One item missing and one wrong item tried calling seven times and email twice and my wife called two times and emailed once with no response and no calls answered. Was try to reach out as was no refund for missing item and try returning the incorrect item and get the correct one. Hopefully my review will get some traction But despite everything was good price and was pretty quick turn around once or if I get a repose my review would change to a four star

Acceptable order. Just missed the m&m peanuts costing about £21.00. I emailed them lots nothing then I got onto my bank and funny enough they emailed to say your refund is on your way

Not a good experience for me. I made an order and they forgot 1 of my items. I then contacted you by email and I still haven’t had a reply which is now nearly 2 weeks on.

Ordered 2 items for my girlfriends birthday, took over 1 week to arrive to then have one of the items missing, no proper customer service no sorry nothing for selling me something and no having it, got a refund for missing item but still poor service in terms of communication

Packaged nicely with paper. Very sustainable. Arrived on time. Tasted fresh with best before date being far in the future. Would recommend!

I ordered a big quantity of chocolates and when they arrived I was shocked to find that they will expire within 3-4 weeks. So I’ve sent several email to the company asking to return them but heated nothing back

I have had previous orders that have been successful and have been happy with the products. My latest order has been most frustrating. I placed the order on 7th May. When my parcel arrived on 13th May it had less than half of the ordered products in it and I immediately emailed support. I had to follow up 2 more times before getting a response on 17th May. The response merely asked me how many parcels I received. I replied again with one parcel and what the missing items were. On 20th May I was told the other parcel was lost in transit. This was confusing because I only had one dispatch email with all products on it. I feel like notice that it was coming in two parcels would have been useful since I have to manage my time around receiving deliveries. I was told they were going to get in touch with the warehouse to see if the items I ordered were still available. I had to chase two more times until I got an email on 23rd May to say they only had a couple of items in stock and they could refund the rest. I emailed the same day saying that as the items that are out of stock are the ones I particularly wanted I would like a refund for all my missing items Since then I have followed up asking for the refund on 29th May, 30th May, 6th June & 7th June and have had no response. It's been 5.5 weeks since I placed my order. I still don't have the products I ordered or the refund on the money I paid for them. Very disappointing indeed

I’m allergic to nuts and 80% of my items were peanut related. Also a few items out of date so not happy in the slightest for a £100 box.

Shipping was a week late, ( they state it’s next day delivery before 3pm). Missing items that had been left out and didn’t let me know when it was getting picked, I had to email them myself for them to tell me items were left out.

Great experience from start to finish. Items were dispatched quickly and received in good condition with plenty of date left. Had an issue with 1 item which I contacted the support team about and they offered me a discount to keep it which was appreciated.

Brilliant service from American Candy Co. Called them as I mistakenly chosen standard delivery but needed my order the next day. Even though it was past their 3pm cut off, they managed to get the order dispatched and upgraded to next day delivery free of charge! My son was really happy with the sweets. Would recommend.

The service from ordering to delivery is great. I should however mention that the prices of some items are high when u compare a larger box of cereal bought locally in half the cost of a 300g box.

I order 4 different mixed bags of hi chew sweets, they cost £4.99 each for what you get they are not worth the money.
