it’s looks like they used a home printing or photocopy. I order metallic rose gold, silk paper with a gold logo in relief, and this what I got, ugly pink with gray stripes and flat logo, beware logo look ok only from a camara phone for some reason but in real life is nothing like it”

“Ordered masks for my mother’s memorial on 10-14-2021 and they keep saying check back on the shipping and the label was printed on 10-27-2021 and still not showing it shipped! Bad response time and they are not going to make it on time. Liars and horrible customer service!”

“They set their default option for shipping to be signing up for their yearly membership. I realized my mistake and immediately contacted customer service. According to the terms of their membership which I had no intent of signing up for, there are no refunds. Stay away from this company. There are better options.”

“They are just a third party drop ship company. They have no control over any of the order fulfillment functions or the shipping timeline. They use some new cheap shipping service called UPSMI that is terrible and takes weeks to deliver a box of shirts uder 800 miles. Just go else where for a better purchase experience!”

“Don’t order from zazzle. I ordered memorial cards for a family member’s funeral and paid for expedited shipping. When I checked the order I saw a comment that it was delayed. It took multiple calls before I got someone to promise to expedite the order and have it shipped to me in time for the service. I was told they would email me as soon as they had updates but I never heard from them. A death in the family is stressful enough without adding failed orders, lies and bad customer service to the experience. Disgraceful.”

“This company pretends to be locally based by using country specific domains. Don’t trust their delivery times. I was promised 2-5 days for delivery of a birthday card and it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting. Maybe it will arrive for their next birthday.”
