I am a American living out here and I always try and go to you guys for some home comforts mainly for my son.. I want him to try things that I had growing up .. your company is great for an American living in England!!

Charged for 2 items, email said BOTH was in shipment. Recieved one item. Emailed 5times still waiting on a reply.

We are still waiting for a refund for the items we never received. This was told to be processed and arriving within 5 working days. Its been 5 weeks and there is no sign of the payment.

NOT WORTH IT !! Ordered a few things, delivery was on time but I had a total of 5 items missing. I’ve emailed twice, but received no reply. No way to get my money back for the items I have no received. Shocking service. I should have read some of the reviews before placing an order.

Missing items, no contact from customer service team. Was advised delivery date and when it was late I asked for tracking information to which none were provided. Spent £60 was such a let down. Never again

No complaints although if I had to suggest, one of the candies/chocolates expiry date was within two months and a tad bit pricey.

Sent the wrong products and also have an item missing! Requested a full return and refund since you’ve messed up and had no response! Will be contacting my bank to force a refund on Monday! The box is sat here for collection! This was supposed to be part of an anniversary gift and has caused monumental problems. A company that clearly can’t be trusted!

In "short"... 1. Delivered "substitutes" that cost half the price of what I ordered. (No refund for price difference) 2. Missed multiple items out of my order with no refund, communication etc. 3. Emailed them to sort this and they can't be bothered to get back to me or my partner as the same thing happened to him. 4. Sent me an email to leave them a review after all of this, I don't know whether this company is serious or just stupid.

Emailed twice, ignored twice. Once order was received one of the items was wrong. Didn't bother to report as communication is non existent. Wouldn't order again

Soooooo slow to deliver. Took for me to email to ask them to either dispatch or refund me to actually dispatch my item. I didn’t opt for next day delivery but standard was stated as 2-3 day dispatch. They took 6 days. I wouldn’t recommend using them

The items took longer than 5 working days to ship and arrived with 4 items missing. The Pringle items were smashed to shards. I have (so far) contacted the customer support email and had ZERO replies. Would not recommend this seller. Also if in anyone at American Candy Co readsthis, please check your customer support email and reply to me!!!
