“I’ve purchased only once from Adore. I love abroad & I ordered my parcel to my parents’ address. My parcel was delivered in the wrong address & due to some confusion my parents didn’t realise it. We realised this weeks after the parcel was delivered. I messaged Adore’s customer care thinking I was raising this issue too late. To my surprise they managed to retrieve my order weeks after it was delivered.”
