“Very difficult to get in contact but once I fixed that they were quick to respond. However, ordered 22 items for my grandsons but 4 items were missing, no explanation or email and at time of writing I’m still waiting for replacement of refund”

“One package arrived yet both were sent out at the aame time, My review will be 5 stars once or if my other package arrives, im missing a £100 mystery box and have had no reply's to any email i have sent to the email address provided on the website.”

“I ordered 4 x591ml bottles of fizzy drink only 1 arrived the rest came as cans which is less ml than bottles which means I’ve been over charged on top of this the delivery was late and as these were a gift for someone I’m very disappointed with the whole experience”

“Absolutely zero communication from them. I emailed asking if my order had been dispatched as it was a few days, I then received a generic email to say it was dispatched, but no tracking info. I emailed again a couple days later asking for the tracking info and I didn't get a response from them, again. So I had to open a PayPal dispute, and even though I did eventually receive my order (i received the tracking info the day after the PayPal dispute opened... Not too suspicious), they sent 2 cans instead of bottles and haven't yet refunded me for the bottles. I had a £60 order, which I'd consider quite big. They do have a great selection of products, though a lot of it not in stock.”

“I ordered my products at the beginning of June and they took three weeks to hear here. I say they got here half the order has been received and customer service does not respond. So I will t be ordering again and am currently £20 out of pocket”

“There is NOTHING to review other than lack of receipt of my order. My order was placed on 11/06/2024 and it has NOT been delivered so far. American Candy Co has not responded to any of my emails in chase up of my order since 20/06/2024 at 3.24pm and their telephone number is not working, so I have no other means to contact them. I am most distressed and disappointed. Royal Mail tracking information from 17/06/2024 is showing that they are still waiting to receive my parcel. I am a new customer. I am NOT a happy bunny!”

“One item missing and one wrong item tried calling seven times and email twice and my wife called two times and emailed once with no response and no calls answered. Was try to reach out as was no refund for missing item and try returning the incorrect item and get the correct one. Hopefully my review will get some traction But despite everything was good price and was pretty quick turn around once or if I get a repose my review would change to a four star”
